Got kicked out. Had prilosec in hand. Girl went through my pockets and found nothing. Showed her all my money and said let me pay. Better find someone else

This is my nearest family dollar and I usually have a good experience when I shop, but I do not like how I was handled this time around. My son bought a play station card with cash then tried to redeem it but it didn’t work. He goes back to the store (mind you this is his second time doing this and the first time it was fixed ASAP) and there’s nothing that they can do. So we’re out $10 because??? I call up there they give me customer service for netspend 👿 I call back not even one min later, now no answer.. I don’t like spending my money where I’m not cared for. Take those cards down if they don’t work... would that be bait and switch by this time? Who do I talk to?

They don’t answer the phone even when there is only one car in the parking lot it’s bs. They’re very unprofessional to boot had a employee training and on the first day had him running the register by himself no company does that without supervision. But anyways that employee is still waiting to get paid as well might have to contact the bbb to get it taken care of or the employment commission

This family dollar has a Problem with Race about Black womans hair products not sold there!!

Please do not buy electronics from here they will not give u a refund they will only exchange it

Brand new store. So clean and organized. A little of everything. Nice clerk while I was there. Glad to have one close to home.

Very nice store, nice cashier. Quiet and clean, well stocked.. I enjoyed my visit.just had surgery Aug 20th..was nice to get what I needed from a small uncrowded store.. pleasant shopping experience, I will go back.. :)

A woman named Mary accused me of stealing, called the cops and had zero proof. I offered to empty my purse she kept asking me to give her pills. Cops came, I offered to be searched and they would not do it. She attempted to ban me from the store and I was a paying customer. Absolutely ridiculous and insulting.

Its a very nice place the people who work there are great clean and fresh and the cashiers are on point I will shop there more just because of them. Thanks again for a great shopping experience having had that in Oklahoma in a while.

Loved this new store. So neat and organized! There were a couple of carts full of inventory that cluttered a couple of areas but still very nice.

One checker, and the check out isle is to narrow. WiFi doesnt work so you can use the FD App. I do like how nice, clean and organized the store is.

Absolutely horrible. I was told I couldnt have my purse on me and that I had to leave my purse with everything of my own personal belongings up front. No family dollar is like that at all. This is the worse store I have been to from their chain.

That store is okay but I like the DG better
