We searched the city for this EVO nxt 29.5 inch ball! About 5 stores later (big box incl) we found it at Hibbetts. Once we got there Demetrius & Chase helped us find it & educated me on the difference in the size my son needed. They both were so patient, kind and professional. Thank you gentleman for all your help. And thumbs up for having items on hand. I got signed up for the rewards and as a single mom of 2 boys well most definitely be back!

The only thing I dont like is they never seen to have my size in the shoe I want . Other then That.. staff is cool

The Midwest City store is terrible, the employees here have no idea what customer service should be. I ordered some shoes online and was in the area 3 hours later thinking they would go ahead and help me even though I hadnt received the email to pick up. I was the only customer in the store. 3 employees standing around, doing nothing. The lady acted put out and totally rude. All she had to say was, Im sorry sir, your order is not ready yet. Instead she proceeded to read the email back to me about the process, telling me it says right here, dont come to the store. It would have been faster to just smile and go get the shoes. I am done with this location. I went ahead and canceled the order and ordered them online. The folks at the Shawnee store are super nice and always helpful.

I like to store the best in Oklahoma City or Edmond the way its laid out the size and quite frankly the people that work there too pretty cool

The selection that they had wasnt very big at all compared to places like the Nike Store at the Outlet Mall, but the selection they did have was all more unique compared to any similar store. I thought the prices couldve been a lot better though, or atleast have more items that are discounted, or have some more (Buy 1 & get the 2nd item 50% off) or something like that, & also should have a Clearance/Markdown rack or section as well. Other than that though the ppl were nice & helpful, and definitely loved the uniqueness of the items they did have. {4.5-5 Stars Overall}

Greeted and let me shop, right there when I needed him. Kenndell was great, I told him what I needed, he explained the differences in running shoes and gave me 3 types to try. I found what I was looking for, at half the price, in and out of the store in 15 minutes. I have never had a better shopping experience, thanks Kenndell and Hibbett Sports.

My son used to like shopping here but recently the staff has become incredibly rude. Also what’s up with the no pet sign? Some people have dogs they need for physical or emotional reasons!! They should be ashamed of theirselves.
