We decided to put a pool table in an unused room in our house. We searched for the right table and then went shopping online. We found Coastal Pool and Game Room. They priced this custom table from Golden West Billiards lower than anyone else (and we called everyone else). Bobby, Dominic, and Cody really took care of us and the installation.We knew that due to the pandemic that production of pool tables was behind, but we were given a target date and it all came together. Other pool table stores had others handling the table install, but these guys took care of the sale, installation, and accessories. No need to run all over the place.The installation was perfect. Bobby and Cody let me know when they would be to my house and made it on time. The job was not rushed, but they were really fast. I could tell that they knew exactly what to do. They were not banging the table around and they were careful with the new floor. Even during the installation, parts and tools werent spread out all over the place, but neatly kept.My usual expectation is that you have to be your own contractor with projects. These guys made the sale and installation easy and we couldnt be happier.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered a pool table from them on August 25, 2021. The table said it was in stock. I paid $5846. It is now October 26, 2021 and the table has never been delivered. I called to get an update and someone said they were looking into the order to figure out what happened. They never called me back. Two weeks later, I followed back and spoke to the same person who asked the same question so obviously they did not look into it. They said they will get back to me and they once again never called back. They gave me a number to text a copy of my invoice and paid receipt to and I’ve been texting without any response from them. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and they will not refund me my money. DO NOT use this company. They are unethical and are holding almost $6000 of mine without delivering my order.

Placed an order online on 6/4, the install happened on 7/16. The communication of this place leaves a lot to be desired but the installers were on point. They called when they were on the way and got to work quickly once they arrived. Dom was great about explaining what he was doing and why he was doing things to the table, which I really enjoyed learning about. The smoothness of the install definitely made up for the lack of communication from their office staff.

These guys are awesome! They pickup a pool table for me in Bethlehem PA and delivered it to my home in Plymouth MA. I did not even think I would be able to do a move of this distance, but they made it happen. The guys were extremely professional and friendly. You could tell that they were very experienced and knowledgeable. They put a brand new Simonis felt on and fully assembled everything and made helpful recommendations based on experience. The table plays like a dream - super level. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in the greater New York and New England area.

These folks were repeatedly unreliable, dishonest and a waste of time. Made a commitment to show to dissassemble a table and failed to show or call. Then they wanted more money than original deal to do work. Look elsewhere

The website for Milford says it’s open. We have come here 5 times on the past 2 months to continuously find the store closed. Maybe they should update the website to closed until further notice. At this point we will have to go elsewhere. I find it ridiculous that their website would say it’s open and closes at 4 but not once on the last 2 months that we’ve come (all different days of the week that the site has said open) has this store had any lights on or anyone onside. If you’re closed let people know!

We have had constant communication with Chaz at Costal Pools and Game Room after we paid and waited “patiently” for our outdoor Pool Table. (We waited months!) They delivered and set up our pool table after multiple rescheduling on they’re end, we do live in South Jersey so we understood the commute would be difficult but not impossible. We ordered our Pool Table which included a ping pong table which goes on top. We still have NOT received our complete order. After multiple text and emails to Chaz he has not responded. WE ORDERED THIS IN THE BEGINNING OF APRIL. We are NOT happy right now, I will update this review when we rectify this situation. Hopefully Costal Pool will return our calls or email and give us a solution or I will come up with my own solution. UPDATE TO COME!

I recently purchased my first pool table and I bought from Coastal Pool and Game Room. From start to finish it was an extremely positive experience. They walked me through all of the options within my price point and they were patient when I went back and forth on the color and style of the table that I wanted.Delivery and install was excellent. They arrived right on time and the entire install and build didnt take any more than 90 minutes. Ive now been playing on the table for three weeks and Im loving it. Great addition to the house and the team at Coastal Pool and Game Room were a pleasure to work with.

Beware! Dont use this company to move or repair your table. They are dishonest and do not stand by their work. I hired Coastal to store my table and then move it to my new house. They damaged the table. The installers told me that all I needed to do was use a furniture touch up pen to touch up where it was scratched and that if that doesnt work they would make it right. I signed off on the delivery and the next day got a touch up pen. Unfortunately, the table still looks terrible (see pictures attached). When I contacted Coastal about this they said that I signed off on the delivery and they were not going to do anything about the damage. They also said that the damage was there when they picked the table up. This is a lie. The table was not damaged before it was picked up by Coastal.

Chaz and crew are awesome. Did an amazing job of relocating and refurbishing my dream pool table. He is straightforward and would 100% recommend. Knowledgeable and the recommendation he gave for the color felt was a home run.

I just had a ten foot monster pool table moved out of a basement by Coastal Pool and I am totally amazed! Chaz and his helper were at the site ahead of schedule and they worked with a confidence and efficiency that was truly stunning. Overall, great experience. There were some issues with products being discontinued that were on the website as an option as well as some shipping issues. However, it is hard to know whether the shipping issues were COVID-19 related. The sales/customer service representative was very attentive, accessible and helpful during the process.

The pool table I recently purchased from a third party needed the rail cushions replaced. I had no information about the table and could not find the model anywhere. Chaz was the only one I found who would replace them without model. He replaced the rails and got them back to me quickly, all done in a friendly and professional fashion. Five star customer service! I had asked Chazz to find me a used coin op pool table for my home game room. I told Chazz that I was looking for, a nice table but with a dive bar feel. He told me he knew exactly what I was looking for and he could find one. He sure did! He sent me pictures of a few tables he located. He picked out the best one, cleaned it up and made sure it was completely operational. I then told him I needed it installed before the weekend. This was a pretty crazy request give it was made on a Wednesday. Chazz moved things in his schedule around and made it happen. He delivered and installed it with new felt. The delivery and install was a seamless operation. Needless to say super impressed. If you are looking for a pool or shuffleboard table call this guy. Oh yeah and he is no more expensive than anywhere else.

After being charged $450 for a service, you would expect it to be done correctly right? Not with these guys!! This business charged us double to complete one job. Not only were we the victims of price gouging, but the owner also referred to my colleague with racial slurs and threats. It’s disgusting.

Had them come to my office to install a couple things. They were rude, unprofessional, and on their phone their phone a majority of the time. Coastal Pool and Game Room was great to work with. We had a pool table to move from the basement of one house to the second floor of another. They were easy to contact, responded quickly to text messages, and very accommodating when we had to change the date of the move last minute. The pool table was broken down and set back up a million times faster then we could ever do it ourselves. If we ever need to move it again this will be the first place I call.

These guys are amazing. Abosultely the best in their delivery and install and not only that, came to my house before 7am on Super Bowl Sunday just so that I can have my shuffleboard table just in time for the festivities. Watching Chaz and his crew work was like watching master craftsmen create a masterpiece. They work very quickly and precisely, with smooth, fluid, exact movements.We bought a beautiful, well maintained, used table online and they showed up on time, started disassembling the table quickly but carefully, marking all of the parts for accurate reassembly.They loaded it up, moved it to my home, and quickly located the best location, taking into account distance from walls, lally columns, and stair-case, in my rec-room. The lights of the laser measurements and beeping of the 8 foot level added a high tech angle to the old world artistry. Watching the team work together to seal the seams with beeswax and re-lay and smooth the felt, was a thing of beauty, like a choreographed and well practiced dance.We got 3 bids and they were the first to respond, least expensive, and the one who could get to it soonest. It was an easy choice. One that I dont regret.They were great.

I recently paid another company to move a pool table. When it was done, the table was unplayable, totally out of level and the ball made arc patterns when lightly moved around the table. I called Chaz to have him re-level it and put a new felt kit on. He and his team showed up the same day, and like a well oiled machine, the 3 of them were laser focused and super efficient at getting my table set up perfectly. Was looking to move a pool table locally on Long island and had stumbled upon Safeconn. I was hesitant as they were located in Connecticut, but spoke with and was reassured by Chaz. Called them around 630 pm cuz there was about 35 bees in my home the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable they came there by 730 found hive underneath the wood siding and In a window frame took care of both of them and took care of live bees that were in side sealed up the holes all in the same day prices were more then reasonable

Did a great job and fixed some of my tables flaws. One slate segment was off and it got fixed. The balance was done with the slate so the table was not moved. That way there was no table resettling afterwards. Nice.

We called Saffconn bee removal on Labor day when we noticed two bee hives in the front and back of our home.It was a pleasant surprise when we received a call back within 2 hours of leaving a message.-on a holiday!Chaz provided a quote and explanation of what he would do.He arrived the very next day and we are now bee free. He kindly checked our attic to be sure the problem was not bigger than we thought. He provided safety tips for our animals as well.We are very very pleased, and would recommend the service .

Came quickly and installed in one day at a cheaper price than anybody around. Needed to call in a few extra people to finish on time because admittedly the help he brought was new so he had to train and install at the same time. Once our electrician finished his end, we ran the pump and water was coming out of the pump backwash hose. Notified chaz and he told me to switch the hoses. I told him I’d feel more comfortable if he did it so he came within a day or 2 and switched the hoses. Pump ran great for about 2 weeks when the same issue occurred. I texted Chaz and told him the issue and his response was “switch the hoses”. I told him he just switched those hoses 2 weeks ago and that doesn’t make sense. He reiterated “switch the hoses”. I asked again, “Do you think something might be wrong with the pump itself?” He responded “Nothing’s wrong with the pump. I’ll ask the manufacturer if that’s an issue.” My father decided to call and speak to Chaz directly at which point Chaz said it’ll take two weeks to come back out and look at the issue because he’s busy with new jobs. My father told him how he was already paid in full, in cash and 2 weeks wasn’t good enough. Chaz responded by saying he can’t run our pool for us and keep coming out every time there’s an issue. At this point my husband wrote a review on his now deleted company page on Facebook entitled SafeConn LLC. Chaz texted my husband less than 45 minutes later accusing him of slander and being immature. After explaining to Chaz our issues he agreed to send somebody the next morning to look at the pump. Sure enough the pump Chaz proclaimed “nothing to be wrong with” was missing a piece. The guy he sent fixed it and it’s been running great ever since. Now a few days later the inspector came and failed the pool due to it not meeting certain requirements regarding the ground surrounding the pool. I texted Chaz and asked him if the pool inspector contacted him and he said no when the inspector told us he did try and contact him. Meriden,CT requires 48 inches at least from the top of the pool to the ground all the way around the pool. Since our back yard is on a hill almost half of the area needed to be dug more. Our inspector could not get a hold of Chaz when he attempted to reach him. Chaz told me it would cost more to do more digging. I told him it was his responsibility to check the regulations in Meriden to make sure the pool was installed up to code. He told me “every town is different”. That was pretty much my last interaction with him. Now due to all of this, the electrician needs to have his work moved because of issues with the pool installer. Even the pool inspector told us it’s on every installer to check with the town to see what the rules are. Long story short, we paid Chaz in full to complete the job to code. He said he needed more money to finish the digging because that wasn’t in the original quote. Well finishing the job up to code was in the quote and it wasn’t finished.

This being my first regulation size pool table I was nervous about the move and maintenance of it. But I googled “Pool table movers in CT” and they came up at the top of the list AND I was told about them from a co-worker of mine and he stated how professional, fairly priced, and timely they were. Chaz was very responsive and communicable from beginning till end no matter how many small and irritable questions I might have asked. It was a 7 am appointment time to meet me at the house where the table was to be broken down and coming from out of town a decent ways away he was not only a few minutes early but was texting me the timeline on the way such as when he texted me and said” Scott I’m 20 minutes away” then again at ten minutes. He and his co-worker Dominick introduced themselves and shook my hand which goes a long way towards respect and professionalism and was a great way to break the ice and start the job. When they started it man did they do their thing. They literally have it down to a science and we’re like a well oiled machine. I would have never thought it was as tedious and the process as intricate as it was yet they had it done so fast I was blown away. Then after they arrived at my house it was equally as impressive and they did a few things more like add wax to the seams and cracks, tell me what to do to clean and maintain it and even tried to get a stain out of the felt for me all the while assembling the table and balancing it and using shims where needed. Then Chaz tells me about replacing the felt and how the process is and the thoroughness of the artwork and the turn around time for the dying process for a custom cloth with my shops logo on it. All in all this was a fantastic decision I made to use them and the price honestly can’t be beat. They will be my go to for any questions I have regarding anything in my game room because they literally do it all when it comes to something like this. I HIGHLY recommend them and it was money well spent!

They disassembled, packed up, moved and reassembled the table in the timely manner. SafeConn was very reasonably priced in comparison to others and did a great job. I needed new cushions and a re-cloth after having my table for 20 years. I connected with 6 pool table repair companies in the metro NY area and after talking to each of them I landed on using Chaz of Safeconn LLC Services. The compelling reasons were: Pricing, customer relations, communication and in my opinion, one of the most compelling “value added” reasons was that Chaz does all of his work on premises in approximately 3 hours. The notion of having a company come, disassemble the table, take the parts with them to then return at a later date, just didnt make sense to me.Chaz is incredibly professional, an excellent communicator and is quite knowledgeable. Chaz and Gregg were meticulous in their work and extraordinarily neat and clean.The end result is that it feels like I have a brand new pool-table and all thanks to Chaz and Safeconn LLC.
