Called Dennis that morning and he came to the house promptly. Went over our new garage door options and what to expect. The process went smoothly. They even arrived a few hours earlier than scheduled. I highly recommend Dennis and his team to anyone. The new garage door is super sexy and quiet! Neighbors have already complimented on it! You cannot go wrong with Hickman Overhead door Company.

There is no other company to call but Hickman so don’t waste your time. We had them make a custom door for our pool house and we couldn’t be happier! Dennis and his crew were awesome to work with. They were on time and presented solutions to problems on the spot…I’d give them 10 stars if that was a thing. I am a FTHB and had many questions about my garage door. Jerry came out today and explained how it works, how to maintain it and common repairs etc. it was really helpful and I appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I called Hickman 2 weeks ago to see if they could replace the belt on my garage door opener. I provided Gretchen with the model and serial number of my opener and she said they would order belt and I would have to wait 2 weeks for it to come in and get installed, fast forward 2 weeks later and install scheduled, the tech shows up to replace a spring. My spring wasnt the problem, and that is part of the door anyway. He told us order the belt yourself and call them to reschedule. We are both disabled, and having to pull the door up and down the last 2 weeks has been hard. I called and left a message Hickman was referred by a friend as having a geat reputation, I am so disappointed, I will never use or referThem to anyone.. no apologies for the inconvenience, offer to try and find a solution to take care of us.still have not gotten a call back since Friday. I finally got a hold of Gretchen, she told me they sent a tech to make sure I needed a belt and not something else, I even told her the belt was missing chunks out of it. Then told me we can get the belt free from opener manufactur, when I asked why she didnt mention this 2 weeks ago when I called she repeated we needed to make sure it was the belt. Im pretty mechanically inclined and knew it was the belt. We now have the belt ordered and it will be here Wednesday. I will have my son install it, wasnt looking for free service, I pay for what I get.

Outstanding! Looks fantastic. Crew arrived on time and did a great job. I am so excited at how good they look. I’m a bit of a perfectionist, they meet my standards.

I made an emergency call because I couldn’t get my car out of the garage. Very nice secretary called me right back and had a technician come out snd measure the spring snd within an hour repairs very done. They even showed me how to maintain the door and hardware.

Highly recommend! The quality of customer service was top notch. The technician (Johnny) was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely kind! We’ve always received great service with Hickman and we will continue to utilize them for future repairs!

No consideration for scheduling when people work. The servicemen have been very good but scheduling needs improvement.
