Thrilled with the work Maietta & Sons completed on our property. Dennis and his son replaced three doors and installed two openers on my 100 year old carriage house. As soon as the doors showed up from the manufacturer, they were ready to get to work and had the whole thing done in two days. We are so pleased with the service provided by Dennis, we called him on a Saturday morning and he came on such a short time to help out, he fixed our broken door for the moment but we had to get new ones since ours were really used. A few weeks after putting our order, our old doors stopped working again and he came back to fix - never charged for time repairing! On Sunday March 7th at 4p my wife came upstairs and indicated her garage door wouldn’t close. I went and took a look and noticed pieces have broken off in and around the gears and realized this may be the end for this garage door opener. I walked upstairs, did a quick Google search and dialed the number for Maietta & Sons. I was fully expecting to leave a message (seeing as how it was Sunday afternoon) however to my surprise, Dennis answered. Over the next minute or so I described what I was dealing with, he then asked if I was available for him to come out between 9-10 the next morning.Long story short, the next morning Dennis arrived on time, assessed the opener we were having issues with then provided options. The discussion didn’t stop there, he also provided his thoughts on all the cables, springs on both doors as well as the other dated opener (walking me through and showing me where things were either beginning to fail or already failing). Although Dennis indicated that all the cables and other opener were “fine for now, they will need to be replaced in the next few years” (we have lived in the house since 2006 and havent even thought about the cables, springs or openers). With that info I made the decision to just replace everything. Within 2 hours both openers were replaced and working well. Dennis wasn’t expecting to do a full tune up when he originally arrived and because he had another appt. asked if he could return the next day to finish the job.All in, two days later, we have a keypad for the outside of the garage, both doors open without issue and if I’m being honest, never knew how quiet garage doors could be when opening and closing. Dennis was COVID compliant wearing a mask anytime any of us (wife and two kids) where around, cleaned up after his work and spent the time to walk us through the set up process (the remotes, keypad passwords and mobile app). All in all, we could not be happier. Thanks Dennis!!

Dennis is a great guy and business man. We called and two days later he has in our kitchen giving us a quote and showing us on the iPad the different types of garage doors for our house.
