They were friendly and helpful. I have set up a meeting to evaluate repairing/replacing my garage door. They were upfront with me about the costs and timing.

We had East Coast Overhead Door replace the gasket and weatherstripping around our garage door (mice had chewed through it). They responded immediately to my request and were very on top of getting out to our house to make the repairs as soon as the weather allowed since we had to wait a few weeks for the weather to warm up enough. The service was great, the price was reasonable, and the replaced parts look great. They will be my first call if we have another issue with our garage doors.

This company provides exceptional customer service! We had an emergent need and squeezed us in to their schedule. They texted us in advance to suggest a service window. They updated us 45 minutes before they arrived, consistent with the 1 hour window they provide initially. When a part was needed, they were transparent about the potential timeline and followed up within 3 hrs of their visit to confirm the part was available. On the second visit, they arrived on time as promised and resolved the issue effectively. Bravo!

Garage door spring broke rending door inoperable. Called east coast overhead door (their sticker was on the garage door that came with the house when I purchased my home) and they set up service within a week and got me back up and running. Excellent communication/service/experience from the moment I called them.

These guys have been servicing my overhead doors at our shop for years, always a great job. This week we had them install 2 doors at our home. They look great, and the updated door openers work awesome and incredibly quiet.Highly recommend. Staff is professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. Very reasonably priced as well.

When we bought our house we inherited garage doors installed by East Coast. So we have only needed little stuff -- new remotes and key pad. Each time they have been friendly, super responsive and professional. They have taken the time to make sure everything is working right, each time. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! Timely response, BUT $175 for a 15 minute service call to replace remote. ($125 for service, $50 to replace remote). Unbelievable.

YOU SIMPLY CAN NOT EXPECT BETTER SERVICE, PERIOD.I contacted this company to service our main overhead door at 5:30pm on a Tuesday evening. The owner, Todd Forcelius, was at our shop by 6:45am the following morning to assess needed repairs. Our door was repaired and functioning better than new by 9:30am Thursday morning. Doug Theroux

Absolutely fantastic service. Serviced our new home garage doors in Westport and did a great job, super reasonably priced. Tech could not have been nicer or more professional.Then this morning we had a major emergency with my wife hitting our garage door with her car and causing some damage at the home we are about to move out of. Todd was over within 2 hours to help correct and coordinate what was some relatively significant damage. Plus figured out a way it would not be a fortune to fix so it will be back to running perfectly.Bottom line is, this company is one stop shopping for anything overhead door. Very highly recommended!
