The storage is clean and reasonable priced. The people are friendly and helpful. Bianca from this location is wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.

Everything was simple and easy. Only issue was that the pad lock pops apart on the last run. Pins and springs went flying. But customer service and the transaction and moving itself were a breeze.

Bianca was wonderful throughout the two month experience at Cubesmart in Milford. We ended up needing an extra unit last minute and she was able to move things around for us!Definitely recommend.

Had to use this unit for longer than expected, but the staff made it easy and convenient. If I ever had an issue, the Manager Bianca was sure to go above and beyond to assist me.

Dirty, dingy, and disgusting. Do not rent here, I was charged for a month after I had already moved out. Front office was rude and bad business practices. You can easily find better kept spaces, cleaner units, and better service for MUCH cheaper elsewhere.

Last week, I went online to search for storage unit info. I completed an online reservation form. Within minutes, I received a call from Kim. She was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Kim answered all of my questions, and then some. She offered an appointment time, which I made, then missed. Kim gave me a courtesy call to see if I’d like to reschedule. I could not commit to a specific time. Kim was understanding and accommodating by informing me of her hours. Meeting with Kim to complete the rental was more of the same excellent customer service.

I have always been very impressed with the cube smart establishment since day one and more importantly your general manager Kim Ware is extremely professional and always in good spirits. Always happy to greet customers with a smile and information needed. Your lucky to have her on your team. With that said i am not impressed with the fact that you have unreasonable rate hikes for the size of my storage unit that started soon as my first year was up. This to me was unacceptable. I understand rate hikes but the amount of money CubeSmart was raising me and most likely other customers is ridiculous.

Tichina Williams went above and beyond to make sure my experience at CubeSmart in Milford CT was as quick and easy as possible. Even after realizing the unit I chose was too small, she was happy to show me another unit that better fit my needs. Every time I show up and meet a new person at the front counter I am impressed with there professionalism. I was recently very unhappy with a issue that came up with my billing and expressed my concerns about it to Tichina Williams whom I have met for the first time that day. Without any hesitation she immediately had suggestions to rectify my issue and she was so genuinely concerned about keeping me satisfied that she came up with a solution not just for my satisfaction but also was fair by her company too. I had a bunch of stuff I didn’t want to let go of, so I decided to take it to a storage unit. I found CubeSmart in Milford and decided to go check it out. When I came in, a woman named Alex assisted me and gave me so much information about the facility. She was so knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. Long story short, unfortunately I was unable to afford to keep all the belongings so I decided against renting a space. Nonetheless I just want to applaud Alex. She was so great and had me convinced to do business through this company!

I made a reservation on Friday online and Kim called me immediately to confirm. When I came in on Saturday, Alex was great. She was helpful and led me through everything. The lock they sold didnt fit and she gave me suggestions of where I could go. Both Kim and Alex provided great customer service.

If looking for a storage facility in New Haven county I strongly recommend the Milford facilities. They recently did all kinds of upgrades including paint, fences, security, garage doors and new pavement. It’s always clean and my unit is always dry. The entire staff is a pleasure to work with. They always are willing to help and always greet you with a smile. Especially the manager, Kim. She has personally gone out of her way to assist me with my storage needs. It is expensive to rent storage but Milford Cubesmart is comparable if not less than other storage facilities in the area. The money is worth keeping your valuables secure, clean and dry.

Would be better if they had gutters over the doors for days where it is raining or snow is melting. Storage works and seems to be a better rate than the others around here .

I and very happy with my experience at cube smart storage here in Milford. This is my third time renting with them and I would highly recommend it. Kimberly and Selena are fantastic and always there to help you anytime you need it and I have had to bother them on several occasions LOL. Again, I highly recommend cube smart!

I am very happy with my CubeSmart experience with the exception of having to pay for YOUR insurance for the 1st month despite my renters insurance covering me. (I brought you evidence of my coverage within 24 hours and nothing was in my storage unit then.) Also I was only told of the 2 higher priced coverages you insisted on...not the $12.00 coverage. Otherwise, the employees were very knowledgable & pleasant.
