I give excellent service to Timothy who helped us above and beyond for our last minute urgent print request.Timothy helped us and gave us some options and solutions for what we wanted to do.He was very knowledgeable and fast!He is the man.Job well done Timothy and certainly we will come back for more.

I feel there are quite a few new hires here. I just wanted to say, the new people didn’t have the answers but they were very resourceful—that itself is an excellent reflection of their management.

The staff here went above and beyond for my work print order and from initial phone call to email to books in my hands, was about one hour! I made my deadline and they made sure the whole process was efficient, seamless, and of the highest quality. I will definitely be back.

I am shocked that this locations average rating wasnt at least 4+ stars. I visit this location at least once a week, sometimes twice a week, to complete regular shipments. The staff is amazing, efficient, and kind. The manager Kirin is superb! Out of my 50+ visits, the staff has only made one mistake in generating a shipping label. For reference, I ship out 2-5 packages per visit. The one mistake was quickly and professionally resolved in 5 minutes by Kirin.

Two days delivery was delivered in 12 days after consistently calling to schedule pick up, two customer reps gave me totally contradictory information

Used their printing and lamination services. A representative called with follow up questions a couple of hours after I emailed by order. The order was ready the next day. The final pictures and lamentation was the highest quality, and the representative was really helpful on the phone helping me to get the best options.4 starts not 5 for the slow down and that nobody called me back next day to tell that the order was ready.Overall very happy with quality and service!

On 05/28/19, I called to see if my business cards were ready after a week and a half. There was no rush but I was just checking to when I could expect them. I talked to the female that was there and she said she would check. She put my on hold for another 21 minutes. I then call back 5 times letting the phone ring for a few minuntes each time with no one to talk to except a pick up and hang up each time. I will not do business with them regarding business items anymore.

The guy running production did a great job with the items I needed printed in the right size (he cut them for me), paper, and showed me how to use the laminate machine. Happy customer!

Jordan was extremely helpful with a complicated printing project that my grandmother and I could never have figured out on our own. My grandma has many nice things to say about the help she has received at this location.

I give Fed Ex Millbrae 5 stars. I was working on a difficult project and Danny was extremely helpful patient and very friendly. I come here often and have always gotten excellent service and help from Danny and his staff.At times when the store is busy one is always acknowledged with be right with you which is greatly appreciated one is never ignored. Many thanks to Danny and his attentive staff. Millbrae location is farther from my home than a different store, but I get great service here and will continue to patronize Millbrae location .Teresa

I had to print a last-minute special order while on a business trip and this team was AWESOME. Danny helped me find the right materials, was extremely responsive, quickly processed the print job, and all with wonderful service!

This place is my go-to for all of my business needs. Danny is so quick, so good with people, and the reason why I always go back to this location.

Fast, reliable service. Staff is generally friendly. Its a big space so its a little difficult to find where things are located. Passport photos are on the expensive side. $16 for two.

I like that one can submit a print request to Kinkos online or email but the service is poor. The site says a confirmation of the job will be sent at least 1 hour after Kinko receives it. I waited 4 hours and didnt receive a confirmation. I called and was told the job was completed. Ok when I went to pick it up, the employee was working with a customer with a large project. There was a line forming with customers like me there to pick up a completed request. The employee never acknowledged us or attempt to ask us what we were in line for. When I tried to ask the employee working the parcel/package if she could assist since she finished with her customers, she replied that she couldnt. After waiting almost 20 minutes and customer #1 still half way through her project, I left in frustration. Very poor customer service at the Millbrae store. I heard the Kinkos employees in San Mateo are more customer service oriented.

I walked in expecting to be able to send a small number of documents to LA, and include a self-addressed pre-paid return envelope to allow them to send them back to me in a few months. A reasonable request, you would think, for a place called Print & Ship Center.I was greeted by someone who had never heard of doing such a thing, and transferred to the manager almost immediately. The manager confirmed almost immediately that I could do this thing (encouraging!) but explained that since this was Fedex Office, not Fedex, I needed to perform all of this through a self-service process that involved me setting up an account with Fedex (she couldnt do that for me). Not ideal, but OK.10 minutes later after setting the account up and going through an arduous process at a keyboard myself, I was informed she didnt know if the return label she was planning to print would actually work to return the documents, and that I should call a 1-800 number to FIND OUT MYSELF, from FEDEX (yes, the very place Im sitting in) if that was the case. I gave up and walked to UPS.Version of this story at UPS (1 block away): Walk in, describe what I want to do in the exact same words, quick nod and apology for delaying me for 10 seconds while helping another customer, finished and paying within a minute for the whole thing. Even apologized on behalf of Fedex for the bad service.

I got there twice and every time I need to wait for a long time to get helped. The employees are slow-actioned and focus on their things which seem not rush. They dont care about customers.

I couldnt even get to the shop. It looks like there would be plenty of parking but none in the parking lot, or the adjacent public lot, or the street. I couldnt get my work done due to no parking. Very frustrating.
