Online when researching UPS vs USPS vs FedEx, I found that UPS simple rate (flat rate) shipping is an option. I asked about it at this store, and the employee told me that no such thing exists. I asked if it didnt exist at this particular store or if it was discontinued and she rudely said she had no idea - employee seemed very bored and angry about doing her job.

Good service but VERY expensive. Send 6 pages of documents to the store to print and scan. Charged $3.5 computer use for no reason. Bw print at $0.35 per page. FedEx is around the corner about 2 minutes walk and bw print is $0.1 there. $0.99 per page for scan. Almost 12 dollar for 6 pages of document.

Helen charged me for using the computer for 10 minutes when I didnt use the computer at all, I was just sitting there. I just realized this when I looked at my receipt. I sent my documents through my phone to their email so they could print my documents. I didnt want to log into my email through their public computer. Whenever you go to the UPS store make them explain the bill. I blame covid for this. I wouldnt have to go to the UPS store to print if the library was open. Thanks Helen

Worst experience at a UPS Store EVER!! Was double charged for my package at the point of sale. Went back in three days later with my original receipt and bank statement showing the charges posted twice. Kevin, the rep who was the person I originally sent the package with was there and explained to me that he would not refund my money because “his” computer did not show I was double charged. I then got my banking institution on the phone to verify. With them on speaker, verifying that they received two approval requests from the store 20 seconds apart for the exact same amount, he STILL refused to issue me a refund. He refused to give me the name of his manager, or the store owner. Fortunately I have a fantastic bank and they helped me file a dispute and gave me my money back. I wish I could give this store 0 stars. Kevin was one of the worst associates I have ever dealt with. Quite frankly at this point I feel like they tried to rob me at this store. Do yourself a favor go around the corner to he other UPS store down the street. These guys are crooks.

Staffs are friendly and Location is excellent - close by to my home though it’s in the downtown Millbrae so it can be a bit hard to find parking.I came to this location for a few times now that I thought to share some tips:For drop off experience, The staff can only scan and give you a receipt unless you buy their service to pack for you. The package has to be fully taped and have your box ready, unless you are purchasing their service to pack for you. Amazon has the feature to do so by requesting the label online. For usual customers, if you need to secure your package with additional tapes, the representative can’t do it due to their company policy. I hope UPS can provide self-served tapes around the packaging desk which will help improve customers satisfaction from re-visiting the store.This location normally only have one staff doing both packing and front service, but sometimes two and one is always packing which you may want to have everything ready in advance.For pick-ups, make sure you have a photo ID ready, also a letter or something that has your delivery address and your name on it so they can verify that the package is for you aside from tracking numbers.I would suggest UPS management to improve the store service to be more efficient and save cost of labor by obtaining a few self-serve electronic scans and receipt printers in the store to replace the effort of customer dropoff with receipt request. Also understand that customer’s needs are priority. No one wants to lose customer because of 2” of tape.Overall I love UPS service and we help each other when they are in my neighborhood. There’s one time a UPS car was stuck at the curb, we just support when we can as a neighbor. Thanks, UPS!

Wasnt open during posted hours. posted hours show they close at 6:30pm, they closed at 6:15pm. lights still on, but no workers. terrible. this location should lose its rights to be a UPS store.

On the morning of December 18th, I went to the store and needed to return Dysons products. The staff was very unprofessional. I opened the parts package again and again to check. After spending a lot of time, I even asked me to call customer service. He I dont know what to do, I told him I gave you a return code. He said because there are two packages to be charged separately and asked me to call Dyson customer service to ask how to operate! And he unpacked my package rudely, very unprofessional! !! !! Will never come to this shop again! The experience is too bad

The worst customer service known to mankind. After countless emails and phone calls to their staff member Kavin, I finally got him to set up a post box number for me. I had countless expensive items sent to UPS Millbrae for safekeeping. What did they do? They sent them all back to the sender! Thats right, no email warning, no phone call, no nothing. I just called to find out what on earth was going on. No recognition that they screwed up and will make it right. I asked Kavin for the store manager but was told there isnt one. I was just put on hold so Kavin could serve someone in the store and, after ten minutes of waiting, he hung up on me. Unbelievable!

Millbrae UPS Store is under new ownership. Ive had very positive experiences over multiple visits. Staff has been polite, helpful and very accomodating. Havent had long wait times like at the Burlingame Plaza location. Free parking on Broadway but I usually park in the public parking lot across the street from the store.

I came here in Saturday to drop off a UPS box and it was not opened at 9am, which is the listed opening time on the UPS online website and on google maps. I have been waiting for the last 15 minutes for someone to open the store.

Went here to ship a lot of boxes. Darshana was really friendly and super helpful. Had a great experience and everything went smoothly. She provided thorough information and answered all my questions. I was really stressed about having to ship so many things, but Darshana made the experience very pleasant. Would recommend!
