I always shop at cosmoprof but decided to see what the store was like after being referred to them by another stylist. Went in and immediately was asked if I had a license and of course I did which wasn’t the problem. The problem was offer the girl introduced herself she started a conversation with me about where I worked and then started basically trash talking local salons and there owners and staff. Telling me not to work there and there problems. It was very rude and disrespectful and after all that she’s like I will tell you places to work I gladly told her no thank you and left. This store is so convenient. Nikie and Sheila are super helpful and nice. Nikie always makes sure I can find everything I need and if not then they order it quickly.
