Ashley in the pharmacy is very nice and helped me become more knowledgeable on my prescriptions. I appreciate her taking the time to help me.
Amazing I feel like family the pharmacist knows me. Its nice to be recognized. They treat you with much respect. Its clean.
Have been using CVS Pharmacy for 15 years and the one in Millbrook for 1 year. Have always been very happy with the quality of service.
I went to pick up my medicine with an Americas pharmacy discount card. The pharmacist (dark headed girl) was very rude, and short with me, and she said since it was only 30 cents, she wasnt allowing me to use the discount. 30 cents might not be much to you, but any savings, is just that, savings. I will never go here again.keep your 30cents...
Was really surprised with how unbelievably rude the pharmacist was. apparently she had a problem that we were trying to keep a little bit of distance inbetween us due to covid. my grandmother is in stage 4 of lung cancer and would not survive if she got covid so my family and I are doing our best to make sure we do not expose her to it. out of no where the lady asks if theres any particular reason we parked with a distance from the window (drive through, and they have a wall built so its not like we could actually of gotten too far away) and we said just trying to be safe because of covid, which she replied well im touching everything youre about to get so youre actually just making things difficult and walked away. so were just sitting there waiting on her to come back with the medicine kind of in disbelief of the attitude we just received, and finally my husband looks up and sees she has placed the medicine on the edge of the window and walked off again, so rather than handing us the prescription or even just letting us know it was ready, my husband had to get out the car to get it. it was just her whole attitude that threw us off, completely uncalled for. and at the time the last we heard from the cdc was that covid wasnt primarily being transferred through touching objects but through droplets passed through the air. shouldnt get mad at customers for trying to take precautions especially when they havent been rude to you and you have no idea why they feel they need to take those precautions, Im just trying to protect my grandmother!
Brandon at the front is always smiling and so helpful. He is a great representation of the company and a breath of fresh air in customer service. There is a Walgreens across the street but employees like him make it no competition.
I used them for 6 years and recently have had nothing but trouble. Left the dr at 10am and by 6pm my daughters antibiotics still werent ready. I used them because their close to my house but walgreens is just across the street.
I have had to change from Walgreens to CVS. This place is terrible. I have been here twice at 8:30 am. The pharmacy is closed supposed to be open at 8:00. I was waiting and waiting when they walk in with there McDonalds bags all happy and smiling!
Helpful and friendly employees. The after Christmas sales made prices very reasonable.
Very poor customer service. Waited on hold for over 22 minutes!! Then was told only two people were working and it would take an additional 3 hours to fill the RX! Sound like this store is very poorly managed. Avoid unless you want to wait.
This is the worst CVS in Alabama. I went there last night and waited 6 minutes up front I never got to see an employee and I heard a page twice over the intercom and still nobody. I left but this isnt the first time. I have left merchandise on the counter because no one is around I shouldnt have to go and search for someone.
Very poor customer service
Overpriced, dont shop here much
Incompetent pharmacy.
