The store rep Nancy at Millbury store was absolutely amazing went above & beyond our expectations. Very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Went in to upgrade my iPhone ended up upgrading mine & 2 sons! From start to finish answered all our questions. Took her time, gave us options & completely set up all 3 phones for us, cases, screen protectors etc. can honestly say it is the best service we have ever experienced will never go anywhere else now! Had always been to Northborough store before that and never been that satisfied were even thinking of changing carriers, not now! Very happy

The last few months I have been having problems with my bills through AT&T with them charging me over $400 more than what I should be paying. I called a representative over the phone to try and resolve this issue, however, after 50 minutes of being on the phone they were not able to give me any help and sent me to my local corporate AT&T store in Millbury, MA. When I got there, I waited to speak to the general manager Justin Oaklif who was casually sitting on his phone while I waited on him for nearly a half hour. When I finally got to speak to Justin, he offered me no help at all. After being frustrated with him, I made a comment that I could get a better deal at any other mobile carrier. His response to this was There is a Verizon and a Sprint right down the road, do you need me to pull up your account number to make the switch? As a loyal and well paying customer of AT&T for years now, it really is very disrespectful how they treated me.
Just purchased a new phone. Mo was my salesperson! Wonderful is the only way I can describe him. Will tell my friends and family to deal with him. Wonderful experience. Thank you

Actually it wasnt good. I went in for assistance with my Samsung phone. My apps on my screen and cover photo were out of line I believe due to phone being on my pocket when walking and not locked. I just wanted to know how to fix it. She deleted and moved some if my apps. I wanted a specific photo of meaning back on my home screen. She said she only know how to delete or move them Id need the original to put it back as home screen photo. Advised Id have to call a Samsung representative for help. She was new to store and young. There is a young gentleman that had helped me before and was patient and knowledgeable. He was not there. This young lady needs some additional training and patience.
I recently decided I needed to switch carriers. After much debate I walked into AT&T. As soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable. I was welcomed by a associate named Mo. I explained what I was looking for and my concerns. He was so patient and helped me find what would work best for myself and my family. I will definitely recommend AT&T to all my friends
This was the greatest experience I have ever had at a AT&T store. All of the staff was very professional and helpful. The deals that they worked for us were so terrific- I left still amazed. The store is well set up, and all my questions were answered clearly! Definitely recommend!!!Justin was amazing! In addition to his super service we were also waited on by Evan! Amazing team.

Staff friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, pretty quick to respond.However, I asked about screen protectors and cases. There wasnt much of a selection. The tech referred me to a local Zagg kiosk at nearby mall. For $53.11, the Zagg employee installed a $1 screen protector, crooked, and it started peeling off in less than 3 hours, with no refunds, and a limited warranty that requires $10 payment for replacement with another $1 screen protector. Do not look for accessories at AT&T. Listen to no advice about accessories. Research all accessories online, buy cheaply, do it yourself.
Best customer service at this store MO and Evan took care of me and my wife gave us all the info we needed for new Apple watches these are pros at this store can’t say that about the other stores I visited!Thanks guys!!!!
AT & T associate, Carmelo (Melo) is very personable, knowledgeable, helpful and informative with no sales pressure. Worst experience, Jordan the Manger changed my entire plan without my consent. He did not turn in my old phone for the rebate and they are trying to force me to pay for both phones I provided them to hand in. Now he wont help to resolve the issues. Plus theres an additional $150.00 added on my bill. Ive called the 800# and they gave me the run around as well. Really disappointed to have this take place since Ive been a loyal customer for many years. I had a hacked email address that they reinstalled on my new phone and cannot remove it.do not ever use this store.

If it wasn’t texting, he would have the AirPods on and talking in his native language or using his watch, I should’ve gone to another AT&T. I am a paying customer and any other AT&T would have loved my business. I will be signing up for other products at another location all because one rep could not give me his undivided attention. Staff here is wonderful but be wary of Mo.

I have gone to AT&T’s Millbury location 3 times in the past year for various reasons. Each sales associate was always extremely personable, polite and helpful. Even when the store was extremely busy, they kept their cool and made the customer feel like they were important and valuable. Today Mo helped us upgrade a phone and buy an iPad. We left the store very happy!

Went to upgrade my phone and a younger man serviced me and my boyfriend. At first everything seemed to be going out well. Untill he started going back and forth between servicing us and other customers. At this point the people he serviced before us I could hear them becoming angry and saying rude comments as in “ they didn’t even make a appointment”. Which was true but it wasn’t our fault this man decided to stop servicing them to help us. After about 30 mins or so he started to run the process and kept telling the previous people that he was servicing “just a minute”. We had some questions to ask and wanted to completely understand what our bills would be and ensure we got everything complete. At this point I was frustrated that the people he was helping before us kept making remarks about us making it seem we did something wrong. After we left we had to come back the next day because he never took our trade ins or set our new phones up with us. A women helped us out the next day and was very sweet and took her time to service us.

We worked with Victor. I went in to upgrade my iphone, as I was told it was only $8.99 a month with trade in. I looked into switching my fiance onto my phone plan and was told it would only be $136/mo plus tax including the monthly installments for 2 iphone 12s. While waiting for my fiance to arrive, he took another customer. I let him know we were on a time limit. He ignored us and spent an hour with them and made my fiance late for where she needed to be. I was told on my first bill I would get $60 charge for two one time upgrade fees. I just got my first bill -- $329! I call ATT, they tell me he put us on two different plans and added insurance. Its taken me two 45 min calls this week to ATT 1-800 number and it still isnt resolved.

Was looking for a prepaid plan with byod. When the rep saw that there was no commission involved for her she went back to checking her phone along with the other 2 people working there.Decided that AT&T wasnt a good idea and left.No customers in the store either.

Tim was able to get me set up with my new phone in a timely manner, and with a pleasant friendly demeanor throughout the entire process.

I really hate giving bad reviews however, I left this location completely dissatisfied after purchasing a new Iphone 12. My sales person was Vic and I told him right away that I was not tech saavy (I am over 50) and needed my data transferred from my Iphone 7 to my new Iphone 12 because I inadvertently did not have Icloud turned on. I immediately got a sigh and eyeroll When he asked me for my Apple ID and password, I admit I did hesitate but said that I could probably figure it out. He never even gave me the chance. He went ahead and tried to do the transfer and it failed. He told me that I had to go to Apple (Marlborough or Natick) and they would have to help me. When I told him that I needed a phone to use, he took the sim card from my new phone, placed it in my old phone and quickly sent me on my way. He just did not want to be bothered now that the sale was complete. My family has been loyal customers of AT&T for years and I expect more from AT&T then horrible customer service! Well, I did go directly to Apple in Marlborough and received excellent customer service and I am now enjoying my new Iphone 12. I will never purchase another phone from AT&T.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was lied to and misled at every turn. Invaluable items on my old phone were lost forever. I wasted days worth of my time trying to work with AT AND T to no avail. Seems like they are just trying to meet sales projections and operating in bad faith. I will be filing formal complaints with every consumer rights agency i can finf.
