Sprint/T- mobile at the blackstone valley mall is awful! I’ve been with sprint for 14yrs and the merger is truly making me want to find a new carrier. I called them today and asked what time they were open till? I was told 8pm, went to the store at 4pm to find the doors locked and the store close!!! That’s really professional of them!!!
I highly recommend this particular Sprint store and drove 20 miles out of my way to go here on the recommendation of a friend. Josh was extremely polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. I didn’t find him pushy when I told him what phone I wanted to upgrade to. When he tried to sell me some accessories- (because it is his job after all) he didn’t try and convince me that I just had to have them. He took no for an answer and kept it moving. It was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend the store! Thanks again!
A friend of mine was completely scammed out of 800 dollars here, and then verbally abused by their trashy assistant manager....Phone carrier stores are known to be scammers but imagine waiting a week to fix your phone problems that the store “promised” they would fix, and then dodging all of your calls and pleas to fix the issues, and THEN being verbally abused when you finally go into the store after being on hold for THREE hours to attempt to fix the phone situation that THEY caused....Don’t spend your money here... there are like 3 other phone carrier stores at this same plaza.... and if you MUST go to a T-Mobile ... I’m sure there is a better one 10 mins down the road...Worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed.
Carolina the assistant manager is extremely unprofessional. She made this experience ten times worse than it was or needed to be. We went in for my birthday present to upgrade my phone. Instead We were promised this “deal” which was a scam to have us pay off our phones in return for an upgrade to the iPhone 12. 800 dollars later we do not have an iphone 12 due to a failure in transferring the credit from our sprint account to our tmobile account. They agreed this was their issue and told us they would call us later in the week to resolve. Almost 7 days later with no return calls and ignored calls to the store. I placed on hold for over 3 hours with no response. I walked into the store and explain (calmly because I am well aware that customer services employees have a difficult job) that I need a refund. The customer service employee asked for more time but I said I would like to speak to a manager cause it has gone on for so long that I’m nervous to lose the 800 dollars. the store manager who is conveniently never there was out sick. The assistant store manager immediately began to scream at us escalating the situation. She said there was nothing she could do for us. She said snide remarks like I’m done with you people. She would say she couldn’t do things that later on became an option. She would put her hand up, talk over us, and walk away. When asked to speak to the store manager personally who was on the phone she said no you can’t. She then said we could receive a refund but would have to give the phones back and have no phone. She began to say she was unable to talk to me and there was no way to make me an authorized user. THANKFULLY, I already was. So at the end of this story T-mobile robbed us blind and is taking no responsibility for this. Please please do yourself a favor and choose verizon, at&t or anything other than t mobile.
Tynell was awesome! I walked in knowing the upgrade I needed and the amount of time I had to get it done. He was competent and efficient. He did not try to up sell me on anything but had advice on accessories that were of interest and found the best match for my needs. Checked my account and made recommendations to ensure I had the best plan and items for my business. Very professional and extremely pleasant!
This company is a giant scam. They will hook you up with a really good deal and then charge you lots of money later on. And customer service is awful they don’t see a problem with charging 100 extra and not even following the plan you were put on warning to everyone don’t switch to sprint

The associates employed here are quite deceiving and Sprint as a whole is terrible! If you’re in to being stolen from then these thieves are for you.. never return a phone to a retailer if you’re even silly enough to employ their service because they may keep it and continue to bill you for said phone despite having a proof and receipt of return!
Switched wireless providers to T-Mobile. Seamless experience.-
My husband and I went to this Sprint location on a Sunday, and had probably the best experience I have ever had at Sprint. We worked with Josh, and walked away with 2 new i Phones, an iPad, Air Pods, and a slew of accessories. He was not pushy or demanding, he explained what our offers were, how much the increase in billing would be and informed me there was a discount for AAA - something NO other customer service rep has ever informed me of prior. 100% would recommend this store and 100% would recommend seeking out Josh to help.
I have been a Sprint customer for 12 years and have always hated going into this store. Anticipating an arduous visit I called ahead and was pleasantly surprised to be invited in immediately rather than schedule an appointment. Fernanda had my requested phone put aside with a note on it so that if another employee handled my transaction they had the necessary information upfront. Fernanda was knowledgeable and efficient, she had my phone set up and all info & apps swapped within 30 minutes. During my visit Fernanda and Cat (nickname?) flawlessly handled a very difficult customer and kept stride with their current tasks. Two other employees were also actively engaged in tasks during my visit. Typically this location has had employees who were too busy playing on their own phones to acknowledge customers and behaving in a manner barely acceptable for a zoo. My wife and kids will be heading in soon for their upgrades as Fernanda checked the account and made some recommendations. I have always handled my familys phones because of the store atmosphere and appreciate that I am now comfortable having them visit the store on their own. Fernanda and Cat are an asset to the Sprint brand and understand the spirit of service. Thank you.
I went into this store and had Tynell help me with an upgrade. He did an awesome job. He helped me save money on my plan and get an ipad at no cost. He is very friendly and always looking out to help his customers the best way he can. I highly recommend this sprint store!

Called today 1/19/20 to get some info on upgrading as I’m due for a upgrade, my questions were simple such as what the benefit of coming into the store as to ordering on line, rep was very rude explained the 30 fee which online says it’s waved which I told him he then said well it’s not clear and their lying ummmmm ok it says clearly activation waved. He said then but it online. Wow I wasn’t rude at all he was very rude. So guess I will buy it online what a jerk wish I got his name.

I came in with some questions about my plan and my eligibility for an upgrade, and Katia was very quick to help. She answered all my questions with patience, and recommended offers that were best suited for me. She was very friendly throughout the process and I left the store very satisfied!

If I could give this store a zero I would. Absolutely the worst service ever after realizing you have been completely lied to about everything. I have been fighting sprint now to fix my bill for months since I am paying double my original quoted price. Lied straight to my face about everything and they do not care. First stop if the Purge was a real thing.
Dont bring your screen protector here to have them install it. The man left dirt underneath and theres a horrible amount of bubbles.

The woman that helped us was able to straighten out some mistakes that Sprint customer service had made on our account that was making it difficult for us to upgrade phones. She was very patient and helpful and worked with us all the way until closing time.
Amazing store, to the contrary of many sprint stores i have visited previously, make sure you ask for carlos, great guy that will get what you want or need.

I have had two very displeasing interactions at this Sprint store. The customer service is seriously lacking and I actually had an employee argue with me about a phone I wanted. He became very defensive, insinuating that one brand was far superior to another. On a different occasion I had questions about a phone and had to wait 10-15 minutes for the employees to stop talking amongst themselves to acknowledge me. I will not be back.

Ive worked in retail and customer service for many years and I prided myself on being upfront and honest with my customers. I went into sprint Millbury location and dealt with a salesman named Moses and this guy is a dishonest hustler that will lie to your face to make a deal! Im posting this to warn people of businesses and people like this. Buyer beware and take your business elsewhere!
Anyone under me who gave this store 1 star must have came to the store with a halo over them expecting to see jesus himself behind the counter because i recently went there to switch carriers and had THE BEST experience ever! Everybody was so polite and made sure ever person in that store was a priority. They were very kind and polite despite people in line getting upset about the wait (no more than 5 min)(probably the people under me) and i thought they handled it very well. I have been down there multiple times now and almost everyone of them helped me. I would give them 10 stars if i could and i would recommend everybody to go to this store if you want to be helped by a kind, polite and very professional group of people. I would even recommend the halo group below me to return to the store and i would bet that your next visit is very pleasing! Also i would like to mention that i jad verizon for 16 years and sprints service is 100x better, i havent dropped a call yet and have been all over the northeast! Not to mention my bill is more than $100 cheaper! I would highly suggest not to take these 1 star lovers(take a look at all their other reviews) advice as you would be missing out on a great experience!

These people tried to help me straighten things out. Still had to talk to Sprint customer services about when theyre gonna take my automatic Payment out. The original guy in Worcester store d $217 a month and now it is $261 not happy. And the payment is being taken out on the 14th of August and I stated that there would be no money in the account till at least the 20th of the month every month
