Hit a deer during a trip to Yosemite, and the front end of my Sienna van needs some body work.Found body shop Service King (in Milptas) which is local and they have good reviews, so I decided to give them a try.They have a modern and large facility. Their staff is very professional! And I had an estimate ready in 15 minutes.They right headlight, AC condenser, and hood require replacement, and the front bumper requires to be repainted.After 2 weeks in the shop, my van is repaired and ready. Upon seeing the van in person, I am surprised by the quality of the work. Body panels are perfectly aligned, paint is so nice that is same as factory (no over-spray, no orange peel, just looks perfect in every angle). They even washed the whole car and applied tire shine, make my 10 years old can looks brand new again!Thank you Service King for doing such a great job on the repair!

Do not schedule service at this location.These receptionists are rude and unprofessional.We came to their office to schedule appointment last week.They took our information to schedule an appointment but we came to see them today, they said they dont have anything their system.They asked all kinds of questions. My insurance agent came to talk them and they refused to talk to him.

There business has the easiest way to get an estimate for body repairs. You fill out the info take some pics and I received my estimate the next day. They followed up with messages if I had any questions and that they would handle my repairs if I choose to use this shop.
Latest update: they have stepped up to the plate. Got the car back 1.5 days early. Washed and cleaned outside and inside. Repairs were done professionally.BTW rental car service was also smooth - all done onsite. No need to go to rental location.=========================Earlier review:Time is a very fluid concept here. Twice the appointment didnt start on time. Already 30 min late.No wifi - FYI. They show work tables but it defeats the purpose with no wifi.Just be sure to allocate extra time and not expect to rush to work. Nice clean new place with cold water bottles and coffee. Their attention to appointment time needs work.Will update once they repair my car.
Came here after an auto accident that was not my fault. Everything was smooth and everyone was friendly until Justine released the car to my parents who came to pick up. They demanded a deductible even though they were notified way before that the deductible would not be waived otherwise they would not release my vehicle. I contacted my insurer and she put me on a 3 way call with her and she sounded so irritated. She said “all I do is look at the paperwork. and if it says to collect a deductible that’s what I do, but now that i’m looking, I do see that there is a note that the deductible should be waived.” She was upset that she had to do more paperwork to write it up as an error. She stated she could not refund my dad because the payment already went through. It was her tone and lack of care for me that gave this review 3 stars. My dad was really upset because he reiterated to her that a deductible should not be collected but had she checked like my insurer made her do over the phone, this wouldn’t have been an issue. Otherwise, mad props to those who repaired my car that looks brand spankin’ new!
Our Malibu was rear ended causing bumper to bumper damage. Service king provided fast, reliable, and clear service leaving me nothing to worry about! They handled all the communications with our insurance & got the car back to us in a timely manner! Highly recommended! They even washed the car which was covered in ash from all the fires across California, thank you Service King!

Service King did a fantastic job. I dropped my car off for a door handle repair at 8am and they were finished, including a car wash, around 4pm. The text messaging makes it easy to get updates on the vehicle, and Charlene was a pleasure to work with.
They are professional, courteous and take care of you and your car. Have taken two vehicles there and they get them in and out fast and their work is amazing.

Nice and clean place for antibody repair shop. But you come here for the workmanship and is not there. Had to make couple trips here to make sure repairs is done properly. I should of went to the shop I normally goes go. Not recommended.
Pleased and satisfied with my experience. My service advisor was Dean, who was teamed up with Vivian from Geico. Glad and thankful I had them for the service. They were helpful and able to work with me very well. Both are proficient at what they do; if you have any questions or concerns, they will deliver. Also, the front desk receptionist—Sharlene— was very welcoming and friendly! Had very low expectations for this place but was proved otherwise. Overall, I am happy with the work the whole staff has put into my front bumper. Would highly recommend Service King

Getting your car repaired is not everything. Yes it was perfect work by repair department but Customer service is like small business. Not enough knowledge. I suppose to get refund back of $400 but never got back. Whenever I call they said they will give me call back after 3 Pm. And I’m still waiting for call back. It’s been more than 3 weeks now. I called 4 days in row about my refund but same answer that I will get call back after 3pm. Finally I went there personally and asked about what’s going on and they said the person who is in charge of it, she had flat tire and so on.... 2 times and person was not there. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. When they wanted to charge me $$, they charge me right away, I never said that I’ll come back after 3 weeks or run away. I paid. Now they supposed to give me refund, and making me run around them? So I forget about that? B******t

Worst experience ever. Really a nightmare for my girlfriend to have the fix there. Extremely low efficiency, have to call and email so many times for an simple appointment. Even have to be there in person to check with them. They’re always behind the schedule they told you and don’t let you know!! Their extremely low efficiency significantly influence all my schedule and personal events.
Do not take your car here! Staff may just take your vehicle out on a joy ride and hope to get away with it. 42 hard accelerations? Definitely excessive people do their best to maintain their cars in pristine shape and save that type of behavior for the track most cases! Horrible customer service, beyond unacceptable to take a vehicle out on a joy ride and not make it right to the customer when you get caught. Hope nobody takes their vehicle to this shop as they are not going to take care of it, find a shop that cares for their customers experience and vehicles.
My claim was assigned to Imran A @ Milpitas location. I must say that I had very great experience dealing with him - from my first meeting until I picked-up my car after repairs. It seems that he has been in the business for sometime and knows how to get the job done properly/professionally - keeping a customer first attitude and a great smile. He provided me with regular updates re: the status of my vehicle repair process. Overall, I am very happy with the service we received from Imran and this Milpitas location of Service King.

Amazing quality control.The charged around 4k to repair the fender of my car. When they return it to me was sticking out, had to inform them that because apparently they didnt realize that. Then had to come back again because the moldings were falling down. Avoid this place at all costs

Ive been in 4 accidents in the last 3 months, was very satisfied with the repair results for the last 3. Unfortunately this latest one, was a total loss. Coming to the shop, I spoke with Charlene and Sammy, Charlene gave all the information i needed regarding my vehicle, including what was gonna happen to the vehicle and options i may have. Sammy brought me out to my vehicle not once, but twice that day, to collect personal belongings . He even went and got some tools to help, and proceeded to remove item, when I was busy removing other things.I would say that the Customer Service that i received yesterday was excellent. and that Charlene and Sammy knocked it out of the ballpark. I was bummed out for the loss, they actually made feel better, This will be mine and my families go to shop, if need be. Thanks again Service Kings!!

Sami at Service King Milpitas was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. After my Subaru Outback was rear-ended, I was devastated and could barely focus because of the whiplash and my concussion; however, Sami assured me that my Outback was in good hands and that he would keep me informed very step of the way. Knowing that my Outback was being taken care of by Sami and the Service King team gave me so much peace of mind while I was in such a distraught and vulnerable state. My Outback was even ready earlier than expected, and looked just as beautiful as she did *before* she was rear-ended. My Outback was returned to me washed and waxed (even my wheels were cleaned!); upon entering my Outback, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my cars interior had been thoroughly cleaned as well. Thank you for the exceptional customer service and for taking care of my Outback so I could focus on my recovery, Sami!
My car back to home around 1 week for now. I dont see any issue and I really appreciate the Dean work and the way he has taken care of car. i can see the clear difference compared to my earlier body shops which i have visited. while driving my car, i really feel the difference and i like my car after the repairs. I particularly appreciate ServiceKing for cleaning the car entirely with full wax after the body repair which gives very good impression to the customer when they are taking the car back to home. Keep up the good work. I recommend others to give the car to ServiceKing compared to local/other body shop and SerciceKing is cheap compared to outside.

At the beginning, I had some misunderstanding on the schedules and complained on Yelp. This got the local store managers attention (Ather Sheikh). Not only he personally saw it done as fast as possible, he also ordered a polish on the outside and cleaning of the inside too.When I came back to pick the car, he also personally met me in the place and made sure I was happy about everything. Even more, when he knew I had to return my rental car in a different place, he asked one of his guys to give me a drive over there.I have to say many of these far exceed my expectations, and made me a loyal customer. When you see a great manager like this, you know they will succeed for sure. As a big chain store, it is easy to lose track of something, it is the good manager and culture in place that can ensure their success.
I was initially satisfied with my experience here minus the lack of updates from my service advisor, Hector Vasquez, but have been frustrated at trying to get rental reimbursement due to a paperwork issue with my repair.I dropped off my car on October 9 as scheduled after my car was rear-ended, inquiring about updates a couple times along the way. Hector left a voicemail letting me know that my car was ready on October 16. However, the paperwork only shows that 4 days of repairs were needed, so Geico is refusing to cover the full 8 days of rental I needed between Oct 9 - Oct 16.I called Hector again to see what was up and he was unable to explain why there was a discrepancy there. My insurance spoke with them as well and Service King/Hector reported no delays, yet they held the car all the way through October 16. I had called on October 15 and they said my car was still in the paint department, so either they started on the car late and did not report it, or did not fill out the paperwork correctly.I previously had my car repaired at Caliber Collision in Milpitas and had no issues whatsover, and thought Id go here since it was closer but regret choosing to do so now.EDIT 12/31/18:I spoke with the General Manager Ather at Service King and he was able to rectify the situation and reimburse me for the difference in question. While I wish things had gone smoothly, I appreciate their effort in fixing the situation.

So I probably would’ve rated them a 5 star, since their workers are polite. But after what they did to my car I’m giving them a 1 Star. My car is a 2017 Camaro SS. It’s a sports car for the people that doesn’t know about cars. So when my car first went in to get fixed they said it’ll take a couple of days to be done, and a week passed so I called and they said parts are still coming in for the car. So i said ok that’s fine and continued on with the day. Few days passed and I went over to the place with my dad since we needed to sign some papers and we also checked to see how the car was doing. While we were there the car was almost done with and just washing it up, but there was still a screw in the front tire due to the car accident that i was in. So they said call them tomorrow (Friday) and see if the car is done since it should be done with, and so I did call back the following day on a Saturday, and they said the screw wasn’t out yet and that it should be done on Monday and I can pick it up that day as well. On that night I checked myChevrolet app where I can see all my driving records and how far I’ve driven, how fast Ive driven and tells me all my hard accelerations and hard breaking. Be alert that my car has been here at service king for a while and before that has been sitting broken at my house for a while so I was unable to drive it. But on the same day October 6, that Saturday night, I seen on the myChevrolet app that my car was driven on Friday October 5, the same day I came in and seen my car, with the screw still in the tire. So I looked at the driving record and it told me they drove my car only 6 miles but with 42 hard accelerations and 6 hard breakings. They also drove my car 80+ mph on the freeway or side road but who knows where since there were hard accelerations everywhere on the myChevrolet app. But I do know they’re not supposed to be driving 80+mph in someone else’s car that they’re fixing at their shop. So on that Monday (since they’re closed Sunday) I went there before school started with my parents and talked to them about it. We spoke with the manager about it and he said they’ll find out who did it but the screw still hasn’t been taken out from the tire. So we told them we’ll wait for it since I no longer wanted the car there. And that day or the day after we got the car my dad spoke to someone on the phone, I think he was part of corporate but he was someone higher than the other workers from the shop, and my dad told him what had happened, and the guy told him that this will never happen again and that he’s truly sorry that this had happened. My dad told the guy that we could’ve brought it to social media and put it out there to where a lot of other people can see it as well, and the guy told my dad thank you for not doing so since the company can lose customers The guy also said he’ll send something to us as a sorry gift of them doing that to my car, but 3 months has gone by and still nothing ever came from them.So now I am bringing it to social media, since I wouldn’t want someone else having the same issues I had with them as well. If you have a sports car do not bring it to service king in milpitas cause they will take it for a “test” drive, more like a joy ride instead.Updating, read all the other reviews and owner got back to them apologizing recently, but yet, still has not got back with me. Poor just poor

Went for inspection per insurance company of the driver who hit our car from behind. After the inspection, the rep at Service king very clearly told us insurance will pay for replacing the part as the repair was not possible/more costly. After confirming twice that there is no out of pocket cost to me, i take an appointment. Just as I am about to leave, the person comes back and tells me the amount changed (within 10 mins) of when I was at the center.I come home and call back to change the appt to another time, and then I am told, - just so you know you need to cover for some prior damage - amount more than 1000, After back and forth with two people at the center, they ask me to cal the insurance and deal with it. Bottomline, the service I got at Service King was unprofessional at worst and incompetent at best. I dont want to get my car repaired here if I cannot trust the quote provided and the verbal terms/commitments.
Try to stay away from this place. They will give you the run around.

Was grazed by a van and needed some minor dent/scratch repairs on 3 different spots. Scheduled appointment through Geico, since its one of the Auto Xpress places (adjuster, shop, and rental car in one spot). All 3 were a pleasure to work with.Claims adjuster got us squared away with an estimate, which included an option for a flat check for 2 of the spots. We could sign off on them as acceptable and keep the money, instead of paying for repairs. We opted for repairing 1 spot, and then taking the check on the other 2.Shop representative was polite, work was done in a day (PDR, paintless dent repair), and they washed the car for us too. Not the best wash, but it was free! Plus, the other 2 spots were now imperceptible.Enterprise rental car was easy, gave us an SUV upgrade for free over the full-size. The rep was out of office when we returned same day, but the shop checked in the rental for us.Worth the drive up to Milpitas over using the closer San Jose location, IMO!
