Love love love this place! The staff is very helpful and sweet. Even one employee went above and beyond to sell me and item (new release scented creams in aromatherapy collections) that wasnt even on the shelf yet! Customer is awesome. Great purchase experience everytime

The place was clean and well stocked. Was given a warm welcome once I walked in. Their customer service skills were on point! The sales associates werent pushy. They made themselves available & knowledgeable for easy shopping. Bonus: It smells really good in there!

Always crowded but I really like the foam soap they are all over my house 😅 they smell really nice and we start buying them since the pandemic started so we are now used to this soap. Sometimes there is a big line and you will have to wait thats the only thing I dont like. But service is really good so that amazing I really care about the service in every place and this one is really good at that.

Helpful staff no line, was able to get what I needed and in and out with no problem. I tried to come this past weekend with a two hour wait and super long lines.

It was very interesting going there in fact its been a long time since I last went and by rules of only entering by certain doors I was twisted around and had to walk quite a bit and then back up and find this Bath & Body Works everything was very nice very clean it was not congested people were helping out and I was able to buy something which I am very pleased with

Love this place

There are so many fun scents to try out and usually pretty good deals. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They have samples of all the scents so you can see what you like best. I love that they have a sink to try the hand soaps or simply wash off a sample that you may not have liked. I can never spend just a few minutes in this store because they always have new scents to try and new products they bring out all the time.

I go to this shop to get only one particular product rose but they do have a lot of fragrances to shop around. Its good to purchase items when there is a sale. Friendly staff but the checkout line can be too long at times.

Hannah the Manager does not know customer service at all! She should be taught and learn how to deal with customers and be taught how not be rude. I quote her “her job, Juliet her team member is more important than a $10 discount that she can extend to you.” And she said this infront of other customers even while she was attending to other customers. not apologetic and so was Juliet. They may be busy but they should learn to treat customers well. I will not go back to this store. I would rather deal with friendlier staff in other stores. She needs to be taught and reminder that customer is important.

The store manager has nothing to do with customer service, all the other staff I dealt with are friendly and professional except her!She makes everything complicated and prefers to lose a customer over giving a $10 coupon!I’ve never seen a store manager with attitude like this ! And she keeps saying with attitude “I’m the store manager here” !! This is funnyI love bath & body work but even this location is closer to my home I will never come back.I haven’t been treated like this before!

This store is located inside The Great Mall, in Milpitas, CA. On Thanksgiving day 2018, I looked in. The wares are mostly the best of Asian, Indian cosmetics. And over 70% of visitors and customers are of Indian heritage.

Rude the only 2 females working there said they are not familiar with the B&BW app they said it’s not allowed to be used in the store so I left. The store looks empty even on weekends because of the cashier customer service skills. Every store I’ve been to even in the state of Montana scan my app and the fact that a store from California did not want to was upsetting to me. Not a happy camper 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
