The personal here is awesome, I called to make an appointment and the lady at the phone was very nice, once I arrived the day of my appointment, again they were very awesome and made me have a wonderful first time experience there, my waxer Mariela did a very good job! I was nervous at first and she was very helpful, she kept talking to me the whole time and was very awesome, a great place!!!

They are amazing, especially Bri! I have a low tolerance for pain and they make this as painless as it could possibly be, even Brazilians. I used to use cheaper nail salons, but this place is worth more than the little extra cost. I highly recommend a visit!

My go to place for getting eyebrows waxed. I have seen Reia three times already and have been very satisfied with the service. She cleans up my brows just enough to get rid of all the overgrown hair while keeping the shape nicely. She will even trim and pluck all the stubborn hairs that wont come out with the wax. The front desk staff is pretty nice too and wont try to push their products on you. Definantly recommend.

For the love of God, do NOT pay with your credit card. They set me up for automatic payments that I did NOT authorize. I noticed the charge from November 26th on November 28th. I called them immediately asking for the manager and was handed over to a woman named Jade. She agreed that I should have never been charged and reassured me that I would have a refund in 3 business days. Well, 3 days later there was no refund. I called and spoke with the assistant manager, Rachael. She said there was no note made in my account from my previous conversation but she also agreed I should be refunded and assured me Id have my refund back by Monday. I checked Tuesday and still no refund. I called again, this time speaking with Anais. She informed me that their regional manager, Allison, should have authorized the refund When she had been in earlier that same day but she hadnt. Apparently Allisons been experiencing family troubles sorry, thats not my problem simply a BS excuse. I emailed corporate who also agreed I should have received a refund but that it was up to the discretion of the location. Anais called me back to get my credit card info, assuring me that Allison would approve my refund. I finally received my refund on the 19th.RIDICULOUS. That locations customer service is garbage.Also, my second wax at this facility was by Von. She had no clue what she was doing and burned my skin, literally my flesh peeled twice and I was left with ingrown hair after ingrown hair. I only returned too see my original waxer, Rhea because she actually knows what shes doing.
