Bad bad bad!! Ridiculous customer service by a real rude woman who can barely talk. We bought a perfume for 65 bucks because they told us it was 5oz.. as soon as we realized it was 3.3,we checked that target had a better deal so we said please cancel the transaction. We had not even left the store but they did not let us refund which is actually illegal coz we were still inside. Moreover she misbehaved with me saying i have never visited an expensive store and she can pay the difference if its so hard for me to pay 25 ush extra!! Talk about arrogance!
Pathetic experience !!On the Black Friday day sales, I and my wife went to the store looking at the discount sale of 70% & hoping that we get some good deal.At the store, there were 4 sales executives serving the customers and one of them acknowledged at us after 2 mins. Understandable, Black Friday busy event, they would have been working over hours.And then one of the sales executives comes to us in utterly uninterested manner. We ask them what discount are available and in return she asks us, tell me what you want. So we tell her our options are open, we walked into the store looking at the 70% discount. And immediately she says not all products are on 70% sale and pledges for our budget. We said around 35 dollars and we need a fragrance for women. She gets one fragrance and gives us a test strip. We did not like it. She then shows an aggravated face and gets 4 more perfumes. One of them we liked and asked her for the price as there is no price tag on the unit . She says its $35 after discount(Verona love fragrance ) and turns at her colleagues how bad is her day has been as she is working since 7 in the morning. Fine, I and my wife happily pay for it and come outside. Thats when it struck to me what could the the actual price for it online. Guess what, all the online and as well as retail price in Sears, Walmart shows its $16. Felt cheated and went back to the store and its the same person again. I told her we would like to return the unit as its overpriced . She says there is no return policy in the store and online sale is scam and they sell water unlike her store. (Her exact words ) . I told her even if its water they have at least a return policy for consumer and you also should have one. She asked me uninterested to pay any attention, what do I want to do now .. Believe me, that attitude for a sales rep was absolutely pathetic and shows how cheap they can be in fooling a consumer.I exchanged a CK be perfume which I have used earlier and which costed $19 online which at least costed more in market ($19 > $16) .What bothers me is how big a scam some retailers can be and how pathetic their strategy(non-return ) be to cover their scam .I hope this message reaches all the consumers as well as the head of the retailer.-Nagaraj Bhat

Weird experience... around the corner, in the same mall, you can fing the same products at a portion of the price.
Very bad experience.No refund policy.They will sell 10$ product at 50$.Do not buy any product from store.
