HORRIBLE customer service! Don’t be fooled by some of the high ratings! My sister Amir needed to switch service to Cricket Wireless, and the employee (whose name was Sergio) made it SO unnecessarily difficult and practically refused to give her access to her OWN personal information! His demeanor was also VERY rude and unprofessional, and this is exactly why we wanted to switch in the first place! They do NOT care about you, only their profits! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! And your worker Sergio needs to be FIRED! I wish I could give 0 stars!
I had problem with my prepaid simcard, about which the amazon seller from which I bought, but cant contact with. The clerk at AT&T in Great Mall spend his time more than a hour to solve with AT&T customer service, calling almost 10times, accessing their intranet with really many times of login again, checking imei code to find the problems, deligently.He already know that this kind support give no money and its not the problem he brought with, and directly relates with him. Even then, with his help on me, international customer could survive today. I realized that without cell phone, I could not drive strange city to find get help without google map, or get help from someone. Thank you guys. You are my bros. not just seller.
The agents at the store are extremely unprofessional, constantly bickering and not respectful of customers time. They are also sexist in their behavior.

Tony was so patient in helping us with transfer of billing and we left the store and mission accomplished. He also helped me with my storage problem and I was able to upgrade and get triple amount storage and very good discount. Overall we are happy with excellent service.
Liz and Dan had such amazing customer service ! We had them helping us for 3-4 hours straight and they made sure everything just right for us ! they were such gr8 people and they kept conversation with us as they were helping just because our process of transfer did take us way longer but I loved the energy they had ! DEF recommend to head over there!
Employees are just sitting there not wanting to help out customers. When they did help out the customers they were very rude. I highly recommend not coming here it is a waste of your time.
To all customers who shop at Great Mall at&t. Precautions when you touch their phones samples. I went there and try to check out the New Samsung galaxy 10 plus. I saw the phone and try to pick it up and feel it and then one of the sales came over and said oh no don’t break my phone. And then I was shock. What the hell.
Oh.. I did not experience such weird responses and service with any other store. Forget about politeness, they just insulted the customer again and again. I called for a service, if they are not supposed to offer it they should tell that. But they said to come but mentioned they are not liable, I accepted it. But when I get there, they denied service, that definitely understandable. But the response is so weird, they just insulted me multiple times, I just got offended and left the store. More over they asked me when you bought phone with at&t why didn’t you buy accessories, was that my mistake, really? When AT&T has that attitude why don’t they bundle up every thing and sell. In such case we can at least forcefully get the stuff right.We re-think about continuing with at&t, but I will never go to this store again, I called them again and expressed same.

It was a great experience associates are very knowledgeable and the service is great. Bay was great he told me all the ways we can save. I went to another store a corporate one and they were not very helpful or knowledgeable. I was given the promos were the corporate store said they cant give.

Horrible service! We were trying to get some help from one associate after waiting for ever for him to respond, i found out he is the manager! Rudely responded to me. I asked him i need my account number and instead of politely help me or direct me, rudely came to me! Because of the rude behavior i switched to tmobile! Me and all of my family members.. this happened on sunday #1 of December at 5 pm. So disappointed of the customer service and behavior... not recommending any one to go there..
Ali the manager over there did a great job. I got my phone with accessories discount. And directv service for a very good price. Ask for Ali when you go there.
Excellent customer service! Bayardo did a great job understanding my needs for my family and I. It didnt take as long as I thought it would. Usually I go to the corporate store on McCarthy and they usually take forever, but these guys are very knowledgeable as well as quick.
So today it was one thing after another with my phone and I needed help so I went I to the store to get answers. It was busy so I almost walked out when someone came to my rescue. Nary was able to help me fix the issues with my phone and had made all my problems go away. Not to mention she sold me some really cool accessories for my phone. I got a new case and screen protector. I didn’t know protection was so important. So glad I went here thanks again Nary you saved me!!
What a great experience in this store. Tony “ the Tiger” helped us and omg he saved us money on our plan and we both got new phones! Tony was very patient, he went through our plan and looked at everything to make sure we don’t get extra charges. He took his time to explain everything for us! I used to hate coming to the store because sometimes they’re very rude and not helpful, Tony definitely changed our experience! Thank you Tony!!!!

I bought iPhone X from here.1. You can’t buy the phone out right. You have to wait a 6 months or so to be able to pay off the phone.2. There are tax and fee. I don’t know what is the fee mean. I asked them and one of them said: it’s the way it work. In order to reduce the fee, they sold me some items like screen protector and others. I told them and don’t want them, then they said if I don’t want them - I have to pay for the fee.Anyway, if you want to buy the phone, just buy it from a Apple store. Att stores are terrible and they cheats you into all the fee.

Sixto was such a great help. I was about ready to leave AT&T but its a good thing to know that there are still reps out there til hat for their customers.
They added premium insurance and support for 12 a month which we didnt ask for or authorize. Everything else was good but that killed the review.

Worst service I have ever seen from a carrier. I waited for 20 minutes in line, when my turn had come in the middle of my service a lady interrupted me and I waited for another 20 minutes without even being apologized. FRANK, apparently their manager, was the worst and rudest salesperson I have ever met. He never knows how to treat a customer.
They lied, do not believe them.I was told that the phone I got while buying the prepaid sim, is international and could be easily unlocked, but after relocation to Europe it comes out that I should use it for 6 months to be able to unlock the phone. Though the sales man told that it will be ok, answer in to tonns of my questions.

Do NOT buy the $65 prepaid unlimited plan! Its actually a pay-more-get-less trap!!! I just wasted dollars for the crappy 3Mbps LTE network. I shouldnt have even considered this plan if the rep had told me any truth according to my actual requirement for a fast network that supports hotspot. They dont refund for prepaid service. I will never purchase any AT&T plan again.
Most useless store around this area! They dont have stock, they dont do most of the services offered else where, they dont even direct properly. Better to do things online or go to company stores than going here.

Very bad experience. The manager there is not at all respectable to the customers. First he told some information which is not true as per ATT website, and he had the attitude that I know better than what ATT website is saying. When we asked about some postpaid plans, and its pricing, then we were told it is simple math with arrogance. His attitude was so bad that you will not feel about asking anything more.. In one sentence, it is the worst experience I ever had in US in any store. I would advice people not to go to this place, instead go to some other ATT store

We went into this store to switch SIM cards in two HTC phones, one with a micro SIM card and one with a narrow SIM card. The customer service man said sure. Instead of getting us two new SIM cards, he cut the micro to fit into one phone (without consulting us and out of our sight in the backroom) and gave us back the narrow SIM card and said wed need to go to a different store to get a new micro SIM card. All of this was done without communicating that we would be leaving with one non functioning phone and that there was nothing he could do to undo what he did. On top of that, he said it so matter of factly and unapologetically that we were at first unsure of what happened. Did this man really do 50% of the job and leave the rest for someone else to do? It was only the Im sorry as we were leaving that gave any indication that he realized he did anything wrong at all.

We are ATT customers with a wireless plan for 4 lines. I just bought an iphone 7plus for my wife and would like to surprise her - bought the phone through Best Buy after compared all three websites - ATT, Apple, and BestBuy, and got the fastest delivery through BestBuy. I called the store, and the guy on the phone was great. I explained that I need to activate the phone, and he said come in, and we will help you!I came into the store and met the store manage - Alvarez, I believe, at about 6:00pm on 10/26, and explained than I just got this iphone from BestBuy and need to activate. To my totally surprise, he said (in front another employee at the store) go back to BestBuy! I was ????? waited - we are ATT customers, and wanted to activated this phone on ATT plan???? are you chasing me away?You bought it from BestBuy right? he asked. Yes I answered. And I am ATT customer I was annoyed.Then they can help you.... Wow! this is the shortest way to be a new T-Mobile customer, for us at least. Adios amigo

Never recommend this store. I have taken my home internet connection, i was told, there is promotion going on and installation fees of $99 will be waived. But when i got the bill, i was shocked to see that $99 is charged ann when checked with customer service executive, they have told no such promotion. Then i realized, Just for selling their products, they told all lies.
