Visited this store during the weekend. Michelle, said me to check-in and there is one person ahead of us. There were 2 people working at the store and they were helping none. So I waited for 20 mins. After sometime the guy approached me asking if he can help me. I said that Michelle is going to help me. The other customer walked in and her colleague started helping him. I waited for 10 more mins, walked towards Michelle and asked her if she can help me as she is not helping anyone. With an attitude, She said that she is logged out, thats why she asked her colleague to help me. Where in the world would a person know that the one standing on the counter is logged out and why didnt you tell me that your colleague will help me when I said that you are going help me right infront of you. Never ever going to visit this store again.

I went in to replace my sons screen protector. Christian greeted us right away and helped us find the correct one for his phone and even put it on for us. He let me know that if I went online I could register his protector for a lifetime warranty. Life saver!! My son is 10. Lol. He was very sweet and great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone. 😀
Christian helped us switch from sprint to Verizon... it was awesome because he made sure we got the very best deals and “promos” offered! He was kind and friendly. Not like a robot selling me something so it was refreshing.... his manager Sean was also great help.The only draw back that it took a couple hours to actually make the switch so it was a bit long however I had such a good experience that I’d do it all again :)

Chickens with their heads cut off.Thats how Id like to describe the people that work there.Our experience there was bittersweet.We had come in early on a Saturday to change services from T-Mobile to Verizon hoping for a smooth transition. we ported two numbers with Antonio and we couldnt port the third because they didnt have a pixel 2 available in kinda blue and they had to order it. Antonio told us to come in anytime Tuesday to get the shipped pixel 2. (minus 1 because they didnt have a phone exclusive to Verizon available in store)Tuesday comes around and we walk into the store and ask for the phone..... they say it hasnt come in yet (minus 1 star, anytime right?) so we leave...after 10 minutes of walking the mall they call me and said weve had it in the back... great.We head back and as soon as we get there they show us the phone and we do the process everything gets transferred and activated great.so they charge the phone for the amount and didnt take the trade in phone. which was weird, so I asked and they mentioned oh we didnt know you were trading in the phone. so now a new guy Brian is trying to do a trade in for the phone after the transaction because they failed to ask for a trade in.now we have to either 1. get a refund and redo the transaction 2. send the box to us and we send it in ourselves ... after the transaction and they dont know how to tack it onto the current one. (minus 1, thanks for nothing)so overall the employees here are Ill informed and need more training or just shouldnt be in the sales business.I suggest you save time and look for customer service at a corporate store... these people are just not up to par.
One of the employees scammed me for a screen protector. I went in and asked the one employee working at the time I needed a screen protector. He grabbed a screen protector from the shelf and said he would put it on for me. I paid $50 for it which is ridiculous. After he took 15 minutes to put it on because he was on a personal phone call the whole time he asked me if I wanted to keep the box. I told him no and then I left not even thinking to look at my phone. A couple months go by and I decided to take the protector off because it was looking too scratched up. Thats when I realized there wasnt a screen protector on my phone. He never put it on and charged me $50 for it and made me wait 15 minutes. He most likely asked me if I wanted to keep the box hoping Id say no so he could put it back on the shelf and sell it again. Theyre scam artists
Michelle was super cool and joyfully responsive. She made the best out of a few sour moments we faced dealing with an uncooperative Mastercard. She also knew some accurate quotes and made my shopping easy. Thanks Michelle. Dave and Busters next week? Lol

Great experience at the Great Mall of Milpitas Verizon Store with Jacqueline. I came in becauses I lost my and she was very helpful and knowledgable. She has very good customer service skills and attitude.
Excellent customer service. I explained my problem and they were able to resolve it in a matter of minutes.
Only 2 associates to help customers.Unfortunately I was the 3rd customer.I patiently waited for 25 minutes and needed to go. So none of my issues were resolved.
The store manager Austin helped me out with setting up my new number and answered all my questions! Highly recommended!

DONT GET VERIZON! I’ve paid 89$ for a 50$ prepaid plan +30$ for the sim, didn’t have service for a week, after complaining they told me sorry, no refunds and I’m living tomorrow.Download speed was 1mb and upload less than 1mb, signal bars were on the minimum check image for more detail, could make calls, it said that the network was to busy.
Study all the contracts carefully. Lots of freebies are offered. However what you will not realize is that they are all dependent on you keeping the contract live for 2 years and pay multi line access fees for every wireless freebie(free tablet etc.,) every month. If you try to cancel you are not only going to have to pay verizon contract termination fees. What is more is, there will also be a awireless termination fee on top of that. You will only know about this after a collection company calls you months later. Read all the contracts, get all the clarifications and ask explicit questions on your monthly bill before you get into contract.
Ive gone here multiple times, it has great customer service probably the cleanest Verizon Ive ever been to but the only issue is that its an softwares store not a corporate store either way great store!
They hire a lot of rookies in store. When you open lines, sell you a bunch of unwanted/unexplained services and packages to you for making more money. Dishonest sale man with hiding fees. if you want to save money and time, you can go Verizon official channel. Not second hand seller.
