Great customer service, My experience with this particular cricket store was wonderful! The workers were willing to help in whatever way possible and went above and beyond to help me with my phone issues. Mohammed was amazing! He was able to facilitate my switching to Cricket, I would recommend this store to whoever is having issues with their Cricket phone.The employees were very pleasant, friendly and helpful! I will go back again!

I usually never post reviews about places but the experience I had at this location was amazing. the young gentleman there helped save me $160 every month from my bill I was paying at T-Mobile and was able to keep my same unlimited everything plan I had. I also didn’t know cricket used the same towers as at&t, which was really good to know. I’ll definitely be coming back here when I need a new phone!!

Salesmen here knew exactly how to talk phones with me !! I believe it is now under NEW management. I had a really good experience here. I previously had 4 lines with Metro PCS which I wasn’t happy with due to service but ended up switching to Cricket and was given 4 lines for ONLY $100 !! Definitely recommend this place.

Moe is the excellent salesman, he will recommend the good deal to you. If you want to buy a cell. phone and a best plan, go to Grea Mall.

They are so nice here, helped me get new phones for free and even helped me transfer my contacts and photos. The guy there, I think he’s the new manager, made sure I left with everything working and ready to go.

Their 5G is faster than Verizon,at&t and its supported by At&t 🙈😂 Love ya cricket❤️
