Amazing Cubano sandwiches! Everything on the menu looks great and the place has a pretty unique character. Highly recommended.
I’m not sure what their hours really are cause I came on a Saturday during the hours posted on yelp and google and they were closed. So I came back early on Sunday only to discover that this place has very tasty unique sandwiches! I got the Cubana sandwich and it nearly made my taste buds explode from how delicious it was. I have been back multiple times and I’ve never been disappointed.
This place is renamed to the best sandwich place.Very nice dine out ambiance !! I ordered veggie panini, sandwich was crispy and delicious.
I love me a good sandwich. I had originally bookmarked this place to try there breakfast sandwiches but never got a chance. I was around the area and was looking for good lunch places. This place just popped up on my feed and we just went for it.FoodTorta cubana - Yum!! This is the most ordered sandwich here and after tasting it I know why? Turkey, pork, cheese and bread - match made it heaven !! The flavour was amazing, everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly.Torta Mexicana - Chicken breast, greens, onions, tomatoes, turkey, cheese and bread. I really liked it! Not as good as torta cubana but this one had a different flavour which I really enjoyed and also If you like veggies in your sandwich you will love this one.Turkey and cheese - Got this for my kiddo.. it was like a regular grilled cheese sandwich but with turkey. He really liked it.I have to mention the green sauce that came with the sandwiches. We really liked it. Tasted amazing and complimented the sandwiches.Iced Mexican coffee - It was good, I got it black so it was like regular black coffee.ServiceVery friendly Mexican ladies. Everything is made fresh and in an open kitchen.Overall, I really enjoyed the food. Definitely coming back again for there breakfast sandwiches.
Nice Cuban cafe with outdoor seating. Yet to try their sandwiches though
Open during the lock down. The Torta Cubana is as good as advertised. A little different from the classic Cuban Sandwiches Ive had before, this one had a cooling white pickle sauce in the sandwich along with the green sauce on the side gave the sandwich a sweet rather than sour / mustard flavor. (At least I didnt taste mustard... but I may have just missed it.)The meat was plentiful, the cheese was melty and the bread was crusty and tasty.I really liked the Iced Cubano Coffee as well though this is my first time trying one so I have no frame of reference to compare.
Funnily enough I ended up here looking for just a grilled cheese sandwich (which they do have, but its on the kids menu), but ended up finding the most *incredible* hidden gem for TORTAS. This places extremely cute decor is completely out of place from Milpitas sketchy stretch of Main St and terrible parking situation (because its buried behind Malabar Indian Cuisine), but if you brave to venture in I *promise* that youll be rewarded with an amazing time.I got the Carnitas Torta, which was literally overflowing with crispy, tender carnitas AND a fried egg (duh!), while my girlfriend got the Torta Cubano which was piled miles high with various meats and a spicy habanero-apricot sauce along with various sandwich-appropriate veggies and a mini onion side salad. The carnitas that I had were actually MUCH better than a lot of taco places Ive been to! Perfectly crisp on the outside while maintaining a ton of flavor, and the meats in the Torta Cubano, while Im not much a cold-cut guy, were very tasty as well.Overall though? These sandwiches were INCREDIBLE. Their bread was perfectly toasted with a nice crunch that doesnt rip up your mouth, the meats were perfectly balanced by their sauces (including their green dipping sauce) and fried egg; everything just works together. To top it all off, they also make an assortment of smoothies (get the kale green smoothie! its delicious!) and a 3-cup drip coffee station that made one the most perfectly smooth coffees Ive had outside of Seattle. Overall, this place knocks all other sandwich places out of the park. Im glad we didnt just settle for grilled cheese :).---sweet: everything! one of the best tortas Ive had in the area, coffee, smoothies.bitter: a little pricey (didnt expect to pay $5 on a coffee) but you 120% get what you pay for
The place is clean but my experience wasn’t good. I just went for a walk and wanted to get a good coffee. They ended up giving me full spoon of cinnamon on my coffee which kind of ruined the whole taste for me. I would say they have good menu but they are overpriced considering the quality. I ended up paying more than 5$ for my medium cup.
Great little spot with what seem to be a lot of natural and organic options. We tried the Veggie Plain Bagel (+avocado +ham) and it was great. Staff are kind and helpful. Everything is super fresh and the sauces are tasty. I also had the iced Mayan Mocha, which was ok. Cute spot, will come back to try a sandwich on their gluten free bread.
I was recommended to eat here by the superintendent of the Milpitas Unified School District. I liked how almost everything is compostable, but I question if it actually is being composted. I got a torta cubana, a Spanish style Cuban. Id never had a Cuban before this. It was very tasty. Its a small restaurant but they make good food.
The Best Sandwiches are awesome! Just tried them for the first time on Friday, Tortas Cubana & Carnitas. Wow! SO good and so much food! Today, just finishing up their Eggs Benedict. Again, great! Can’t rave about them enough.
Everytjing was delicious. The tempura tasted so fresh, was so crispy and crunchy. I loved the mochi spam the most! Lots of seating inside, and the staff are so nice!
Friendly service, excellent sandwiches, refreshing drinks.
This should not be tagged as a coffee shop. Worst - literally worst - iced latte I’ve ever had. Watery and burnt espresso, and the guy only put in one shot (I had to ask for a second). Please, next time, if you don’t know how to make an iced latte, don’t pretend - just say so and save me $6 and 10 minutes. I had to throw it away, it was undrinkable. The bagel was fine. Just please don’t tag this place as a coffee shop - tag it as a lunch spot instead.
Mocha wasnt so great.
I have heard about the Sea Link Cafe On Main Street in Milpitas for some time now.Today, I finally stopped in to order a sandwich.I love sandwiches. This place knocked my socks off. The freshness and quality of the products are amazing. But the seasonings and flavor make me want to order everything on the menu! This is Not a place to miss!!
Eat here for a delicious and seemingly healthy meal. Breakfast sandwiches are tasty, and so was the Palmer tea. Im going back to try their lunch sandwiches.
The place is clean and well organized. The employees are polite and provide great customer service. It is a mall welcoming place to have breakfast at. I had the sunshine breakfast and it was delicious!
I really like visiting Sea Link Cafe for lunch, when I am in the area. Its a small cafe but they prepare great food. The staff are super friendly. They create very nice sandwiches at a reasonable prices. I particularly like the gourmet chicken sandwich. Great value for money.
Best sandwiches in town, and the cubano coffee its great as well.
Mexican owned cafe hole in the wall that has a Hispanic infused American menu for breakfast and lunch. Its a bit run down in terms of wear and tear but the food comes out OK. Theres seating outside for days you want to take in downtown Main Street traffic. Overall for what it is not too bad place to grab a bite at.
Really, really good! I always get the carnitas. High quality ingredients. Incredible cilantro salsa. Overall one of my favorite lunch spots in all of San Jose.

The food is ridiculously good! Especially the sandwiches...and very reasonably priced. Love this place!
First time there, great food. Not sure about pricing my friend paid for bill. Didnt pay attention, she ordered and paid, I just ate. Great place to go for a sandwich.
I dropped by this cafe to sip on some coffee while on my way to the community library up Main Street. Its a pretty standard looking mom and pop coffee shop that also does sandwiches and organic/natural teas.Their selection of hot beverages is pretty good but its definitely more pricey than other coffee shops. Maybe so because its Milpitas?
Awesome spot, I am a road warrior salesmen and I am always trying to find unique and fresh spots for breakfast on the road. Great staff and food. Highly recommend!
Excellent 👌 Love the Cuban torta with egg; the meats!
We love their sandwiches and the mojito lemonade. Any sandwich you choose has a lot of meat in it. Their coffees are good too. My only concern about this place is that it is really small inside. We had 5 people in our party (3 adults and 2 kids) and we took up about half the restaurant.
This hidden gem can be found in the middle of the unremarkable town of Milpitas, but the food is so special that you will want to tell all of your friends about it as soon as you are done savoring your meal. The tuna sandwich is to die for.The cubano is to die for. Both of the tortas are to die for.The owner is also the head chef and she is incredibly talented! She studied Mexican cuisine and her culinary experience shines through in the little details that make every dish unique; no matter what you order at Sea Link, you’re likely to say: “wow, that is the best _____ I have ever had!”
This place has great sandwiches. They are only open for breakfast and lunch, but it is definitely worth stopping by. Their pickled onions are pretty spicy, and they definitely had some habanero slices mixed in with them.
Sandwiches taste so fresh and light with really special flavor combinations. Friendly chill atmosphere. Really enjoyed my experience here.
The owner is super nice!
Yummy food!! Pretty good serving size!! Highly recommend it!!
Good coffee great food definitely check it out!
I love the place. Good coffee, amazing sandwiches. Place small and warm but still thinking have brunch there
Fantastic sandwich creations with a tasty homemade cilantro salsa. Top that with fine organic coffee and a lovely and passionate owner. Such a nice place.
Sea Link Cafe is truly a hidden gem located in a deserted street in Milpitas. The menu is pretty straight forward with sandwiches, salads, coffee, and teas. The cubano torta was one of the best cubano sandwiches Ive ever had. I ordered mine with a fried egg and it was the BEST decision. The bread has such a nice crunch to it with a soft interior. They are quite generous with the amount of meat too. The cuts of meat are extremely flavorful and moist, not too salty and dry like most deli meats. Everything from the cheese, pickles, to the chimichurri sauce made the whole sandwich a winner.Theres 3 outdoor tables however the chair-to-table ratio is a little off. There are about 6 tables inside. Parking lot is somewhat sketchy and unpaved. So be careful, especially when its dark outside.
Good sanwiches but watch out if you dont like mayo or other sauces on them ( those mayo and their sauce make them good).
Delicious and fresh sandwiches..definitely my go-to place when I am in the mood for a sandwich.
Food was amazing! The green sauce they serve with the sandwiches is so good. Mint lemonade is awesome as well!
Super fresh ingredients and good friendly staff!
Good food using fresh ingredients, great customer service
Lovely people running the place and sandwiches to die for. Moisture and crunch all in one (not so little) package.
Food is good. However, owner does not pay her workers. When she does her checks often bounce. I do not support a business that does not pay her workers for the work that they do. No one works for free, especially not in Milpitas.
This place has amazing sandwiches, thr only drawback is the cleanliness. The place needs a bit of TLC.
Delicious and authentic food and great customer service..
Amazing recommendations, easy to access, delicious sandwiches, friendly service (even when busy) and strong iced lattes. The owner even uses coffee ice cubes instead of regular ice! The cilantro salsa that came with my panini was the cherry on top of a delicious lunch. Perfecto!
First time eating there this week sandwich was great!
We had a Cubano torta with egg and it was excellent and flavorful. The coffee was very tasty, full flavored and nice fruity notes with a slightly dry finish. Well be back!
Great service.
The paper is off the windows, and the cafe is open! Some Cuban food, some Mediterranean, some American (I guess what you call the Childrens PB & J), but no attempt to mix it up. The menu is simple, and good! Both the the Cuban Iced Coffee and the falafels (baked not fried) are the best I have ever had. The Hibiscus Iced Tea and the Lemonade are straight up, not too sweet, with chia seeds! Service is very friendly. Recommended!
This place is great, really good food, owner is very nice
Cute little coffee shop with a decent food menu. I got a cappuccino & tho it wasnt cheap, it was larger than usual so I actually felt like I got my moneys worth!
Honestly one of the best sandwiches Ive ever had in my life. Everything is so fresh, great selection, great home made drinks too.
Amazing sandwiches!!.. delicious coffee and the best Mojito Lemonade .
Excellent sandwiches. The Cuban and Carnitas tortas are my favorites! Their iced Cubano is a great combination of sweet and a caffeine kick
Very good food and friendly service
Sandwiches are okay but their coffee is really good
Cute and Down to earth place. My favorite little Cubana Place
I really wish Google would allow .5 star ratings as so many restaurants are tweeners and itd be nice to differentiate between the 4s and 5s more discriminatingly. This is one of those places. My friend and I were excited to tree this place from the reviews. We had a terrific time as we like to catch up and talk and this is a very small cafe in a not so commercialized spot with lots of activity around it - so it fit the bill perfectly for our bi-weekly/monthly get together. In short, beverages - 5 stars.Sandwiches - 4 stars.Overall score: 4.5-4.7 stars.Details:Im from Seattle so am hardly ever satisfied with coffee/espresso in the Bay Area - but I loved the coffee/espresso I was served here. They also had a very refreshing mint lemonade(?) something like that? Or was it mint iced tea? Either way - we loved our beverages during our visit. The sandwiches, what theyre known for - for most people will also be close to a 5 star because you do NOT get cheated here. Sandwiches are loaded! Flavorful! I got the much heralded Cubano. For me personally, having switched to more of a liquid-based regimen and minimally seasoning at home, the flavors were a bit overwhelming lol. So to ME personally it seemed extremely salty and there was definite drip pool in my basket when I was done. However there are plenty of delicious sounding sandwiches on the menu to have to go back and try more of - so definitely probably will be back!
Best tortas in the bay area.
This place is amazing, simply amazing. All I can say is give it a try... Youll love it.
Love the sandwiches. Service can get a little slow if they are swamped, but worth it.
Sweet local place! Good sandwiches & coffee.
Great Cubano sandwich. Staff actually care about service, no fake smiles.
Nice place to have a quick morning breakfast and coffee. The tomatina panini and the egg bagel sandwich were both good. Didnt get to try the mayan mocha. Maybe next time. Still giving it a 3/5 cause they served the coffee in a disposable cup rather than a proper coffee mug. Not a good thing to generate waste unnecessarily. Its very easy to serve coffee in a mug and it makes the coffee drinking experience much more enjoyable.
The torta cubana is amazing!
Great tasting sandwich (got the chicken) and fantastic mohito lemonade. Friendly staff. Also not one of those places that has the default tip selection as part of the ordering process.
Great food. Everything on the menu is worth a try.
I come here every other week for the Torta Cubana with extra green sauce. I havent tried anything else on the menu because I love that sandwich so much.
Tasty sandwiches and coffee. The menu is still expanding so come back regularly!
Cubana torta us soooo good
Excellent choices for sandwiches n bagels with freshest ingredientsGourmet chicken sandwich and veg panini were excellent .Visited again tried chicken torta and tomatino panins..excellent ...lemonade was too goodVisited again today tried new eggplant sandwich very tasty and also portobello chicken 👍
Excellent sandwiches. I had the torta cubana. Great flavor and crispy yet soft bread. Will come again.
Came once and got the torta cubano. It was delicious and jam packed with meat! Asked for no jabanero sauce cause i cant handle the heat, but the cilantro sauce it comes with is alrdy amazing with its tanginess. I got the caramel macchiato which was pretty good. BUT i tried my friends green tea blend and it was amazing. Flavor is the same as the shakes from love matcha.
Great sandwiches and outstanding coffee! Try the Cubano with fried egg!
Get the Cubano Iced Coffe, soo good. Warning it has 5 shots of espresso and you might have trouble falling asleep. Else if you need a pick me up this is the drink for you. The Torta Mexicano was really good, good amount of advocado and chili verde sauce.
Nice place, but take to long, and hard to park
Delicious tropical ham sandwich and their torta Cubana is super tasty. Love their hibiscus tea and mojito lemonade. Great spot must try if your in the area.
Meat tastes soooo good, but the one I got had no veggies in it, I added avocado for $1, but they only gave me two very small slices, bread is okay, service is not that friendly, Im not going back.
Tasty sandwhiches. Although sometimes some sandwiches arent available and seating is sparce
Great sandwiches and solid coffee. Friendly vibes.
