They attack their customers when they can’t figure out the barcode and assume that you want a discount on purpose because they’re all broke themselves.
If you need help printing documents dont go to this staples. Supervisor is rude and unhelpful. He said hed help me in 15 minutes and I said Id come back and refused to help me. All week I came and every other staff was courteous and helpful, unlike the supervisor. Very disappointing
Worst Customer service EVER! (refer to print shop only). Today March 18th 2021 at 5:58 pm, I had worst experience here at Staple. I was tried to do self service to print out my hand out and I had technical difficulty due to the printer took forever to calculate the cost of my job. I have been use self printing service at Staple for years and I never experience this type of difficulty. Therefore, I asked the man that was in charge of the print shop for assistance and guidance because I knew something might be wrong. At my first attempted, he told me to switch to different printer, and I told him i already did. I asked him politely to take a look and he refused and walk away.Later on I tried the third printer there and it still did not work, I asked him again to see if he could help me. He told me to use computer which I never used their computer to print out stuffs. Therefore, I asked him again to see if he can walk me through. He said that I just have to look and I will figure it out myself. I asked him the 3rd time to confirm to see if he surely would not want to help me. He said, talk to my Manager! with his voice raisedWOW!!!! he really hate his manager.Well, then his manager helped me and walk me though the process. Unfortunately there really were net work or computer errors in the system which is understandable. The general store manager did provide the service that I need and which was what I was originally expected.I asked the manager to see if the guy on the print shop is not suppose to provide ANY service at all and the manager told me that they should provide services for anyone who experienced technical difficulty.Maybe the print shop guy had bad day or maybe he did not satisfy about his salary or job duties or he just did not like his manager and want his manager to get into more work. However, being rude like this is TOTALLY unacceptable.My overall printing experience at Staple was fine, but i did notice that around 50% of employee who work for print shop was not very supportive for customers who has technical difficulty (based on what I have observed over years) I really hope the higher management can be aware of this type of issue.
The staff at the printing section is very rude.He treats customer like they are dump doesnt care to even listen to them, I wanted to show him something on my phone and was just smiling from inside with attitude, saying he knows what I want to show him and just negating me. And this is not my first time experience with him, before I came to print and the printer had some issues, he told me to email the docs to the printer to print. I was. I was not carrying my mobile, I told me that I cant email, yet he shouted from in corner just email it.While I was checking out am old lady came to print something, and she was facing difficulty in operating the printer, and was asking lot of questions. This guy was just shouting from inside but didnt care to just come and show her, she was even looking at him and he just turned his back and started working on his PC. No respect for customers!Then when I went to help her, he called someone on phone to help that lady.

I asked for aaaa batteries from one of the staff and they seemed annoyed to have to get up off their a** to help me. When I asked to check to see if it is in shock they were very rude. How hard is it to be nice to a customer.

Typical office supplies and furniture store. They sent us a $10 off coupon which was a great deal. The prices in the store are otherwise not very good unless on sale. Good brands though.
Stopped by 30 minutes before closing to pick up office supplies. Kevin, an amazing associate, was helping when another staff in a baseball cap, yoga pants and a t-shirt approached us and said you guys have to go. I need to close the register. We hadnt realized it was closing time since no announcements were made. We explained we were being helped by Kevin and needed one packet of files. You need to go. She looked at Kevin and said they can come back tomorrow. We had no idea she worked for Staples since she wasnt in uniform. As she followed us to the register she approached another customer who was trying to get his laptop fixed. Luckily, the store manager was present with the second customer and told her well stay until 10pm to serve our customers. Next time...well start with Office Depot.
Went to look for an office chair. Wanted to get the feel of the chair before making a choice. They have lots of varieties for chair. But when I finally chose one, they didnt have it in stock. Customer service is not great. Slow response and not very knowledgeable. Hence 3 stars.

First, this is not a post office, but a Staples store with post office and UPS services. Once I found the post office, I got in line behind 3 other people. The line was excruciatingly slow, and the staff working blamed it on his computer. 15 minutes later, I was helped. Since I hadnt shipped from this location before, they took down my name, address, and phone number. Then, they asked me questions about the recipient. Really frustrating, as this trip was already taking much longer than necessary.My package was a book, marked multiple times with media mail. The cashier told me it would be $6 for standard mail, or $7 for priority. I requested media mail (which would have been under $3) and was told, oh we dont offer that service here.I guess it could be helpful if youre in a pinch, or after regular post office hours and you need a basic service. For my needs, it was a huge waste of time.
I just had the weirdest conversation with John from the print services center. I asked if I come in right now with a print on a USB they could print my job. He said yeah/sure/come in. Then he asked me what type, I said engineering print. He then cut me off and told me he wasnt feeling well, hes about to go home, so I should go to Newhall or Fremont.So, not coming here again.

Lack of staff on the floor to assist customers. When I finally was able to locate someone it was while he was traveling across the sales floor to the back. He answered one question and took off before I could ask another.

Most horrible customer service!!I was here to buy a laptop - refused to give me any details of the laptop over the phone. Very reluctant to tell me if they even had it in store before I bought it. Told me to buy it online for a 1hr pick up and if it wasn’t there they would send me an email. What was the point of the 1hr pick up!I finally went to the store to pick it up. He just got the box and refused to even give me the specs in store!! Was least interested in informing anything.Would never recommend this location to anyone!

Good store and good service however I think prices can be a little more competitive.
The only good thing about this location is one of the associates who was very helpful in spite of repeated equipment failure. We were trying to get our wedding invites printed and expected that we could upload the pictures onto staples website, pay the fee and pick them up. Not only did the online tool did not display our pictures properly, but we spent more than 2 hrs at this location trying to edit the pictures before they could print it out. Ultimately when the pictures did get printed they looked slightly dull and decolorized for some reason, but when we went to the Campbell location the print outs were significantly sharper and brighter. Not going to the Milpitas location to use their print center again.
Staples sends coupon to you which makes the overall price good.
I dont shop here, they sometimes have good deals.The reason I am giving them 5 stars is because they have a UPS and USPS shipping station thats open till they close, which is super convenient.
Print center is not good. I ordered twice for business card, online told me that I can pick up same day. After order and waited, nothing happed. I called them and was told that they have to let other branch print it because no such paper that I ordered. It was just a regular paper and they dont have it. So strange. After several days, I got the card.I ordered same business card the 2nd time. This time getting worse. I waited 13 days to get one of my two orders.

December 24 morning time around 10am I ask this guy for print and he told me go to the machine and since its my 1st time to use the machine I ask him a question at 1st his ok but Im still confuse I ask him like 2 or 3 more questions then he was so pissed and very irritated when in fact Im the only one there this guy is not fit for this type of work if he will do it to me then he will also do this to other people then this business will loss more customers..

The print and copy employee was being very rude to us, me and my mom needed to print a document and didn’t know how to print it and needed help I asked the employee for help like 3 times and he wouldn’t help us and say it wasn’t so hard like it really annoyed me because he is supposed to help if we need it.
