I really Love body shop products and using it since 5 years but staff is very rude and not at all customers friendly during last 2 - 3 visits. I would advice against this store .Very Disappointed !

This is my favorite place for skincare!! They have great creams, toners, scrubs, hair care, and so much more. I also love how everything is not animal tested. They have great makeup as well.

Tea tree oil is a good product, for men and women.I usually keep a supply of the hemp hand cream.

This body shop is in great mall. There is ample parking space (though it does become a little overcrowded during thanksgiving and weekends). The outlet itself is a little hamlet and is pretty nicely stocked (though nowadays I am finding it difficult to find banana conditioners). The staff is super helpful. They have a lot of products on display and ample try me options.My wife and close friend loves their body butter options. The products that I have tried and recommend are their banana shampoo, banana conditioner and activist shower gel. I have also tried their after shave balm, hair conditioner cream, drops of youth and hair cream. I havent seen any visible improvements in my case after using these products.Also they always have an offer of if you buy 5 or more products, you get 50% off. In addition to that if you are a member you get an additional 10% off. Definitely would recommend a membership.

Pinned location is wrong, smaller store to the one in Valley Fair. Little tight to move in around when busy, they do carry a pretty good variety here and things were kept well.

The shop didnt honor their own web site promotion. Shame on them.
