Good store for Fresh vegetables and reasonable price. This store offers also curbside pickup. There are designated parking spaces allotted for curbside pickup. Also many bakery options if you are a foodie. This store also has senior hours. Also I would suggest placing online order as Walmart website has lot of options and can get delivery within days at home. I would not recommend it for electronics items as never observed big offers.

Went to do my weekly shopping like the pass 3 mondays . The lines were crazy. And it pretty bad when u tell a associate with the yellow vest that the lines are crazy long can they open another cashier line . So we’re not waiting so long . They don’t seem like it’s a problem the suggestion gets egnored . I bring my sister to do her shopping she’s much older and she has to wait in the longest lines pretty sad that no one cares how long you have been in line . Even when they see the elderly people in line. Very fustrating. Thinking I should find another store that don’t take as long to check out. Thumbs down Walmart . You would think this store is a people’s store guess not. Sad

They are winding down the available inventory for a more online presence. You can still find mist of the items you need but a lot of items are now available online only. Gone are the days you could just drive in and find everything you want. With that said, all the essentials are still there but the options and fancy stuff are gone.

Very clean store. It has everything for daily living. Fresh produce are good quality. Groceries are reasonable price. Pharmacy is nice. Nursery sells beautiful flowers, sales can be a good deal. It has arts and crafts supply. Also fabric for sewing. Clothing price is reasonable for the quality of fabric and craftsmanship.

Good selection of fresh vegetables and meat. Great place to shop for a grocery and everything else.

Adequate parking . Kids clothes get snatched up fast. Utility shoes for men and women. Lots of sales and clearance racks!

We were looking for a Blackstone grill and the gentleman that helped us was great!! I cant remember his name, but as we were there, a customer called him by make asking for an item and that told me he knows his dept in garden. You rarely find good service like that anymore.

Helpful staff and shelves almost always full. Just long lines on the checkout as to be expected of a Walmart. I prefer to go somewhere else with less people if I dont have to go to Walmart. But as it is, Walmart seems to be a source of so many stuff and food at affordable price.

Impressive varieties of produces. Purchased their cherries and strawberries, which are delicious. Products are at attractive prices with good choices of frozen microwavable foods. Great place to fulfill your shopping needs it take a stroll.

The people are nice, especially the pharmacy. The only problem they have is the management of the checkout lines because they are understaffed during peak times. The prices are much better than the main competitors with the same product. Always consider the house brand Great Value in place of national brands as they are often the same at a cheaper price.

They say they fix flat tyres driving with space saver but i was turned down for having wearing tyres and that i run my tires while flat. What a diagnosis from a white powder line that got on it while keeping it on ground replacing with space saver. The rep outrightly denied on tpms relearn when asked. They instead wanted to change all four tyres and gave me a 600$ estimate. Great visit 😄. Id instead prefer neighbor hood tyre shop next time.

My experience is specifically for Curbside pick up. The app to check in was not working. Also I was unaware of where the parking was (my first time). I went inside to ask a worker near guest services. And I was assisted right away and in a kind manner. Really appreciated the customer service.

The Walmart store in ranch drive complex is the one of the best Walmart stores in Bay Area. The vegetables are very fresh and the prices are lower than any other shops. The assortment is excellent and all the products are competitive with acceptable quality. The returns are very easy process. You can experience the live breaker’s products. All products prices are lower than any retailers. There pharmacy available in the same store and also gardening products with live plants are also available. The non food products are acceptable quality and not on premium side. Food most of the national brands and their own brands like Right Buy available across all the categories. Surprisingly their premium brand Member’s mark is missing across all the products. The billing process is a little slow compared to rest of the retailers.In same complex you can visit Bestbuy, Micheal’s, Dollar Tree and Ross stores. There are food drive through options available in same complex.

You can get almost everything from there like meat, fresh produce, bakery items and many more... The best thing is this they also have HALAL chicken available here which other walmart outlets are missing. But the main thing keep in mind that in late night hours dont park your vehicle away from the mart or in the dark as you can have your car break in there.

Its your typical Walmart - low prices, lots of selection, and usually great service. Ive seen lines get long (especially with returns or during the shopping season) but overall self-checkout has been fast and smooth. Delivery / curbside pickup is a great option as well. Its in the McCarthy Ranch Marketplace so theres also plenty of shopping / food nearby as well.

3 stars, due to it not having enough cashiers. We almost always have to wait in line to check ourselves out or have a cashier do it. People seem nice about it though & you really cant beat the prices.

My wife and my kids they love this store I wish I could have put a bed inside for them to sleep inside there Wednesday and they dont want to get out what two shopping carts full of toys and groceries

Always good place to shop. I did come Monday, but there were so many people there I couldnt find a parking spot close enough for me. I drove around for awhile, then decided to come another day. I think it was because school was starting this week and parents were shopping.

If you go early at 6:00 am you wont find beef, and the bad part is that the employees are all over the store blocking the hallways and they do not even say sorry, the manager should let them start at 1:00 am so when the store open the shoppers will find everything they need instead of saving money by allowing the employees to replenish the shelves at the same time as the shoppers are shopping it does not look good on them.

Since this is a supercenter, it is almost always crowded and a lot of things go out of stock quickly. Its best to check the Walmart app on availability if you are looking for specific items.Overall, it has everything you need.

Im calling this store and voice mail came on and at the end of message went to operator. It rings more than 20times and no one came on line till auto hang up, so where are the workers??? just ignoring the calls. If you guys dont like your job and ignoring customer, Just quit so you can be replace for a better employee..customer service is important with a business, So Do Your Job!!!

To many shelves are empty. Floors are dirty.. The store needs to be clean.Only 2 registers open. I refuse to use self check outs because, if I bag my own items the prices are still the same.. An they take jobs away..Will think twice before coming here again.

This one isnt a supercenter but its pretty well spaced out. The lanes werent clogged and the room to walk around was good. The registers were all open but it was still a little slow. Self checkout wasnt bad at all either. Found every thing we needed and if you want a nicer Wal-Mart, this is pretty close

They regulary have a problem with not having the products that they carry in stock and that is all departments in the store. They also have a bad problem with not having enough checkers in the store at the registers. Matter of fact I dont recommend going to the store after 3pm you will be standing in along line to check out because they only have one checker to service all the people they are losing my business there do to these facts and this problem has been going on for about a year no

Pretty large, you can find everything here. Theres also Dollar Tree and couple of stores beside it.

Did an online order for store pickup, they ended up cancelling one of the items (dinged star for poor inventory management). Otherwise it was a clean and spacious Walmart.

Not one employee willing to help and everything is under lock and key. I couldn’t buy socks because nobody would open the case. The help buttons won’t work and I was ignored by multiple employees when I asked for help.

This place was hard to get around with a cart. Main aisle were full of sale items making them narrow. A staff member pushing her stocking cart knocked my purse off my shoulder while passing by me in the aisle, I stopped and she looked at me then walked away. She didnt say anything or acknowledge that she hit my purse, just plain rude. A lot of items I was looking for were out of stock. Ive only been here three times in the past year as I dont live in the area. This is the first time I didnt have a good shopping experience.

I order a bike for pick up, same day pick up and its been over 24 hours and it still says delayed. So I tried calling. NO ONE answers the phone. Dont think the number listed is a good number. I literally let it ring for 3 minutes and it just hung up on me. Called back let it ring hung up on again.

Good pricing, not as crazy as other Walmarts. Hate that they have pallets in the hallways while they have shopers.

Great store for grocery shopping. The best part is you can order online - pick a time and staff will bring out the groceries to your car. You just have to drive up there. I do not recommend going in there as it’s always crowded and not everyone is following the distance and guidelines. Best is to do pick up. I have been doing that since April 2020 and had pretty good experience with that.

A good Walmart. My understanding is that a Supercenter has produce, but I feel most Walmarts now have produce.

The Walmart is so much nicer after the remodel. Before it felt cramped and crowded, but now it is fairly nice shopping there. I mean yeah it is still Walmart, but this store is pretty nice.

I really love walmart and this one is the only one close to my house I really love the place but they need more staff, cash registers are so slow, last time I was in line and the cashier closed the line even though she saw me standing there. The restroom are horrible and its covid time come on. Returns are ok in the store, the pick up groceries service just try to avoid it. Really hope it gets better because I love Walmart.For express delivery check out where they left my order.. the driver has instructions how to get into the building and to leave my groceries at my door and they just dont care. I asked for no substitutions and they add all the substitutions, this makes me so angry. I had to walk with all the groceries around the building with my girls in middle of the class. Hate the service of this place.

This is a good Walmart but unfortunately during my visit this time, there were no bags to put the vegetables. The staffs were so friendly and helpful.

First time there. Bought some fruit and a dress as well.

I wish I can give this place a zero star. I went there to return some totes. The first time was told the system is down. The second time the return and customer services closes at 8 PM. Then trying to buy a microwave and asking for help with prices. It was trying to find a needle. Every employee I asked didnt know how or couldnt guide me or to answer questions. I end up leaving empty handed and ordering it online.This is by far the worse walmart I ever been to.

A lot of nighttime open self check out registers, so much home furniture, kitchen appliances, supplies, etc. even has couches, luggage, and mattresses here. The self check out moved fast. This location has EVERYTHING OMG. Def a good place to window shop, get good prices, and get whatever you need or to compare prices.

Whatever you want to buy at a good price, Walmart usually has it. I would recommend stopping at the Dollar/99 Cent store before going to Walmart to save the most money!

The customer service is always terrible here. If you ask any of the workers for help, they are curt and rude and seem to obviously want you to leave them alone. Also have had many experiences where I’ve waited longer than 15 minutes for anyone to open the locked stuff that’s behind the glass and when a worker finally does come, they give off a really bad attitude. I’ve worked retail before and have never approached customers in this manner. Walmart really needs to start emphasizing better customer service.

I only went in to buy a sweater or light jacket. They only had a Giants baseball light jacket. Employees seem to be nice and helpful.

Massive store. Massively understaffed in some areas though. contactless pick up in front of the store is very important during this time of COVID and they have 16 spaces for that. This morning at 11:00 a.m. they only have two employees bringing the groceries out to the cars. Thats seriously not enough when the spaces are all full.

Have a sporting good department, but not one knows how to handle CA fishing license...go figure!

The store looked like it had not been stocked. The CSR in Electronics was no help because he said I dont know how to do that. I respect the honesty but when I asked about another item he didnt know about it where that product was.

Impressive produce section at the main entrance. I think Walmart wants you to eat more veggies! Ha! Overall it is a nice store. Only criticism is the traffic and traffic pattern makes navigating in and out a bit of a challenge, especially when it is busy.

This Wal-Mart did not have several items that should have been in stock. Also the lay out makes it hard to find some items.

Nice to be able to stop at Walmart for ice and popsicles. All the stuff from store to store is pretty much the same so we can pick up on essentials whenever we need something

Employees never answer phone calls if they do the hang up on you

This particular store is so disfunctional thats you can write a sitcom about it. Items that show as available in store cannot be found, when asked for assistance, a staff member can easily say I cant and continue their conversation with their boyfriend on the phone whole stocking items on the shelf. When asked another member to find an item she said I dont know, turned, and started walking away. When asked who might know a staff member can mumble something like mmm..yea...hmmm...maybe... And walk away. Note that these are different people on different occasions...I once thought that Walmart has it all and it justified my occasional trip to the store but...I wont waste my time anymore.
