I have been shopping at this lovely store for years, It was sad to see a closed location at the Great Mall but just now discovered they relocated at the Valley Fair Mall in Santa Clara.They now carry Tumi As well. I was in need of a Carry on Garment Bag for my upcoming trip just walked out with Briggs&Riley.They are now called Departures located on the lower level across from Rolex. Highly Recommended.

Bought a laptop bag for $50, and exactly the same one is $32 in Best Buy without any discount. The guy in the store didn’t mention the no return policy when I paid. I think this is a place aim to tourists. Will never step into it again.

I purchased three Briggs & Riley international carry-on suitcases during the Memorial’s Day weekend. The purchase was made over the telephone and received receipt via email. The store did not have the navy blue color in stock so Ajju placed an order for three suitcases on May 26, 2020, and I received them on May 30, 2020. Ajju is very professional and provided excellent customer service. I got a good price for the Briggs & Riley suitcases and received great service from Ajju and Noble Luggage store.

As I’ve gone to great mall to buy a 28” travel bag so when I’m walking i saw this store and went inside and it was pleasant experience with employee and the owner as I’m looking for lovely color luggage bags they helped to find one, that was really so helpful experience which I’ve faced I would recommend to go to this store because they really good quality ones and colorful as well.

I happened across this store while looking for a piece of carryon luggage. Ajju listened carefully and responded to my wants as I described them. He showed me items that met my needs, offered appropriate alternatives, and gave me time to make my own choice. He was professional, clearly knew his merchandise (and that of competitors), and offered me good prices on each of my “finalists.” At no time did he pressure me. After about an hour I made what may have been a small sale for him, but one which satisfied my needs. I will comfortably refer friends to Noble, knowing they will get quality merchandise, good prices, and exemplary customer service!

I shopped around a lot of places and on online too and finally when I was here I found this place and they gave me a better and very competant price compared to an in-store or online prices. They go beyond to help you get your choice and I give 5 stars just for their customer service and patience in helping and 5 stars for their price

Absolute cheat of a guy. Avoid at all costs.

They will help you find exactly what you need and do a great job at offering the lowest price possible, often lower than anonymous online shopping. Nice attention to detail and commitment to the customer.

Don’t buy any item there because they do not accept return. they even do not explain the policy when you buy item. there is only just a message posted in small font.

Ajju kindly assisted me with a defective locking mechanism even though my luggage was purchased elsewhere.

Went there at 11:20am on a Sunday and wasn’t open even though it seems to suggest it should be open and everything else around it was open.

Next time I need a backpack this is where I am going to go, and you should to.
