Why doesnt the door open at 11:50 on Saturday? I didnt open the door after waiting for 10 minutes.

We showed up right when they opened, so it wasnt busy, but the salesperson was very friendly and knew exactly what they were talking about without sounding like a robot.Lets be real: the Tumi store is never gonna be sexy or fun, but we had a great experience, saved 40%, and got exactly what we needed with no hassle. Thats a 5-star outlet to me.

It was my first time into the store and I was very impressed with how helpful the sound were. Theyve got a great selection of some of the older and newer Tumi products. I ended up buying a very nice leather brief at a great price.

Failed to retain mall customers. 1 Middle eastern and 1 blonde lady working there think their store is Louis Vuitton. They dont like visitors. I was given look that I cant buy or dont know TUMI brand. I showed them my TUMI wallet and other accessories while storming out and told them You just lost your repeat customer to this store. Pathetic. Racist staff working there.

Customer service is fair, prices are average compared to other outlets stores. Do your homework before going in to get the best deals.

Worst customer service, came in asking for a price and the lady said go Marshall’s they have good prices . Then as I walk out their all laughing n the blonde lady flip me off . Really shocking how stuck up these girls are especially since their 45 working at a mall 😅
