I needed help with a broken lock on my briefcase and was immediately taken care of. The clerk (I believe it was David but I was exhausted so maybe Daniel (sorry) ) was amazing and knowledgeable. Definitely stop in if you need good luggage!

Bought two luggages. It’s a lot cheaper than buying it from Europe. The lady was so helpful and you can get discount on everything! I will definitely go back here again if I’m in California

Just called today as I accidentally locked the key and cannot figure out to unlock it. Guy (did not even introduced himself) doesn’t even seem friendly. He asked me to bring this to Macy’s since I bought it there??? How can Macy’s help me when this place is the repairer, I thought. So instead of coming to this store, I just went to You Tube tutorial and solve the problem. This employee needs some training on how to courteously respond with customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Expensive

The store taised the price of the bag around 50% off sale, and the proce of what was on the tag was different than what I was charged for. Went back in line ans asked the personnel at the store, and he insisted this is the new price (although the price tag was much lower).

L saw the quality of bags, the bag was beautiful. Great customer service and fantastic delivery, awesome option.

Great store to buy Samsonite things in California

This store is a scam. Luggage prices are kept high to make them look cheap with >40% discount. Example: Samsonite Tru-Frame 28 Spinner is original $379.99 even in the original Samsonite online store. In the store the price is marked at $510. A 40% discount results in a price of $306 (without taxes). Not that much cheaper than online! And you will even find discount codes for Samsonites Online Store (or buy it somewhere else). Plus, no discounts on travel accessories. I love Samsonite, but this store brings a bad name for the brand.
