Regular fedex place. Close to usps and opens early so good for taking care of missing documents if you miss something in passport application.These guys are really quick and very friendly. Always they are willing to help the customer. They have plenty of machines to print and go and lot of people for help

This is very busy area so parking maybe an issue. Its a big location and they do quite a bit here and are staffed ok also. Staff was polite and quick. They accept NFC payment here.

The old lady that works there isnt the nicest person to deal with (trying not to be blunt). Other employees/helpers are super helpful but if youre unlucky, like me I suppose, youd end up with her.Sadly its the only one in the area open on Sunday. On other days, not much reason to come here, but if you do, wait for someone other than her would be my advice.

Very friendly and helping staff, I prefer to go here for any fedex related shipping. Because of the location, parking can be a hassle. However, the store is nice, easy in and out!

Manager was helpful but one guy ignored me when I was waiting in line. I ended up being thankful for it. The employee, Johnny, was a bigger guy with tattoos. He kept coughing with his nose hanging out of his mask. He also kept pulling his mask down. Fire this clown.

We needed assistance on printing the table seat arrangements for our wedding. I asked Ann at the register and she was a huge help. She show us what type of quality paper we needed. She provided me with their email address so I can email the pdf file for her to print. She also made sure the size is correct but cutting them. Ann made the process so easy for us.

My husband and I went in on a Saturday to send an expensive birthday gift to our daughter staying in another town. We told the woman (who was working alone) we needed it there by the following Wednesday for her birthday (and paid for that service). She was very helpful and even helped me make copies as I’m disabled and couldn’t reach the copy machine, while my husband packaged the gift. There were even a few people behind us, but I felt she took extra time to help us.

Its FedEx. Gets job done. Nice set of printing and copying systems. Shipping is no doubt Good.But this center is under staffed and those at work are pretty terrible at customer service. Its like they know you need them and see no reason to go out of their way to be helpful. Dont greet customers, never smile, make you wait without acknowledging your presence. Ive had multiple experiences where I was first ignored and then received blunt answers to simple questions.This is the closest center to my place and Ill continue to visit them. But some good customer service would certainly be appreciated.

A parcel (light package) was SENT from San Mateo to Milpitas on Wednesday and got delivered on Monday. Ridiculous.

You know why they are open till 10pm? Dropping off and picking up took me 20min every time! every time! there was no line. just myself. Poorly managed Fedex location! I had been a UPS store just before closing on 5pm for dropping off, before I got this Fedex. The UPS store had a line. Two stuff like this store, but literally I took my 3min to get the receipts.

I only needed to print one page pdf file with passport photos on the photo paper.The employee did this from the second attempt, however, at home I noticed that the print size is wrong: document was scaled.Next day I came there again, and the same employee gave me the attitude. First she was mumbling something that colors will be wrong if the size will not be scaled (sounds like nonsense to me). Then she said I will try only one more print, emphasizing the word one. When she brought the print back, she handed it to me and immediately walked away, showing that this was that one more print.The print actually turned out good. But the attitude was really bad. Why would an employee say only one more print? Whos fault was that the first print wasnt done right? And this is a very simple task we are talking about, just printing one pdf file.I think this employee doesnt like to spend time on the small order like mine, only $1.45. They like large orders, maybe 100s or 1000s copies of some colorful brochure when they can make hundreds.They are set up to do big business, yet they cant do a simple task of properly printing one page without an attitude.

Went to print, sign, and scan a 7-page document. It took way too long. Wifi speed is very slow, so I had to use my own hotspot to download the file. Print came out fine, but the scanner is very outdated. Need a scanning solution available from the same machines that customers print from.Please update your equipment, I think customers would get a lot more use from this store location if you did.

Ive never felt so stressed and uncomfortable trying to accomplish something so simple! The staff were outright rude to each other and complaining to customers about being overworked and stressed! Will not be going in there again.. Ill gladly drive an extra 20 minutes. Would feel terrible adding anymore inconvenience to their lives over there.

One of the major problems of this place is they only have one person working after 5. Usually you end up waitIng up to 15 to 25 minutes. It’s not fair to the employee and not fair to the customers waiting. I frequently come here after work to pick up packages and it is really terrible.

Most tooth-pullingly painful customer service ever. In the middle of checking something for me, the guy with a Zelda Triforce tattoo working the night shift chewed out another staff member in front of all the customers, an action not only completely unprofessional and bad management but also a total waste of customers time.The dude took ages to print a shipping label, and after I paid for that I wanted to buy a pack of candy, and he couldnt get the register working. Then, he said hang on and went to the back room for OVER 20 MINUTES without saying a word! I only hung on because I also happened to have a question to ask about my package. I dont know exactly how long past 20 minutes he was in the back room, because I left in frustration, but it was seriously insane that he thought it okay to leave a customer hanging for so much time.All in all it took an hour to ship a package and try to buy a pack of candy. Thats not to mention the fact that this dude had a dirty uniform in need of stain removal.

Went in to print three sets of blueprints for the city. Employees wasted 30 minutes of my time because they didnt even know how to properly load printing paper. As a result was late to the city.If you need to print anything I suggest to avoid this location at all cost!

Worst possible experience at a Fedex office. Very unprofessional staff and not helpful at all. We reached at the store 45 mins before closing time - the staff member there (David) wanted us to register online before he could offer any service - the online system was bad so we ended up completing the registration via phone. By the time we finished with the registration it was 5 mins left to close. The guy flat out refused the service to us - said we have to come tomorrow. Seriously!!! We have never been refused service like that. All that was needed was a print label - Still in shock. Will be reporting this incident to the office manager as well.

Not te service you spect from a place that is charging almost $1.00 for scanning paperwork to a USB, I get the part where they said we are busy, but for them to tell me come back after 2 hours .... really if thats the case I can easily look for another location.Unfortunately Im stock because this is the closest one to my location. Oh well this is the last time FeDEx gets my business... considering that IllBe paying over $200 only for scanning paper to my USB, I hoesntly think this is ridiculous priced for a job like this.PEOPLE DO NOT EXPECT QUALITY SERVICE INTHIA LOCATION.

Im not a guru when it comes to matters of shipping. This is why I went to this FedEx Kinkos / FedEx Office. Instead of being helpful and understanding, they were impatient and difficult. I wasnt able to ship what I needed because of packaging issues. Instead, I went the FedEx Kinkos on 2125 El Camino Real in Santa Clara and they were very friendly and nice and let me get away with using a one-time-use-only (never heard of this until now) shipping box a second time.

The assistant manager there is a complete jerk. Go somewhere else if you wanna good service.

I went to scan certain B&W scan of documents and color scan of Ids. The color scan was done with very low resolution and the B&W scan also was not very good. Avoid getting here to do your document scans.

Wasted 30 minutes only to find out none of the printers at this location connects to the Internet...

I am standing in the line and there is this one agent who is ridiculously waisting time talking to everyone, there were only 3 people ahead of me and i have been waiting for 45 minutes and he shamelessly continues talking to the lady ahead of me. Not coming to this store again.
