I brought my lawn mower here and paid the $40 deposit, they said they will call me if they discover a part needs to be ordered or anything else needs to be done besides a standard tune up because that will cost additional. I call a week later the guy says its on hold but he doesnt know why so he gotta call me back. Two days later I get a call that they replaced my carburetor without even asking me, and charged me $184 on top of the deposit and they never asked if i wanted to fix and I was forced to pay for something I didnt ask to be done, the guy says well its a good investment.

Place is a joke! Go elsewhere for power Equipment repairs. The people are nice, but have no clue how to repair equipment.

They are knowledgeable and friendly. They have just about anything you could need for your home, the quality of the small engine repair is unmatched. Also, theyll make you a key, repair a lamp, sharpen your knives and lawnmower blades or repair a screen.

Good people but did not fix my snow blower the same way I sent it was the same way I got it back won’t shoot the snow out fluffy snow stops turning unbelievable! Thinking about legal action because it was over $400 I spent

Great neighborhood hardware store. Obviously not as huge as a big box store, but they have a great selection. I also just found out all their power tools are downstairs where they also do repairs. Friendly and helpful staff too.

So theyre not open in evening or on Sunday. And its a very small shop. but they almost always have that one little thing that I need that I didnt know I was going to need for a given project. So if its during their hours its a great place to pick up something quick. My understanding they also do lamp repairs. Staff is very helpful.
