I have owned my ADK Laptop for over 7 years now. I purchased it for audio (ProTools) and video (Avid Media Composer) home studio projects exclusively. Though it can handle anything, I use another computer for standard computer needs, so that I dont corrupt my ADK machine. It has worked flawlessly since the day I got it. It has handled every audio/video project that I have worked on with no problems. It is a Windows 7 system, so I know Ill eventually have to upgrade it, but it sounds great and works perfectly, so until it becomes too obsolete or I become obsolete, Im sticking with it. The ADK support staff has been very attentive when Ive needed them, but the laptop works so well, I dont tend to need a lot of support. When I do, its usually something Ive screwed up and not the computer. ADK makes a great product. I am completely satisfied.

My name is Steve Labrecque from Woodstock, NH and I felt compelled to write to you to let you know what exceptional service I received from Eric Bowen last night.I purchased a brand new PC from ADK a few months ago for use in my home recording studio.I am a Cubase Pro user and very recently switched over to a UAD audio interface and satellite dsp unit and had experienced connectivity issues.At UADs request I had updated my bios, drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled various programs etc, without success.Steinberg wasnt able to help either.Eric spent nearly an hour on the phone with me yesterday painstakingly walking me through bios and other changes to help resolve the issues.He is extremely intelligent, articulate, and patient.In my 58 years, I cant recall getting such excellent service on a computer related issue.I thought you should know what a great employee you have.ADK is sure to get my home recording PC business in the future.

Very pleased with my custom video editing laptop built by ADK. I purchased this laptop about 15 years ago and it is still rocking! I have used it for many video productions including green screen, multi cam and multi layered effect videos. It is still going strong and fast as ever! The support service at ADK is like no other, any time I had a question (hdmi interface, software integration, hardware tweaks etc.) I always spoke with a very patient and knowledgeable technician. Highly recommend their products and service!

Bought my DAW from ADK a whopping 8 years ago (as of this review in 2020). The machine itself is a work horse, and, although somewhat outdated by today’s computer standards, still pulls its weight and then some. The handful of times I needed assistance ADK’s lifetime support came to the rescue. From what I can tell these guys know what theyre talking about when it comes to computers, particularly in regards to audio and video workstations. Prompt replies, friendly and knowledgeable service, and great quality products. To upgrade my DAW (I guess it’s about time, after 8 years!) ADK will be my first choice.

This company was recommended by a friend of mine who plays for an successful band and uses ADK services. Thats the reason I decided to call this company.I was surprised to have a real human being answering the phone and my questions. The person listened patiently to what I was looking for (A computer for video editing) and was very thorough with the help provided. Although at first I didnt intend to buy something right away, I decided to pull the trigger then and there and get the machine recommended. In a week they were shipping it and the person I had on the phone follow through with a few emails while they were building the machine.What a great service!I am very happy with my purchase. I do own a few Dells or HP computer (and they are not cheap by any means!) but I feel this is the one I can keep for a long time.I highly recommend.
