Poor communication and customer service. I believe the storefront is nothing more for show using a name like National School Supply... Customer service is routed to a thrid-party and they dont care about you as a customer. I ordered an item and it never arrived. When I e-mailed to inquire about its status, I never received a response. When I called I was routed to a call center that asked me who I bought my item from - they had no idea who they work for. I was told that customer service is their top priority - go figure. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

I have no idea why this came up on the map while searching for a local art supply storefront. If there is a storefront at the listed location, there was no indication of it. The address I was given led to a warehouse, and certainly not an art supply store.
