I know the guys there are going to read this and say “FINALLY!” Ha. I’m always a day late and a dollar short but it’s always worth the wait!I had damaged my Front Passenger Car Door. Of course it was in one of the worst and most difficult places on the door where, if you wanted a quality fix, couldn’t be fixed less the door was replaced. I had received feedback and quotes from multiple shops although initially what I was most impressed with here was the extension of service when it came to the quote my insurance gave me. My insurance company quoted low (surprise) and when I took my car here to let them evaluate and discuss they immediately let me know that they work very closely with some insurance companies, and with mine in particular, they would be able to reach out and assist with an appropriate quote. And they did! Everything was covered less my deductible. Amidst the advice on the door, which I trusted what they were saying, that is what sold me. The fact they are literally right around the corner from me was an added bonus 😁Of course I didn’t have rental insurance because, like everyone last year, it was tough year so ended up taking it off my insurance temporarily and of course in time for me to need it! They offered me a car to drive the entire time they had my car and it was complimentary! All I had to do was bring it back with a full tank of gas. I know very little shops that do that these days. It reminds me of where I grew up. Small town hospitality almost. It was an unexpected surprise and most appreciated.I wish I could post pics because when I came to pick my car up it looked virtually new. And cleaned. I own a 2015 Lincoln and enjoy taking good care of it. I could tell by the quality work they did, that they feel the same about taking care of cars. The paint matches perfectly, the door brand new. They even unexpectedly used the additional paint to touch up a mark on my bumper! It was something IM SURE they did not have time to do as they are always busy ( and rightfully so because of their work) but did it anyway.I will be going and supporting them as long as I’m in the area. I highly recommend anyone who wants honest, quality and care for their car to use Auto Body Specialists

I recently hit a snowbank with my car and had the damage repaired by Auto Body Specialists. I could not be happier with the results - Dave and Vince really took care of me.Prior to going to Auto Body Specialists, I requested an online quote for repairs from a chain to see if the damage would be worth filing an insurance claim over. I was told by the chain that the work would be pushed out 3-4 weeks at minimum and that they could not give me any idea as to how long the repair would take - be it days or weeks. They gave me a price, which was higher than I anticipated, and also stressed that it was only a preliminary estimate and would likely change.Not being comfortable with my response from the chain, I took my car to Auto Body Specialists for the service, instead. Not only were they able to get me in for the repair the following week, but they also gave me an estimate as to how long it would take...and then beat their estimate on time! The quote that they provided me was 30% less than what I would have paid if I went to the chain and the final amount matched their original estimate, to the penny. In addition to that, Auto Body Specialists also provided me with a free loaner while my vehicle was being repaired and kept me in the loop with regular phone calls as to how things were going.At the end of the day, my car looks brand new and my experience with Auto Body Specialists was truly exceptional from start to finish. In the future, not only will I use them for all of my auto body needs, but will insist that my family and friends do as well.

Great communications from them. Kept me updated with my car and their prices beat Gerber, Caliber, Mander, and especially Marshall. They did a great job on the paint for my fender replacement and even touched up a rust spot I did not know I have. Will be going to them in the future.

If there was anything positive about almost having my car stolen, it was getting connected with Dave and Auto Body Specialists. They put me at ease, communicated everything well, and did everything on time or earlier.

On a very wind day (50mph wind)about a mo ago a tree limb on my truck as I was driving about 35mph, ( imagine the impact😥🤤) . I was so scared, long story short my baby & I walked away without injury. But It was a lot of damage to the front of our truck the side mirrors, front windshield, top of the roof was scratched, the hood of was dented & scratched, it was a lot of damage & much more. Long story short. My husband took care of us and got our truck fix. Thank the Lord we have vehicle insurance. Heres the before and after pictures they did an amazing job.

This was my first time dealing with insurance and car repairs and Dave was out-of-this-world amazing! I was so anxious and stressed about costs, what to expect, etc and he made EVERYTHING painless! After my appointment for initial body work was set up, my car was hit and run in the city about two weeks before my appointment. He managed to get the parts and fix the damage when my car was already scheduled to be in... and this was JUST before Christmas!!The price was fantastic. The service was timely and wonderful... they went above and beyond! Along with fixing my accident-related damage, they even fixed all the other little scratches and dents on my car!!! AND THEN they even washed and VACUUMED OUT my car for me!!!! And I can’t stress how great the price was!I will absolutely return for any work I need done on any vehicle, and I will always recommend them! Incredible! I cant thank Dave, Vince and their staff enough. They managed to turn an unpleasant and stressful experience of having an accident into a positive. The work they did was exceptional, efficiently dealing with the insurance company so I got my car back even earlier than expected, provided a loaner so I could go to work, were kind and above all HONEST throughout the process. They kept me updated and did little extras like cleaning up the undamaged aged headlight cover to match the replaced headlight in addition to cleaning up the inside! My car looks great. I felt reassured when I contacted my regular mechanic and asked if they were any good? His response was they are better than good, they are GREAT and all my work goes to them when needed. Auto Body Specialists did an awesome job on my repair to my back hatch door on my 2016 Toyota Forerunner! Vince & Dave are awesome to deal with! While traveling to the U.P., a deer hit the side of our car, ruining the passenger door, and making dents and scratched throughout the entire passenger side of the door. Our insurance company recommended Auto Body Specialists and Im thankful they did. It was an extremely smooth process and also got a free loaner for the week! The car looks brand new! I had accident on my way to Milwaukee and I had my car got repaired at auto body specialists. It was mostly body work. They did pretty good job in preparing my car in just 7 days with reasonable amount. It’s been 2 months now and I’m driving my car without any issues.

While I may not be the best driver, I’m pretty attentive to quality service. I’ve had 4 cars repaired by Auto Body Specialists in the last 12 years and I’m always amazed at what a great job Vince and his crew do with my vehicles. Getting into a wreck is stressful enough, but these guys have always made the process so easy. From intake to delivery, they take full care of me, my car, and all of the back and forth with the insurance company. One of their office walls is plastered with testimonials and thank you letters. I truly hope not to damage anymore cars, but if I did, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had to go there 3 times due to crazy drivers. They do EXCELLENT WORK I wont go anywhere else. I recently had to go back yet again and Dave and the gang helped me out yet again. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I went here to get an estimate after I did some damage to the passenger side rocker panel. I visited a few other body shops but immediately turned around and ended up right back here! Dave and Vince were incredibly helpful, informative, and completely took the stress away.They gave me a free rental car while mine was in their shop. When my car was done, it looked better than it did before I dropped it off. Not only did they repair the damage perfectly, but they buffed out other scuffs and polished the whole car. On top of that, they replaced a missing mirror cover as a Memorial Day Present! My 2009 Honda Accord looked brand new.If you are needing auto body work, take your car here. After my car had been vandalized, Auto Body did an excellent job fixing my catalytic convertor, damaged fender and broken window on my Toyota Prius. They were very sympathetic to my situation and did everything they could to ensure I was not additionally inconvenienced by the already horrible experience of having my car and property vandalized. I had body work on my Subaru in December 2017 and the work was done ahead of time and, when done, I could not tell the difference from the repaired areas and the original - and the car was cleaned inside and washed outside! Barry

Friend at work told me about these guys and how grate bodywork they do…After another body shop did horrible job paint job on my Audi S4’s front bumper, hood and fender…These guys fixed it like it was never touched…Would highly recommend this body shop to anyone…10+++++
