I went to Royal Auto Body. It was honestly the easiest experience I’ve ever had and Ivan’s quote was cheaper than anywhere else. Ivan not only provided me with brand new part options for replacement, but also found a bunch of “like new” options for 1/4 the price (and indeed they turned out to be the same as new parts). But one of the best things about Royal was that they replaced the parts right away while I waited for 20 minutes, so I didn’t even have to worry about finding a rental or borrowing a car in the meantime. (I had a bumper and mirror replaced). Overall, a fair & convenient company to go to!

I had an accident with my vehicle a couple month ago and it was dented and had key marks from the two back panels. I went to other body shops and the people were trying to over price me because l looked young. I went to Royals Auto Body and they provided me with an affordable estimate right away. Not only did the owner go above and beyond, but he also took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and how the process went. He offered extremely good prices.

Ivan and his team completed an insurance claim on my car and it looked amazing when they were done. He also touched up another spot on my car unrelated for free! The car was done in 2 days from drop off. Highly recommend!

Without hesitation, this is the best experience Ive had at an auto body/mechanic shop in 20+ years of owning a car. Ivan is a hard-working, trustworthy, generous, and very knowledgeable car guy. He went out of his way to save me $150 on a repair and cleaned up and polished my headlamps for free simply because he thought they needed it. He both runs the office and works on the cars, so he always knows whats going on with the repair. You dont have to worry about talking to a customer service person who probably doesnt know what theyre talking about. I couldnt recommend him more highly.

This was the 4th auto body shop I got an estimate from for some minor body and paint work. Every other shop wanted to just throw new parts at the car to fix the problem, leading to rather high estimates. Ivan at Royal Auto Body was much more reasonable and wasnt looking to do anything unnecessary. He was very straight-forward in his evaluation of the work that would have to be done, and he looked to reduce the cost as much as possible. I ended up paying well under the quoted estimates of the other body shops. Plus, the car looks fantastic.Theres a reason this shop has so many 5 star reviews (it only has 5 star reviews at the time of me writing this). Ivan is tremendous to work with. He will deliver a high-quality result at a lower-than-market-average cost. Royal Auto Body gets my highest recommendation.

Came in with a deep scratch, down to the metal, on my driver side door. They were able to give me a fair estimate and did an excellent job of repainting. Wouldnt be able to tell there was ever a scratch or that the door was even repainted.

I bought a new car and it was damaged in transit - Ivan did such an amazing job - he worked with the insurance and was able to make the car perfect. Great service here! I had some ugly-looking gouges and dents on my new car, and needed them fixed. Ivan was very responsive and was able to get my car looking new again. I cant even tell where the dents were now! He even gave me a supply of my cars paint, just in case I need to do some touch-ups of my own in the future. You can tell he really enjoys what he does. Though I really wouldnt want anymore dents on my car, Ill be giving this place a call again if I do.

IVAN IS THE BEST MECHANIC IVE EVER HAD! Ive never had a more caring and considerate mechanic. He is more than willing to go the extra mile for you be it riding with you in the car to verify youre happy with his work or giving you a ride on his way back into the city. My experience with him was the best customer service experience Ive had in any field. I got rear ended in November. My insurance dropped the ball and took nearly a month to send an inspector out. Ivan was patient and kind the whole way thru. Some places would tell you to move ur car. Ivan showed genuine concern in what was happening with the insurance and counseled me in best handling the situation. Ivan was able to make the back look like new and went over in great detail all the work he did. Some places just hand you the keys and send you on ur way. Ivan was more than happy to answer all my questions and concerns and reviewed all the work he did with me so that I could understand what happened. After this experience, I would not even consider going somewhere else because the amount of care Ivan gives each customer is unmatched. He is simply the very best!
