Absolutely the WORST customer service I have received from a business. We arrived, paid for our products and were told to wait while they pulled the parts. 2 hours later we go in to ask them why it’s taking so long and they tell us it’s going to be another hour before we get our part. No one warned us that there was a long wait and when we expressed frustration all 3 employees began yelling at us, using profanities and basically telling us they didn’t care and we were SOL and needed to wait. The professionalism and communication of the employees here is slim to none. Just despicable. If you can go somewhere else, save yourself the headache and do that.

The owner has a heavy accent but is easy to understand. They are straight to the point polite and they have far better prices then other places in the area. defenitly would go there again.

They sale used car parts for new parts prices… they told me $625 bucks for a used bumper cover for a 2010 Ford Fusion… buyer beware go spend your money somewhere else. These mfs are rip off artists.. I wish I could give no stars

I would give zero stars if I could. I have never met such a rude person before. I arrived at 4:40 after calling earlier and was told they closed at 5. Drove 30 minutes and was immediately told it was too late to see a bumper. I pushed back and a nice young guy said he would show me the bumper. However, the bumper had two cracks it, even though on the phone my husband was told it had nothing wrong with it and was in perfect condition. I was out of there by 4:50 so they could close shop by 5! No warranty and you have to pay before they take the part off so if they damage it while removing, sucks for you. Avoid at all costs!

By far the worst customer service Ive ever had in my life. Call about a transmission replacement on Monday and the guy quotes me $2000, I say okay, give me a few days to get the money together and I will call you back. I call again on Friday and speak to a different worker and he quotes me $2300. When i ask him where the extra $300 comes from, all he can say is You dont understand and Youre raising my blood pressure. and talks down to me for no reason. Do NOT go here, these people only care about your money and feeding their own ego.

Totally incompetent place to do business with! Bought a car from them, took the paperwork they gave me to the dmv and it turns out they didnt evem have the correct paperwork to even sell the car! Amazing!!! When given info what right paperwork was needed from the dmv, Dean(MANAGER) DID NOT follow thru with it... now I have to drive the car back from Chicago to them in Milwaukee! When I asked Dean if they can compensate my ride back to Chicago for the time,days,work lost due to their failure to aquire the right paperwork and leave me hanging, with an uber, Dean proceeded to say absolutely NOT! Dont do business with these guys they dont know what theyre doing! And he blames the owner he didnt have the right paperwork for me....

They want to charge $50 for a part I can go next door to LKQ and pull for $5.65... and they are talking $700 for a headlight assembly I can get brand new online for around $300. And theirs is a salvage (used) part!!! This place is a complete and total ripoff!

This place has the worst service. I came in to get a replacement axle for my car. They sold it to me and said go wait in your car my guys will bring it out to you. After an hour I went back in and asked wheres my axle its been an hour? He said oh there was people in front of me. I didnt see anyone waiting in front of me. So I asked how much longer. He looked over his shoulder and said oh not long he is working on it now. Then all of a sudden it was done in 5 minutes. Now I remember why I stopped buying parts here.

Called this morning 8am and the guy who answered worked with me to try and find a drive shaft ( dropped ours on the interstate). Worked and found the part number... he did not have... but referred us to someone who did!! Thanks u saved our weekend up north!! Thanks again!!

Dont pay before you see your part!!!!I called to purchase a complete steering column and they said the part would be ready for pick by the end of the day. I went in at the end of the day. They told me the part was ready but lets get the payment out of the way. Then they bring out the upper half of the steering column. They dont know where the lower half is and they refuse to give me a refund. I am an ASE master certified technician and I promised a customer the car would be ready the following day. Dont ever rely on Roz auto salvage.

Don’t buy anything from here!!! They don’t accept RETURN OR EXCHANGE. They sold me bad compressor and they did not tell me no return. Also I paid $200 for changing. They’re dishonest.

I made an order in the store they told me is goin be in the store the next day so I can pick it up I called them the next day around 1pm the told me is not 5pm we goin call you before 5pm he was pretty rude I called back after 2days I wanna cancel the order I told them you cannot cancel it because we payed for shipping yea you paid for shipping but you said you goin have my part the next day and I haven’t heard anything from you guys and they just hang up the phone bad bad customer service definitely not goin back to this place

Bought a side mirror, after 40 min they brought out a broken one. Said I wanted a refund, eventually guy said hed get one from the warehouse for no extra charge. Shows up 2 days later and its not even the correct style. Guys response was its the same vehicle. Dont waste your time, LKQ is a half mile away and a better, friendlier company.And before Rozz responds with their default half hearted apology Ill just copy paste it from every other 1 star review that they have:We apologize if you felt like you had a poor experience. Very rude!! We asked to have them move a car that was a the way to move a camper and the owner was so rude. To top it all it was her car, she couldnt even have some courtesy and move a few feet.

Always the first place i call. They have it all. The prices are fair and par for the market. Sometimes they get get a little frustrated with customers when they are busy but usually keep a positive attitude. I always like to talk to jim at the counter. Just a real down to earth guy who goes out of his way for customers

These people almost gave my 65 year old mother a heart attack! Do not go there! Even the owner was willing to swindle my mother into buying a dented and smashed up door that they claimed was A1 certified! They charged her card before she excepted the door and basically forced her to take a part they knew was trash! Don’t go here! It’s not worth the headache and the people are terrible!

Took tires to them to install and broke off my lug nut upon install and was told its fine I still got four more on there. Whether you use air or electric impacts you have to be careful when putting on as its easy to over torque them. I was offered nothing for my inconvenience. Very disappointed.

Extremely rude on phone no customer service skills at all called to simply get a price quote and douche bag on the line provided to tell me what part I was looking for and then when I asked how many ribs were on the pulley I needed was told that he knew better than I did and that I needed to come get the part now and stop playing on the phone and acting like I knew what I was talking about. Im a auto repair shop i ordered a transmission from roz auto i replaced the filter,pan gasket, axle seals and front pump seal inwhich roz requires you to do when you purchase a used engine or transmission from them.After installing the unit the customer payed fornthe repairs and everything was cool so i thought. 2 weeks go pass the customer brings car back for a transmission leak. I checked it out and found out the front pump bushing was allowing transmission fluid to leak passed it. bushings was not a requirement from roz to change so i didnt change it. i called roz to exercise my 30 day warranty and to inform them of the issue that i have with the transmission. Ryan stated to me that he had to run it past his manager. didnt get a call back so i had my receptionist call and he stated to her that they will cover the leaking transmission and that itll be a couple of days before they get one in. cool i thought. waited, waited and waited after a week i call ryan and asked wheres the replacement unit? He says that his manager did not authorize the warrenty.... we didnt get a call, text, letter nothing. we was under the impression that a unit was being ordered in for a week.i purchased many engine and transmissions and a boat load of other parts from this sketchy company over the years. theyll never get another dime of mine.I will not recommend them to no oneCalumet auto is far more a better company to work with and who stands behind theyre warrenties no matter if your a do it yourselfer or a repair shop.

Wont let you return items, horrible attitude staff, they gave me the wrong model trunk latch and would only let me swap it out for the same model I couldnt return it and get a new model OR my money back. Worst auto salvage in milwaukee.

Just saw the post by owner .A total lie. AJ Auto salvage has it for 65 dollars and I just purchased the part for 60 dollars ( NO TAX AND NO SHIPPING ) from American Auto Salvage 10.6 MILES FROM ROZ! SEE PHOTO FOR PROOF. Unbelievable!! To the consumer, this place will try to take advantage of you and feels no guilt for it. I called to price a passenger headlamp assembly for a 2004 Buick LeSabre limited. I had called 4 other salvage yards and was quoted between 55 and 65 dollars for this part. The man on the phone quoted me $100.00!!! He was unable to give a valid reason why he was quoting almost double the price of his competitors. Please utilize the idea between capitalism and a free market and choose another salvage yard to keep prices low and to prevent the consumer from being taken advantage of.

BUT the owner personally called and explained the issues that made me feel better about this company. Would I recommend them......YES especially when the owner would take time out of his day to address your concern.

I called to locate a motor and I spoke with Jessie and he was so helpful! He went above and beyond what I had called for. He called a dealer ship to make sure the motor he had would work with my car. He also looked around to make sure that the price he was asking wasnt unreasonable. He also went as far as trying to help me locate other motors around the state to try and save us money. All I can say is the service here was amazing!

I am a happy customer and I plan to come back again and again because they are trustworthy. Most places are NOT trustworthy and take all they can from you. I have a Mini Cooper S R53, looking for parts becomes a part-time job. That being said, my experiences fixing mechanical issues trying to find the right parts through online websites / calling local shops is always continuing. I called Roz Auto the other day, that customer service over the phone was their first impression and I just want to say Thank You for the impression youve made. Ultimately setting a tone for the business within seconds, which is all the time I need to determine if I continue doing business or go elsewhere. Keep it up!

Had to buy a passenger side window for my Ford Ranger.Called ahead and they had one.Nice lot,building appearance, and extremely nice inside.Folks there gave me some good advice about replacing theradio that was taken in the same incident.Talked to a couple of customers out side about there thoughtsabout Roz. All had positive experiences.Ill be back for future needs.

Terrible customer service over the phone & in person. They dont care who you are or what you need & make you pay before you even see the part. In the fine print of the receipt it says that their is no cash refund so if they bring you the wrong part or all of a sudden tell you they dont have it but you already paid for it youre stuck with it or you have to wait till they can find one for you which can take months. Ace auto salvage is one of many places that will help you properly & you wouldnt regret giving your money to. Run away from ROZ 👍💯 Its actually a 0 Star rating but 1 is the lowest theyll allow you to go.

Waayy overpriced. quoted $250 for a car door that B&M Auto quoted $100. Check other places for better deals guys, its worth doing your homework. Maybe eventually local competition will get these guys to lower their prices, but they seem a little greedy to me right now.

Had window replaced they didnt cover the seat now I have a black stain on my drivers seat. They dont think they need to pay to get it cleaned. So be careful.

Needed a quick fix- my mirror on the passanger side. Reasonable cost and was able to schedule for the work to be done on Saturday. Exact estimated time too. Other questions were answered and solved as well. I will be back for suspension work. Great service in genral!

I ordered a part from Rozs and the company that shipped it lost the part. Jim was very concerned and immediately made the necessary phone calls to track the package. When the shipping company found the package Jim called me immediately and gave me my options to get my money back or wait for it to ship to me. I was very pleased with the service Jim gave me.

Showed up to pick up a new windshield for our car after calling and asking about it’s condition. After being told it was in good condition we drove two hours to pick it up in Milwaukee. When they finally brought up the part the glass was so dirty you couldn’t see through it. When we finally cleaned all the funk off after sale we noticed there was a pretty sizable crack in one side. Should have looked through the required better before doing business there because they do not do any discount or returns for their damaged sold parts. Total scammer. This place even read my review and instead of asking how they could help/fix the problem the guy called and said it MUST have been our fault because of the way the windshield was handled on the way home. Claiming the windsheild coated in 8 years of grime was inspected several time before sale. We drove 45 minutes to the shop where we cleaned the window that we had wrapped in a comforter and placed on a padded surface in the back of our Subaru. This guy even commented on my review to infer that it must have been our fault with a condescending, unprofessional, childlike attitude. No idea how this place has three stars, with the other reviews they’ve got its not possible that the problem is with everyone else and not the company.

Competition is Real for these people. If you want more people to come to your place of business Be Courteous to people. Simple as that. DONT RECOMMEND.

Dont let Dean pull your parts, thoroughly explained what was needed with part numbers, he cut cables that were the key component to what we needed. Another return because of Dean is what we heard behind the counter.

I dont know what it is about people that makes them write a bad review because they didnt like the price they agreed to pay!!! Ive been buying parts here for over 10 years and they have always treated me right. If they are higher in price and you can find it somewhere else for less, they will match the price. The service is good too. Its a junkyard people not a hotel. I recommend them over all others.

Wow what an experience. Based on a recommendation of a friend of mine I call Roz for a part that I needed for my nephews car . I had to wait for apx 30 mins just to be told that the part that they had in stock and had sold me didnt actually work. They did offer to order the part for me however it wouldnt arrive until monday and who knows if that part would be faulty as well. I live on the northside and to travel 35 mins all the way over to the southside after calling first to see if they had the part in stock just to wait another 30 mins only then to find out that they dont pull and test the part until you arrive was very frustrating, especially when I found the part at another place that had it for half the price already pre-tested and on the shelf with a wait time of less than 10 mins for the entire exchange along with a 90 day warranty. Talk about a blessing ..So I guess I actually should be thanking Roz for the inconvenience and for totally wasting my time . I would have never found the other business if it wasnt for them and their 😒great 😒business practice. Way to go ROZ!!! Oh and the name of the other business was Calumet Auto parts.. Check them out..You will save money and your time!!!!!

$100 for a 2010 Camry rim are you kidding!! This is not an alloy wheel! Rims used to be $25!I have had some luck in the past here but their prices have gotten unreasonable. I have much better luck with a free service called u-need a part dot com Junkyards will contact you and compete for your order.

If there was a way to give no stars this would be my rating. A man answered the phone, seemed helpful. I explained what I was looking for, then the phone went dead. When I said Hello, he replied with if you would just wait Im looking . Okay so maybe everyone has a bad day so I let it go. The phone went dead again.... Then came back and said. I dont have it here but I can get one for $179.00 & he can only guarantee the mechanics not the look. I then asked a few questions, when he didnt respond to my questions i began speaking again. He then said if youd stop interrupting and talking over me i could actually help youI could have waited longer for him to answer my questions but he could have acknowledged my questions, then said he was working on an answer not just left dead air.I will never go here or send anyone I know to Roz Auto Salvage.

Horrible experience! The front desk staff is extremely rude and not helpful. I recently purchased a used tire and rim and paid $116 for it and it went flat not even two weeks later. I took the tire back in and it took them 45 minutes to look at it. While Im waiting, a lady came in and told them that the car she just purchased from them couldnt pass emissions because they reset the check engine light and it came back on after she went to the DMV. One guy told her that they would contact her the following day and the other guy behind the counter told her they were booked for 3 weeks. Absolute crooks! Meanwhile, they get back to me about my tire and told me that they pulled a nail out of my tire. They tried to give me the nail, while also trying to keep my tire. I asked for my tire back and immediately took my tire to Ray Tann, 980 W. Oklahoma and they checked my tire and informed me that Roz s had lied about the nail (there was no indication of a nail puncture, only a buldge). Ray Tann sold me a brand new tire and put it on for $90/ $30 if they have a used in stock. Roz lied to try and sell me another overpriced tire. Horrible business practices and BBB will receive a similar complaint.
