For just dropping in at the end of the day for service to replace a headlight, the staff was very responsive and helpful. For my first visit to this Honda dealership .. I was impressed.

I worked with John Stein in the service department. I was absolutely blown away by his ability to get what needed to get done and quick. He went above and beyond and got me in a rental during this crazy time of car rental shortages and waived my diagnostic test he ran. Im very happy with this service shop, all the staff associates are friendly and Id definitely recommend, John clearly knows what he is doing and exactly how to do it.

In general the service is good, the prices are better than the competition in the area, the place I generally go for all my services and my first stop if I need a new vehicle.

A bit slow, but they do have free refreshments and free wi-fi while you wait. Plus they washed my car. Service rep was nice.

I wasnt satisfied. Dont bring us in saying you can help our specific needs and you clearly couldnt. Especially if its not your first rodeo, you know what to expect. Its a waste of everyones time. And you effect peoples credit. Disappointed but not surprised...its what they do. Its never that serious...you are more blessed when you properly take care of the customer. Would not recommend if you want to be offered what you werent looking for. They can not work miracles. It is what you know it is. Disappointed in myself...knew better but he had my husband so convinced I wanted to support him. Oh well moving on doing what needs to be done

I want to write a review because this was the first time that I experienced a sales person really trying to help me and not sale me. The salesman name is Derrick Wilson, and I didnt get a vehicle yet and he still spent the time with my wife and I, at first I was looking for a used car and he was great on letting us know about every vehicle we picked, and at the end we didnt find anything and that was fine he didnt pressure us to look for something else, we even got introduced to the big boss George Matthews and he was very helpful and also let us know that there is no pressure that its important that we have a great experience and find a vehicle that we feel great about and the price is is something we feel good about, so when we find something were going to deal with these guys.

Warning - Fraudulent DealerThis dealer uses a typical deceptive trade practice to trick customers into thinking they can get more than one deal and then before you come to an agreement clarify you can only get $3K above trade in OR get the $3K MSRP they are currently offering. Why would anyone want to buy from a dealer that is so deceptive in their trade practices and pricing. Add this to the list of dealers I will not be talking to.

Worst experience ever at a car dealership. Trying to get a good feel for the car I want, stuck between 3 different choices (3 different makes). Looking to make a purchase within a month or so. Evidently, they decided that wasnt worth their time so would not let me test drive because i wasnt committing to buy within the week. I might end up with a Honda, but it definitely wont be coming from Russ Darrow.
