I was very satisfied with the work that was done on my car. As always, Jim was a pleasure to work with and kept me updated on the status of my car. Initially I was told that due to backorders on parts it could possibly take 2 months to get my car back. Im happy to say that it was ready in about 5 weeks. Very thankful!
Initially I was there to have a new tire installed. I went to an actual tire store and they told me 1) they could not patch the tire; 2) it would take a little time for the new tire to come in. So I decided to give the dealership a shot.They were able to have a new tire there for me in less than 24 hours. And when I brought me car in to install it, the tech working on my car comes out to me after about 15 minutes and informs me that patching the tire should not be a problem. Instead of paying $300 for new tire and installation I paid them much less to have the tire patched.I was really impressed and I think it was a great example that the service department at this dealership isn’t just about their own financial self-interest. Over the years I’ve heard many people express frustration or fear that a dealership is going to take advantage of them if they bring their car in for repairs there. I don’t think people need to worry with this dealership’s service department. I felt they were honest and truly trying to do what was in MY best interest, not theirs. I would highly recommend to others and would use them again for services/repairs.
I have always had a pleasant experience at Rosen Kia’s service department. Their staff is great, they keep you informed and on-time, and you feel appreciated. Customer service is something I take note of, and Rosen Kia does it well. I would recommend raises for all.
Service work excellent, as always! Only issue was with other customers,sipping their free coffee now and then, so not wearing a mask while inthe waiting area. Although a nice gesture on your part, maybe would be best to eliminate eating/drinking inside while still in a pandemic!
Quality service and friendly staff. Would of given 5 stars but it took over 1 1/2 hours for an oil change.
Had a recall for the fuse box, got an appt in leas than a week that was convenient for my schedule! Everyone from start to finish was 100% professional.
While the quality seems very good most of the time. this time it took a month to get an appointment. my first visit to deal with my issue they didnt have the part. they said they would call me. after a week and a half I called them. it took two weeks to get an appointment. I asked them to check into why my stick would not move out of park. they just shrugged it off since it was working. I did ask them to Change out the transmission fluid. I didnt feel very satisfied this time around.
We had a great awesome sales experience! We originally went to Rosen for regular maintenance update and while waiting we looked around at the cars on display. We seen a particular car that caught our attention and the sales representative Andrew Drasen was very endearing kind and not aggressive. He addressed our every concern and questions. Just by talking with him we were even more impressed with the car! Andrew answered every question in a very kind and accommodating way. Who would have thought!! We purchased a car!! The whole sales process was so very relaxing and the price was GREAT! We felt so good with everything. Weve purchased from Rosen before and we will continue to purchase at Rosen. Tell everybody to tell everybody, looking for a car Rosen is the place to go and ask for the sales representative Andrew Drasen,you will not be disappointed!!
The service was good as usual but I waited over an hour for an oil change.
Would be 5 stars, but 2 hrs for an oil change? Also didnt used to need an appointment for an oil change.
Totally above board service people. Brought my Kia in for brakes, they inspected them before tearing them down and charging me for the work. Turned out nothing really was wrong and they sent me on my way with no charge. Highly recommend.
The service dept was unexpectedly backed up. They were very apologetic and offered me a free upcoming oil change which I appreciate
The service is very good, my only complain is that the service area does not work on Saturdays! This is terrible in my opinion for some people Saturdays are the only days they can take their cars for maintenance. For us was a real struggle to have the time (before 5 pm) in a weekday to take it to the dealer.
The work took less time than quoted. Rosen took me to my home and then picked me up to get the car, which is a great service. My driver, Don, was great. He did not drive like an idiot, nor did he daudle. He was one of the safest drivers I have riden with in my life. He was nice and pleasant. His attention and job execuation was fantastic. He made my day easier. The service team at Rosen Kia is excellent. They really took care of me and the car. Frankly, no matter what your experiemce with the sales team here may have been like, the service team makes your car ownership mych, much more enjoyable and easier. These guys uphold the excellence that Rosen offers. If you are looking for a car, start here. Sales to service, Rosen has it and they will do right by you. Every time I have work done at Rosen, my opinion of the place ust gets better and better. I cannot recommend the place highly enough.

My tires were rotated and car was totally inspected and fluids filled, and air pressure set in tire everything was checked ok.Service was done quickly and well.
