It Was Okay He Does Good Work.

Scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change at this facility and when I showed up they had no record of it and turned me away. You would think calling to personally schedule an appointment would secure it in their system. Front counter associate was very short and quick to turn me away even when I CALLED and spoke to one of their employees to make the appointment. Very disappointed will not be returning

Awful customer service. I had been there a few times. Even bought 4 new tires once. Previously i had what i would consider poor customer service in no one acknowledged my existence or asked to help but this time took the cake. I went in an empty store saying hi to the man at the counter and computer. Was ignored. I saw he was on the phone and listening or waiting as he was not talking. I waited. Was not acknowledged in anyway. No hand wave. No looking up and smiling, nothing. I waited in the quiet room. After awhile i said you must be very busy if you cant say hi. I was then acknowledged with a i am on the phone obviously he could talk to me then. I was then told i could leave. He basically told me to get out. The worst customer treatment i have ever received. Lost a customer forever.

Needed A Wheel Alignment And This Guy Not Jim Who Was The Owner That I Made An Appointment With Tried To Charge Me An Extra 50 Dollars To Do The Wheel Alignment!!Claiming He Didnt Want To Do It Unless I Pay The 50 Dollars Extra To See If There Was Anything Else Wrong With The Car!! He Said Pay The 50 Dollars Or Take It Elsewhere!! So I Took My Business Elsewhere!! Bad Customer Service And I Wont Be Going BACK!!

Went in to have my power steering fixed, as it was leaking pretty consistent. They fixed it quick over Easter weekend, so i was not dissatisfied with the initial experience. However, less than a year later, its December now, my power steering is going again. What kind of fix-it job lasts less than a year?

This is a very honest, straight forward place with the same crew working. They are always willing to help people out with their vehicle, they cant always please everyone. I believe some people just expect for people to bend over backwards for them. They have the same crew working their for the past 15 years, so that has to speak volumes for their work ethic and professionalism compared to a lot of other places that change their staff every 2-3 months. This has been a great place to have your vehicle serviced by and will not be leaving the neighborhood anytime soon.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Guy said he “did the best he could” on a wheel alignment but still got charged for a full wheel alignment. Truck still pulled to the right and got worse over a few months. Asked for a lifetime limited warranty initially and only got charged for 3 months. Didn’t want to do anything to satisfy a customer. Don’t go to this place.

They didnt have my tire but the guy kept it real with me. Was the only shop who told me no one in the city is gonna have my tire size, because most new vehicles dont use tires as big as mine anymore. 03 4runner with 265 65 R17.

Went in last week to get a coolant flush and was questioned I why I thought I needed one which I thought was odd. Told the guy my car was overheating and he said that wouldn’t fix my issue. Instead paid almost $60 for this place to tell me I need $2500 worth of work done. Went up the street to Fast Track and got my coolant flush and guess what? My car has NOT overheated since. This place is a huge rip off. It would be under Joseph Howard

My family and I have been going to them for years and have never been disappointed. From oil changes to Fromtal struts; we trust their work and their efficiency on times.

I never had any bad experience with them every time i took my car there they did what suppose to be done i had a tune up oil change flush n fill and got some tire customer service was great never had to wait that long.victoria jackson

Horrible experience! Messed up my rim even more and didnt explain the work that was done beforehand. Then did nothing about it, just said sue Me! Who says that!Owner Very Rude and not once apologized! Apologies go a long way!!

Way overpriced at this location. Wanted to charge 50% more than I got quoted at another Firestone location. Staff was rude. Do not take your vehicle to this location.

Staff are not the friendliest but they are pretty straightforward. Wont try to sell you something you dont need. Just went in to get an oil change on Friday...waited over two hours. When asked if they had anything to read, they were rude with their NO. Chairs are old, dingy, unsafe, TV doesnt work...no heat. It was the worst experience I had. Needless to say I will never go there again! If they continue this way, theyll be out of business in no time.

Avoid this Firestone at all costs unless you enjoy rude, nonattentive staff. When I went, I was ignored by all the staff for a good five minutes. One of the staff was just working on his bicycle. When I asked him for help, he just shrugged his shoulders and went back to fixing his bicycle. There was one other guy there that seemed to be doing work, but it wasnt anything urgent--not by how slowly he was walking from one side of the garage to the other. The service was the worst I have ever experienced at any Firestone and I will never go back!

I asked them to find out the problem with my breaks i was told it would cost me $50 to do so not did they not find the problem they still charged me the $50 and was very unprofessional the guy had no idea what he was talking they play me out my money I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

Worst customer service experience in a long time... Ignored me and had me waiting for hours charged 100 and not a clear diagnosis of the problem

Paid $130 today for them to scratch up my brand new (just came out of the box) wheels. They tried to pound on weights to the outside of alloy wheels. If you have ever gone to any sort of tire training, the first thing you learn is to never do this. A - they dont stay on, B - they scratch the alloy wheel. Just tried to have them mount and balance wheels for me, and left feeling like I got tricked. They quoted me 20/wheel to mount and balance, but then once I complained about the scratches and asked why they didnt use the correct tape weights, they charged me an extra 10/wheel to do it right. They didnt call me to ask which I wanted, I guess they make you pay when you assume.

Tried to get an oil change with a coupon that expires in over a month. They said they wouldnt accept it. Glad I asked before they did the oil change.

Overcharge you for the simplest thing. Went in for an oil change and for them to put Freon in my car..got. charged over 100.

Worst Auto Care Ever!!! Straight forward about the problem but instead, they fix the minor problems and wanted lots of money; and then they will fix the big problem and required more money... Most Disrespectful Staffs!!!
