The chocolate is great but everytime Ive gone in the service was slow or confused. They are very willing to share information about the product. Not bad nor good on the service excellent on the chocolate.

The shop is so cute and homey. I always go for the caramel apples and they are my absolute favorite. They have many other good treats too and the staff is always friendly.

I don’t even know how to express how delectable and impressive this chocolate is. If you ever wanted to impress someone with the best chocolate they have ever eaten, this would be my recommendation. Just beware! Once you try this chocolate you will be spoiled for life and literally nothing else will compare.... but I think it’s worth it. So worth it. Try this chocolate. You won’t be disappointed. Ever.

My wife and I signed up for two different virtual pairing classes and picked our chocolate up today (we have done the classes in the past and were very impressed with the chocolates and drinks). Both staff members who assisted us were unwelcoming, rude, unhelpful, and condescending. We are doing our best to support local businesses when possible, but receiving this type of treatment does not motivate us to give Indulgence more of our business. Considering the line of work, emphasizing friendliness and kindness amongst the staff would probably lead to better customer retention. Giving three stars because of past good experiences.

We were there for a Chocolate and Bourbon pairing, and while both were amazing, that chocolate!!! Julie has a created a dream job making some of the best sweets Ive ever tasted, and that love for her craft completely comes through in each truffle. Im happy Milwaukee can support a business like this, and I think were going to have a box of her chocolates in the house from now on!

I scheduled by email a 5 Wine & Chocolate Flight Tasting for a surprise birthday event with 28 attendees . Julie responded promptly and answered all my questions. 18% gratuity is automatically added with groups of 6 or more. No down payment was needed for the reservation and everyone was able to pay up individually on the day of the event. She even informed me of the non-alcoholic option for a pregnant friend in our party to do a chocolate and cheese tasting.On the day of, everything was prepared for us 30 minutes in advance. The ambiance was classy and the plating was delicious to the eyes, as well as to the other senses. Our crowd is definitely a rambunctious group. I feel bad that we were quite loud, but the two hostesses were graciously patient, giving us tidbits about each portion and allowing us plenty of time to socialize, nibble, and drink. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone for a date night, party/event, girls night, or for a low key experience of trying something new.Please note: WALK-INS ARE ENCOURAGED. I made a reservation because I knew we would be taking up the entire shop. They can comfortably fit about 25 people, but could probably fit 30 if you dont mind the squeeze. They have two other locations that may be able to accommodate more.

The tasting menu is wonderful, the chocolates are paired perfectly with wine. And if you dont drink alcohol dont worry the chocolate and cheese pairing is just as good.

My friend girl and I really enjoyed ourselves! We just happened to stumbled upon this place after grabbing brunch at Toast and ZACH showed us a great time!!! This was our first time participating in a chocolate and wine paring and it will t be our last! Zach was very knowledgeable and patient as we had a lot of questions and he answered them all! Looking forward to coming here for future girl day outs!!! Great quality chocolate and wine selection!!! I highly recommend going on Saturdays or days when Zach is there as you will have a great time!!!

Visited with some friends last night. The truffles were exquisite and the staff were very hospitable. Avery was a delight! We will definitely be back.

I have been to several of their pairing classes and I will continue to recommend them. The atmosphere is very open yet inviting. Generally, the people attending the pairings are very friendly and open for conversation. Anna, who has been the curator for the classes, has always be very inclusive. She will go out of her way to make sure everyone feels comfortable and understands the who, what and why of what we are doing. She makes the classes most enjoyable and that is really the biggest reason both myself and my group have continued to return to eat these tasteful treats.

This place is great for a romantic date. They will perfectly pair their chocolate truffles with a delicious glass of wine. You can stay at the shop and enjoy, or you can buy a box of truffles, and a bottle of wine to bring home for a romantic evening. Additionally they sell chocolate bars all of Milwaukee, but you can only find the unique bars of chocolate at the store. My only grievance is that their hours of operation are limited and I always find that theyre closed when Im in the area. But dont let that discourage you from enjoying this unique gem.

We did the wine and chocolate pairing here as a work outing and it was perfect. I have to admit I liked the wine choices better than most of the chocolate. There isn’t a ton of seating, so I would definitely call ahead if you’re bringing a larger group. They have a great selection of little, fun gifts to grab- beer, hot chocolate, etc. I would love to come back and try the chocolate and whiskey pairing!

They have the best chocolate. You can get bars in several wonderful flavors; my favorite is Mayan chocolate. They also have truffles and cocoa. They do chocolate and wine pairings as well as chocolate and bourbon pairings. They have 3 locations but only do the pairings at the 2nd street location.

Very disappointed in the service. I brought a friend from out of town to a tasting here and having gone to a few before, I expected a good experience. Well in the middle of the tasting, my friend had a question; she asked and was rudely snapped at. The girl with the nose piercing and colored hair made numerous rude, snippy comments to her before continuing. It was very uncalled for and honestly turned us both off and we left shortly after. I really enjoyed these but after that experience will not bring my friends there again, embarrassing...Also, before the tasting started, I had been standing at the front waiting to purchase some chocolate because I know there can be a line after. I waited for a good few minutes while one of the employees just stood there. She told me that they were about to start and to sit down. It would have taken maybe a minute to get my small order, especially since I had been waiting for awhile while getting ignored.

A very neat place. I was only familiar with the candy bars but the store is great! We will for sure be coming back for a chocolate flight with wine.

MOLD in there candies...Never in my lifetime have i ever purchased chocolate and had a issue with mold. I purchased Hershey chocolate fromna dollar tree and had it forever with no issues. For the price they charge people for a box of 6 you think they would take extra steps in there baking process.To reply to your answer..You said 4 week shelf life ok.. We purchased it and not have these chocolates for 4 weeks just DAYS !! So it is clear you are selling old chocolate..Let me give you advice write the date you made them as you present them in your show case.. As well as write the date on bottom of box... You been busted no not want to do business with you again you simply passed over old candies to save on your overhead

This is one of my favorite places to take friends and family when we are in town. My favorite treat is the dark chocolate sea salt candy bars - but their truffles are divine as well. They also have wine/cheese and chocolate pairings as well. You can even arrange for a tasting party with them. A+ for service and quality.

Im a huge fan of chocolate, so its hard not to like this place. Truffles are $2 each, a bit pricey but not when considering the quality. I bought a bunch of truffles as gifts, and I must say that I was disappointed in the PB truffle (thought that would be a safe favorite) and the passion fruit (that was a gamble). But everything else was delish. Great service.

If I could give a lower review I would. We were in the Milwaukee location for 25 minutes and the associate only spoke to me twice. There is a difference between busy and just being rude. This was so disappointing because if there are two thing I love, its chocolate and wine.
