I am very disappointed in my service today! I purchased a HAPPY BIRTHDAY order for my wife and it arrived today but when I received it it was not in the HAPPY BIRTHDAY box! I called downtown where I made my purchase and the lady was so rude! I feel like I was treated like # not a person! She did not apologize or even tried to fix the problem. This place needs to be rectified expeditiously! I hope someone reaches out to me soon or I am going to corporate!!

What a horrible experience. We have been ordering from them for the past 5 years and the quality now is nothing like it used to be. Got unripe strawberries, the bananas on the other hand were overripe. But the biggest disappointment were the “caramel apple” slices. I couldn’t even taste the caramel on them and they looked nothing like the picture. I’m sorry, but how in this sloppy decorated apple (see photo) is what’s advertised as “fall theme” with pretty orange decor? Fruit quality and presentation was not up to standard, paying almost $100 for a gift is not worth it, spend your money elsewhere. We won’t buy from them again

Went in to try a chocolate dipped strawberry and it seems they only sell them in a package of four. Was offered a free sample instead. Amazing strawberry, ripe and huge. Would definitely return and recommend.

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE service if I can give negative 1 million stars I would. Ordered early in the morning for my girlfriends birthday. Called to see if the order would be delivered before she gets off work. Woman was rude when I said her bday was that day and I needed it there before 3pm. And got an attitude when I wanted my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ESPECIALLY IF ITS A DELIVERY. I KNOW I WONT DO IT EVER!

We truly love this place. We just moved to the area & I recently discovered they sold smoothies & to-go items. (genius to whoever started this) I stop in 1-2 times a week now before work. The pineapple kale is best fresh fruit smoothies Ive ever had! (and i hate kale! lol) All the others are great, too.The staff is super friendly. The place is always clean. And last but not least, the chocolate is AMAZING. Im a super picky chocolate snob. I think Ive always thought the idea of these arrangements were kind of crazy, but they are hand crafted and good quality fruit & chocolate. Every time Ive ever bitten into one I just want to buy an arrangement for everyone I know! LOL Definitely worth at least trying once! I promise its worth it!

Last week I went to buy my coworkers a treat and stopped in and ordered chocolate covered strawberries. As I was ordering employees came from the back with no mask on. I told the cashier I need the employees making my order to mask up. While waiting, I walked from a distance and looked through the back room door and everyone I could see were Not wearing masks......so so bummed. I asked for my money back. Be careful if you order from there.

Have gone here a handful of times and have yet to be disappointed. Special shout out to Lisa for making my problem her problem and getting the order out when I needed it!

I was able to send a gift for my family members birthday that lives in another state. She was really happy since this year we are unable to have any kind of social gathering. I purchased only the day before and was still able to have them delivered less than 24 hours later. Price was a little more than I would’ve liked to pay for what I sent but the service is worth it. Also she said that the product delivered was fresh and delicious. Overall it was a good experience.

Went to try to get some valentines stuff 8am sunday morning, which online said they would be open and I drove from the other side of town. Theres a truck hazard lights on in front, I go to the doors when i arrive which are open i walk in there are two males one sitting to the far right and one standing by the register like hes waiting to be served. The lady tells me they are closed when i say hello, i state it says your open online she again says no we are closed till 9am i said ok what do you suggest i do she responds with a little laugh before she says well i suggest you go outside and wait in your car until 9am i replied ill go to brookfield thank you. Should be zero stars...

Very Bad customer service please do not waste your time going to this location. Location was not clean also.

I put an order in for chocolate covered strawberries a week ago to be delivered on Valentines Day, and today my wife didn’t get her order until 7:15pm and I got no balloons or teddy bear with my order, that I had paid for and expected to receive. Completely unacceptable delivery order and drop off time. I will never order here again.

This is the best Edible Arrangements I have ever experienced. I live on the east coast and have had multiple problems with the ones that I use over here for business. Luckily this store in Milwaukee is the one that I use for family and friends. They are very nice, helpful, and fast. They even gave me a free pop on one of the arrangements. I really appreciate your excellent customer service.

I called to place an order for pick up and the women on the phone was very helpful, she made choosing an arrangement so simple considering when going on the website there are so many arrangements to choose from. When I arrived at the store to pick up my arrangement I was surprised to see that they also offer smoothies, parfaits, and fruit salads, the young woman behind the counter offered me a courtesy smoothie while I waited for my arrangement to be wrapped since I had arrived earlier than the time I was suppose to. I would definitely order from this location again and be making frequent stops for smoothies because it was delicious.

Submitted my delivery for v day 6 days before the delivery date and they still failed to get there before the time I wanted to arrive for my significant other. I even tried chatting with someone before 11:59am to let them know the business closes at 4, and I never got a reply. Won’t even give me my money back even though my significant other is already at home with me. What’s the point?

My husband ordered chocolate covered strawberries for me for Valentines. I got home from work and he asked if I had gotten anything delivered. He wasnt very happy when I told him no. Turns out the truck with my delivery in it was towed. They never called him to tell him what happened. I didnt get the order until Wednesday 2/19/14 after my husband called to find out where it was. Then when I bring it home he tells me thats not what he ordered. It was supposed to have a teddy bear too. I emailed the company about it and they called him back stating that he was wrong that wasnt what he ordered. He said they were nothing but rude. After all this they said he could get the teddy bear if he came down to the store and got it. We will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Great customer service.Called the location to see when my order was going to be delivered because I was worried that it was not going to get delivered on time. The woman who answered the phone called the delivery driver to ask him his location and asked him to hurry. She also called me back to keep me updated. My friend received her order shortly after. Unfortunately I had to end up cancelling my order due to unforeseen circumstances but the staff was very help in adjusting my order and will definitely order from them again in the future.

They didnt tell me that some of my items had to be returned until i got there.

DO NOT ORDER OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! Their drivers are rude and creepy! One of their drivers purposely bashed his door on my vehicle and also acted all creepy and was looking in the back of my van! Was he scoping it out to break in? I dont know. All I know is that the driver from this location acted very inappropriately and when I contacted corporate, I received no response because they obviously do not care! Spread the word - DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE MINIMUM WAGE LOSERS!

The hours of operation should be changed on the website. I arrived at 8:25 since it states it opens at 8am only to arrive and find a hand written piece of paper saying they open at 9am. Highly disappointed.

I ordered an arrangement for delievery on Valentines day four days before. It was supposed to be delievered to my husband at his job (which is right up the street from them) and it was never delivered. I recieved an order receipt that allowed me to track the order online. All day it said that my order was being arranged. At around 2:00 I became worried that it might not make it to him in time so I called. I was on hold for 20 minutes and was never able to talk to anyone. I also tried the 800 customer service line and e-mailing and those were even worse. Finally, when I got out of work I head over there and asked where my order was. Everyone I dealt with just acted like it was the most normal thing in the world that it hadnt been delivered and that it was no big deal. I have never seen such awful customer service in my life.I know it was Valentines Day and that they were busy but if Im spending $55 on a box of strawberries then I expect it to get there (right up the freakin street!) on time. Or I would AT LEAST expect someone to answer the phone. I will never order from them again.
