You can never get through on their phone to check if something’s in stock. I’m on the bus line and can’t just take the bus. And, if they don’t have what I’m looking for.. I just wasted bus fare! Very unprofessional and I most Certainly just called the corporate office and waiting to hear back right now.
They are not friendly. the black guy had attitude that I told him I had place order online to pick up controller in store. he kept telling me it will be delivered to home. I stated that my order side pick up at store. he had attitude like I was bother him. I ask him how do I go about getting a refund. he was just rude and said call customer service

The people that say this game stop has bad service or whatever there lying i go to this GameStop, every time i went they was treating there customers with respect and they try there best to help you out on deals or discounts or anything like that overall this is the best GameStop by far
I really need an area manager or someone from management to contact me. It has now been literal months since ive reserved items at this location. They have now been temporarily closed for almost 2 months now with no communication about how ill get my pre-orders or how ill get my money back. I called Gamestop customer service and they told me to just continue waiting. What is going on?????
So I just walked out of this store 10 minutes ago not happy. My kids needed an old xbox 360 game that they had available at this location I go to the store stand in line for almost 20 minutes to purchase the game only to be told they dont accept cash...... Sence when???? You can touch the items I have in my hand but you wont take cash??? I understand that we are in a pandemic right now but some people do not have credit and only use cash. I will make sure I spen my money else where sence you dont want it....
Ive been gaming for almost 20 years and watch the rise and fall of many different game reseller stores witness countless ripoffs constant bad customer service from Every Game Stop Ive ever been to specifically this one never answers the phone which automatically makes you come in and then when youre presenting the items you want to sell your literally offered about 1/3 of what the website quotes extremely rude employees had an entire conversation before I was helped at the counter then was told that my Xbox One S controller is only worth $3 not not a single wear and tear on the controller but he immediately looks at the thumb sticks and tell me that theyre worn out which they werent considering it was a brand new controller from about a month ago with less then 20 hours of use.. would not recommend dealing with this company ever again
Horrible absolutely horrible. One they never answer the phone which makes you come in. Then when you get there your always hit with bad news. I brought a couple items in to sell and had seen the price I would get on their site. However when I get there Im offered not even a third of the price on the site! Scam artists your better of going somewhere else for anything! Complete waste of time!

When trying to call this location they never answer their phone. It takes several phone calls to reach anyone. Their have also been many many times when i was in the store and they would just let the phone ring and ring. They were working with a customer, however, the person calling was also a customer! At least answer and put the person on hold! Other than that the place is ok!
They always help me with what I need and they always hook me up with the best deals they are awesome!!!..!!
