Excellent staff in bad store environment

Worst experience of my life person in pharmacy so rude and rediculous normally go to the Franklin store never a problem fitst and last time I will bring a prescription here couldnt find name in computer although we exclusively get our meds at Walmart something middle initial did not march although birthday phone number were same as script had to key all info in even though she had card says does he have part D had to explain the card.Unacceptable especially on a Saturday and my sick husband had to be home alone for an hour and a half

Staff is not that willing to help and always looks bothered by or uninterested in helping when asked
