Big Lots is an experience. Discount prices, reward points, and a random selection of goods make it always a journey. I appreciate the staff at this location - had an issue with some furniture that I bought and Karen was helpful, honest, and up front with me the entire time. Overall, I go back often enough when I am in the neighborhood.

Lots of clearance picked over. CHRISTMAS ALREADY BEING HUNG UP. more cashiers so grateful for that. A lot more furniture on the floor.

Smaller store.. but they always have something there for me.. love going for holiday things always cheaper then the big stores

This store has some good buys, but I have also noticed that their overall prices have increased from shopping over the years. It is the first place I go to when looking for a good bargain.

This Big Lots has lived up to its name. Good price on furniture you name it they got it. It was definitely worth the drive. I found some good sales.

Well we went in for a specific item and came out the store with bags, and bags and bags. Let alone a gaming system as well.

Not bad at all. I come pretty often and am always taken care of. Once in a while something might be in the right spot, but overall I recommend it. If nothing else I come for the smile Ill leave with.

Decent sized Big Lots. Like any Big Lots, the selection and deals can vary regularly so you have to shop regularly and do your research. Overall there are some good deals to be had. Id just avoid any frozen food items or off brand items that you need quality out of

Chock-full of stuff like you wouldnt believe. Ive personally bought multiple rugs here. They have a really good selection of homegoods, cabinets, and art also.

For general stuff, such as food or paper toweling or garbage bags, they are better priced than Family Dollar/Wal Mart. Their generic brands are good too. But for furniture and clothes .. No. Unless you arent picky?

Kind of a unique store

Holy Smoke....I get claustrophobic when Im in there. Ive not seen so much Christmas stuff without being in a specific Christmas store. Some of the prices seem great, others not so much.

I locked my car key in my car after it fell off my key chain. An employee offered to take me home for my spare. Unfortunately I live in Racine, so that is too far, but the offer was greatly appreciated. Especially during these rough days!

Big Lots used to be pretty great, it was inexpensive but pretty good stuff. Now it is Literally the exact same price as the stores.And the staff here were incredibly incompetent and extremely rude. I brought up some candy from the Easter isle, that was 25% off, didnt ring up and the cashier acted like I was trying to rip off the Mona Lisa.I loved Big Lots, was super happy to see there was one here, now Im bummed to see how hard its fallen.

I usually go to this big lots and Im usually satisfied but I guess this was one of their off days because I was being ignored with my questions. I had looked up the item I wanted to purchase before I got there and it said there was 2 in inventory only to be told when I got there that there was none and theyd been out for a month. I asked if they could be in the back and was told no without trying to look. Either the site was incorrect or he just didnt want to look. Ill be back because I like the store

Love this place - not as much as the Hwy 100 location.. But Ill keep it ! Never know what you may find here, but they have alot of regular basics I go for and they have great prices !!! Got some pretty new bedding and curtains recently - thanks guys !!!

Worst experience Ive possibly ever had shopping !! The staff seemed clueless, the guy who was ringing us up somehow scanned an item we didnt want that was over $200 and forgot to ring up 2 large items we did want. So when I went back with a truck to pick my things up it was a total mess. Everything had to be returned in the computer and then rerung. It took an hour and a half to simply pick my purchase up. And the managers attitude was terrible, definitely not a person who is in customer service.

Very disorganized, credit card macine does not like debit cards, been there 3 xs in the last 2 weeks macine wont process debit cards.They dont seem to be in a hurry to fix.

Not the best store to go to for your complete needs but if youre in a hurry and happen to be in the area it will work in a pinch. I must admit their snack selection is limited but quality. I got a can of mixed nuts with already shelled pistachios- I dont want to oversell it but it changed me. Price is good on some stuff but a little pricey on others. Store layout seems cramped.

This has been a fun place to shop for decades now. They dont carry as much odd lot stuff as they used to, and I dont like that, but you can still find some good deals here and there. If you want quality odd overstocks on linens you have to go to TJ Maxx or a store like that, Big Lots doesnt carry the good stuff anymore. I know how good it used to be, I worked at Big Lots in the 90s. Back then they would have a variety of really plush name designer brand towels and linens in stock. Youll still see foods an other things here you wont find anywhere else in the area, so its worth it to stroll through from time to time.

Extended holiday hours and well stocked shelves made my Santa shopping super easy and affordable.
