Im giving one star for the person at the counter with the bubbly personality. Unfortunately thats all I can offer because I discovered a HAIR, INTERTWINED with my ice cream scoops. It was thin and blonde so definitely not mine. I immediately felt sick and had to toss the rest. If there was a hair in this ice cream tub, what does that say for the others? 🤢😞

My boyfriend got a scoop of Salted Caramel in a waffle cone and I got a scoop of Dirt Cake in a dish. O.M.G. Both were amazing but the Dirt Cake was my favorite. It was not an artificial tasting chocolate. It was like semisweet Dutch cocoa with satisfying chocolate cookie bits in it. This is real ice cream with high quality ingredients - you can taste it in the first bite! The servings were generous so I didnt mind paying $4.50 for a scoop. I cant wait to go back for more.

You live in Wisconsin and have just endured 17 straight months of winter, shuttered inside. But alas, the frozen hell scape is finally thawing. Birds chirp, flowers wink at you, and grass starts to peek out after a 3 year hibernation. Your skin, the shade of Elmers glue, is at long last kissed by the sun and the warm breeze assures that you havent, in fact, been in a 5 year fever dream that is ironically referred to as winter. Its 75°, the first day of such in 9 years, and you smile. Blue sky and not one cloud even giving a second thought to raining on your parade.That first warm day feeling has NOTHING on this salted caramel ice cream. For real, its amazing.

Really great ice cream. Have tried the mint, salted caramel waffle and coffee. All were really good but the salted caramel waffle was especially stand out, it just tasted so buttery and creamy. As someone who loves and knows good ice cream, i can highly recommend this place. I thought the prices were very reasonable too! Drop a like on this review if it helped you!

Delicious ice cream serves up fresh. I would return again. I had a scoop of Chocolate Brownie and another of Cotton Candy. It is a small shop but makes up for it with big flavors :)

Nice place, but their vegan offerings are disappointing. They have a slight gritty texture that’s unpleasant. I’m sure the standard offerings are great, but wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who’s dairy-free.

The salted caramel waffle cone is a dream. So very delicious

I went here for the vegan ice cream because I am very allergic to dairy & gluten, & when I went in the worker told me that she didn’t want to scoop it because it was too hard. Thank god I drove all the way here for my friends to enjoy their ice cream & I sat & watched.

Personally my favorite is the Cold Brew & Toffee as a coffee fan, just the right balance between bitter and sweet! Major plus, pints you can take home and enjoy later!

Great little shop. We went solely for the vegan ice cream. Was disappointed to find only one scoopable flavor, but they did have 3 vegan flavors in pints to take home. It was cherry for scoops today and it was DELICIOUS! The girl that served us was very sweet and helpful. They had about 5 cow dairy options for scooping too.Only gave 4 instead of 5 stars due to small options, but a great fit inside the collective with several restaurant options alongside in a gathered common environment.Following nicely with restrictions for covid. A few tables available inside, and a couple awesome tables outside with fire centers in them. Great environment and relaxed feel to the place overall.

The caramel and brownie ice cream is THE BEST! Went to the FARWELL and North food pavilion for Heavens Table BarBQ. Saw Scratch ice cream while waiting. Dont usually like real ice cream. Often it leaves an oily film in your mouth. (ieCulvers) THIS, ice cream is smooth and SOOOO flavorful. Caramel is part of the base flavor and the brownie chunks are chewy and fresh...Excellent! PS I dont write many reviews.. sooooo believe this one. A neighborhood business to patronize.

Hands down the best ice cream I have ever had. Usually when you buy ice cream it is hard from being frozen so long but this ice cream is soft and creamy.

If I could give more stars I would. But google tops out at 5. Get your act together google. This establishment is at minimum like 8 stars.

Amazing ice cream, homemade stuff, not ordered from elsewhere.

First things first, I do not like how the Crossroads collective is handling COVID. There was a lot of people in the building when I got there.However I had my eyes on ice cream, and kept far away from people. I hope i didnt get sick with my carry out.HOWEVERScratch itself is in this really nice corner of the building, good to get away.Dude behind the counter was super kind, and helpful. I got two flavors in the cone I got, and he gave my fiance a sticker. She got peppermint and loved it.The Cherry I got was fantastic, really strong flavor and it was like an upped version of the ben and jerrys flavor.The Dirt Cake though, oh my god. Get this one, get four scoops in a cone, and balance it on your way home, get zero regrets and devour it. It is so good, its real chocolate flavor with hits of crumbles of oreo it is GOOD.Really recommend it, really do.

So happy we chose Scratch Ice Cream to cater our wedding. The ice cream bike was so unique to have and all our guests raved about the delicious ice cream. Highly recommend!

Scratch has such a wide variety of ice cream that tailors to all pallets, diets and overall interests. I STRONGLY recommend the Cold Brew w/ Toffee or the VEGAN peanut better. Go get ya some before they’re all out!
