Huge selection of new & used vinyl and cds. Good atmosphere. Its big enough to keep your space from anyone else that may be shopping, everyone wears a mask, and they offer gloves at the front desk. Every record store in Milwaukee is great for its own reasons and you should shop them all --Exclusive is great because it has such a big selection, and this is very introverted of me, but I like shopping here when I want to be alone in my thoughts as theres no shop talk with staff like at the smaller record stores around. They are very friendly & knowledgeable and they will order you anything available thats not in stock.

Do not order anything and have it shipped. They can’t even provide a tracking number or an estimated delivery date. When asked for either all I got was a “uhhhh” “we don’t do that”. Never ordering from here again.

Recently started to collect my favorite music on vinyl and this is the best vinyl shop Ive been to in Wisconsin. They have a wide selection; Ive been able to find albums from artists that I wouldnt consider the most well known. Although I have only bought their vinyls, they also have movies, television shows, CDs, and various multimedia equipment. If you are located on the lower Eastside by Brady St, these guys are worth checking out.

Great selection of new records and reasonably priced. Used selection is a little sparse and overly curated, which is probably to be expected. Managed to find a sealed and colored copy of a new record Ive been looking for, which was a lovely surprise. Highly recommend for new releases

They have good prices and a large hip hop/rap selection but it could be bigger. Found some albums that I didn’t even know I wanted. Very satisfied

Great place to shop for new records. Prices are comparable to online retailers and when they have sales, it can be less expensive even. Their actual equipment selection leaves something to be desired though. Their top of the line turn table product offerings are still barely a step above entry level.

Great music shop with excellent variety of vinyl. The classical selection is limited to say the least, but the other genres are well represented both on vinyl and cd. There was also a selection of DVDs but I want looking for anything so unsure of the selection. Staff was friendly and helpful

I’ve shopped in these stores since 1989? And is just me, or do they seem more like museums than music stores. They are like representations of what music shops were without the stock or friendly customer service. It’s just perplexing to me: you never see anyone shopping in any of these stores, but yet they continually stay in business lol. I love waking in and out without ever being addressed . I’m not sure if these other reviews are fake, cause this place is a complete joke. I’ve ordered online every time I’ve stooped in. It’s weird, they don’t ever have a Devo section. It’s a lot like that. You’ll look for a hugely popular band and it’s not even there. Like I said. It’s like some museum. And the vinyl selection is a joke. If you’re looking for a title let’s say under M, there may be ten albums. How can you possibly say they’ve a good selection? All my friends have boycotted it and order online. I could see if you’ve been given some attention in the store after spending tens of thousands of dollars. That was online shopping is the only way. It’s much cheaper and you know you’ll get what you want. Should have closed 10 years ago.

Stopped by for the first time after reading all the reviews. I wanted to see what all the buzz was about. I collect vinyl and always looking for a new shop. I would say 90% of the vinyl they have is brand-new and wrapped up. About 10% is preowned. I found prices to be on the higher scale from other record shops in the area. If you’re looking for a particular album they most likely will have it although you will pay top dollar. Certainly not a disappointment stopping in. Just wish their inventory of preowned was larger and less expensive.

Blase corporate chain, lacking in character. Mostly new vinyl and reissues which are expensive. New CDs are overpriced. Reminds me of Reckless Records in Chicago, but without the uniqueness of the Loop location. There are better options of record store in Milwaukee

I had a great experience when I bought Chaka Kahns Cd some years back! I got there just before closing time! They had the CD on the counter waiting for me!

The place is great. They have every kind of music you could. I picked up some used CDs. Two of them are by Bob Dylan and one with Eric Clapton. The cost was $4.99, $6.99 and $4.99 respectively. They will play any of the used CDs to make sure theyre okay. Very good prices on all the CDs in this store.

Having never been to a record store before this was a cool experience. Id recommend it to anyone interested in vinyl, CDs, DVDs, or incense. I also picked up a sweet copy of Fitz & The Tantrums Handclap.
