Right now Ill give them a five. Vehicle I would like to buy has an issues. If they can get it fixed it will likely be my next truck. No pressure, real matter of fact. Will has right on top of all the details from the start. Hoping to leave with a new to me Truck this week.Did not work out and the truck was pulled from the because of mechanical issues. Refunded deposit and the search continued.

Here at Bridge city they are so kind and happy spirited. When we first got here a sales person greeted us his name was Felipe and he just greeted us with kindness, after meeting we got right to the point. He presented the vehicle my husband and I were wanting to look at right up front, we looked at the vehicle right away then Felipe let my husband and I go for a test drive which was a great one. Once we got back to the dealership we had to do a little gambling with the pricing we could afford, and Felipe helped us as much as he could to get the price down as low as he could along with some of the fees and services. My hub and I literally had a baby 51 days ago and were looking for the right vehicle that suited us and we were presented with one for sure and really great customer service.

These people are all class. I had a wonderful experience, and a wonderful new car. They took great care of me. I would buy from them again.

We called on a truck we saw online, Will was great and offered us to come look at it. When we showed up Will was leaving for another task but passed us on to Ben. Ben helped us look over the truck but we should have stuck with our gut, if he tells us hes not commissioned one more time were walking. 😉 great rig but needed fixed. They promised to fix the issue but we had to sign paper in order for the rig to get to the shop, our mechanic looked over the rig on the lot. Skeptic, but we did it as we liked the rig and were promised itd be repaired . We were promised that wed get an update the next day when the shop looked it over. We called the end of the next business day and no one had any answers, understandable for it bring the next day. The communication only got worse. Wed call and get pushed off for days and no one could tell us the progress or the salesman had personal issues and no one else can work his sales.? This went on for three weeks 😳 . The rig was not fixed and they told us nothing was wrong with it. Needless to say the GM and salesman had little to no communication and when we did they were unprofessional.Well go with our instincts next time and walk.

We called to inquire on a vehicle and we were incredibly lucky Warren answered the call! He got us started on the purchasing process while on the phone just in case the vehicle we were on our way to see was the perfect one, saving us time and effort (those are things you can rarely claim while at a car dealership!) When we first began the process of this transaction, it was super smooth and the salesman (Warren) seemed very professional and courteous. We even got a better rate than we initially thought. Not allbad with this place. One of my issues is that I had to pay a $200 “Refundable” down payment that was not refunded, but applied to the purchase. I specifically advised Warren that I did NOT want to pay any down payment and he told me I would get it back once I showed up and completed the purchase. Didn’t happen. I’m out $200 cash that I wasn’t planning on being out of. The second issue I have is the vehicle I purchased had a modification that I think is pretty cool but was disabled by them. Warren told me they would enable it for me or tell me how to do it. Pretty cool right? The tech that did it wasn’t there at the time so I called the next day and Warren told me the tech would be in the following day and he would get the info I needed and forward it to me. Well, 3 days later and I haven’t heard anything and my message is not being returned. Not a big deal, I’ll figure it out. So this just means to me that the sale is all that matters here. After that this place could care less. Just glad losing that $200 didn’t put me in a bad place financially, especially now I know my calls would go unanswered. This is the first review I’ve ever written and this place is serious about their reviews so here is mine. Maybe this will change something for the next person so that they will have a better experience.

I had resigned myself to driving a 9 year old car with duck tape on it. I could not for a million years think anyone would finance me after chapter 13. I got the coolest car ever at a great rate considering my credit. They actually really try to help you with a great credit rating in the future. They will be my go to for cars in the future. OMG! We went to three other dealerships and even though they were courteous enough, they were no where near the experience we had with Warren at Bridge City Auto Sales! When we shop, we do not let on the knowledge that we have of what we are trying to buy. This approach tells us when someone is just trying to Sell Us. As opposed to someone like Warren that was telling us THE TRUTH! The prices of Bridge City Autos are priced to sell, meaning they are extremely competitive. Warren was honest in every aspect of the deal. We even had an agreement that was beyond the deal and in going back to the dealership, they honored what they had agreed to. We happen to buy a truck and even after we took posession of the truck, we were asked to return so they could go the extra mile and completely detail it! They Gave us not only a free loaner car, but filled our gas tank and he personally gave us $20 out of his own pocket in good will that we may purchase the truck. It was running late, they stayed after to make sure we were taken care of. So I ask you, who does that in this day and age?! I cant thank Warren and Bridge City Auto enough! From beginning to end it was an awesome experience. THANK YOU, Warren, John, Jeremy and the General Manager!

Truck Purchased in April 2020I would recommend having your vehicle checked by an actual mechanic before purchasing. I made the mistake of trusting they inspected the vehicle thoroughly, but there were glaringly obvious issues that I (young woman who knows nothing about the mechanics of vehicles) didn’t pick up on quick enough. The shocks on the truck were completely blown out, transmission fluid had never been changed in its 7 years of life, rust on the under carriage, and a few other parts/pieces that required replacement. Overall about $3,000+ worth of work after labor & parts. Yikes. At this point I could have purchased a newer truck for the same amount of money I have put into this truck.Bottom line, don’t trust the sales guys. Do your research, have the vehicle inspected and don’t let them pressure you into purchasing before you’ve taken the time to ensure everything is up to code.Don’t expect a thorough detail on the vehicle either. I specifically requested before signing that they would re-detail the truck (because this is another $400+ service in my area). Supposedly they did, but the inside still had a lot of obvious areas requiring thorough cleaning.I don’t think I will ever purchase another vehicle from this dealership again unless I can have it inspected first by a mechanic first, and unless they were willing to negotiate the price down to cover all of the necessary repairs.

No BS best experience I’ve ha buying a truck! Warren called me asked me a couple questions. I showed up the next day pre approved for financing. Drove a couple trucks and was out with the one I loved in three hours whole deal done boom. They have a ton of clean rides. I got a 2019 Ram diesel she’s badass.

I was at Stadiums bar getting lunch, by the way great lunch! I mentioned to my dad I was looking for a new car. A guy overheard my conversation with my dad and suggested I go to Bridge City Auto. The guy told me to only deal with the men down there because the woman manager was not very professional and he knew her personally so to take his word. I got to the car place and was approached by a very nice sales guy, but as we were talking a very rude older woman boasting that she was the manager interrupted our conversation. I was in shock how she kept over talking the salesman and was so condecending to him. I really felt bad for the sales guy. I Wont be going back, but did see a car I was interested in so I sent my husband later that day to look at it. Low and behold same thing happened to him. My husband was so shocked at how unprofessional she was. Very sad that she has a reputation like that, but with a good amount of education on customer service and how to be a great manager she should do fine. I wish the company luck.Thanks for the response Jessica, but Im sure it was you that treated my dad and I so unprofessional. Infact you threw out there a few times that you were the GM like that means anything to me its just a title. I understand at times it may get crazy, but you should never over talk your employess or make them feel less then they are. You are no better then anyone else around you. Im sure you mean well, but there are things called manners when someone is talking to another person. You seem very eager and maybe a few customer service or managment training would not hurt. Clackamas Community College offers some of these classes. I would want to know if I had a reputation for being unprofessional and I would want to improve myself. My experience with Bridge City was nothing superior. We received the exact service I would expect from a car sales experience which is why I am not giving this an overwhelming review. Additionally we purchased a second key to the car (it was a used vehicle and only had one available at the time of purchase) and we have yet to receive the key. I have called and emailed several times in the 4 months of owning this car and no response from management.

Plus we went to see same car she was buying and was on website, we were given the run around. They didnt know we were related, we just wanted to look at car..weird they couldnt find it or it was at mechanic..but its on the website and in inventory. Again, just save yourself time, go elsewhere!!

Had been having a pretty good experience. I mean I had gotten past used car dealers scrounging around trying to get every penny they can at any cost. But the actions recently can only be described as foul and lowly. Not only charging me more than agreed for a down payment. But charged my account without consent or notification. For over 1,700$ in the middle of a crisis. Thankfully I had the amount in my checking account to cover the charges. And that was a blessing of timing. And the most disturbing factor is that we had been in contact prior to the virus about the down payment. And I would have gladly paid the amount if I had been contacted. And I’ve sense called and left messages without being contacted back, I’ve been ignored for a week before posting this review.

When we arrived, we were greeted by Marcos, our salesman, who was pretty awesome. He let us walk around the lot, with no pressure, and browse what they had available. After we decided on our vehicles, we test drove them and then went to do the “dreaded” paperwork. While waiting on the paperwork, we met the GM, Jessica who is amazing. There were a couple of small cosmetic issues with my vehicle, and she was on top of it, taking care of them. Most dealerships that I’ve dealt with in the past would have never helped us with cosmetic defects, but Jessica made sure we were happy. Next we met with JESSE, the finance manager, and I have to say, Jesse is an extraordinary person. He made the finance process of buying 2 cars easy and it didn’t take nearly the amount of time I thought it would.All the staff at Bridge City Auto Sales are friendly, caring, and go above and beyond to help their customers out. Our daughter went and purchased a vehicle from them after she heard about our experience with them. I will definitely buy from them again!!!
