After spending a couple weeks searching for a Prius on Craigslist, I feel very lucky to have found Jim. He had the exact make and model I was looking for, and there was ZERO pressure to buy anything. This is the opposite of a big glitzy dealership or smarmy used car lot. Jim is just a friendly former firefighter who loves cars, and wants to help people find the right used vehicle for the right price. CUAB doesnt offer financing, but Jim works with several local credit unions. (Id been meaning to join a credit union, and with Jims encouragement, I signed up with OnPoint. They gave me a MUCH better rate than Wells Fargo).Jim was super helpful and very responsive throughout the entire purchasing process. He kept me updated via text and phone calls, and was kind enough to take the car to a local Toyota Dealership for a pre-buy assessment. Jim even offered to deliver the car in person. I opted to take the Max, and he picked me up at the station. I didnt have to visit the DMV, because he takes care of titling and registration.He also offered to help me with any future problems, and to help find parts at wholesale cost if needed.I seriously love my new Prius, and I feel like I have a new friend in Jim.

We bought a prius from Jim a few months ago. We were looking at the same car at other car lots but it couldnt have been an easier decision to buy our car from Jim. We got a car in better condition for a lot less with no pressure from any sales pitch. Then a few months later our gas mileage dropped a bit so I called him because he was so knowledgeable about our prius and he offered his garage to us to check some things withhim and he even helped me change the oil on his lifte.
