Genuinely the best car buying experience imaginable. Weston is very knowledgeable but not condescending, even to those of us with little knowledge regarding cars. The selection is very good, well maintained, and thoroughly vetted. I never felt pressured to buy but I did end up with a nice car that I am very happy with.

The worst place Ive ever tried to do business with. They degrade you and your trade in . The kid new everything and is very rude about it telling me everthing my car had on it had to repaired to stock so they had to take another 3000 of my car but the jeep I was looking at didnt have stock tires or stock luggage rack so he out and out lied to me

Very poor salesmanship, and blatant disregard for customers . I called about a car, got a hard pull against my credit (which lowered my score), got preapproved on a loan, and was on my way to buy the vehicle. After I spoke with him on the phone saying ok, were on the way, see you in 30 min to sign papers and take it home today they sold it to someone who walked in (and was in the office signing when I got there) and totally wasted our time. very inconsiderate if you ask me.*Added edit*We bought a more expensive, newer car.. and we did it mostly because of how we were treated by the salesman. I expect a level of conviction and a say what you mean attitude, which I think is reasonable. Maybe a disclaimer is in order🤷♂️

Weston was a pleasure, he gave me a really good deal for my old sports car on trade. Got a clean car that I know will last another 125k easy. And if it doesnt he is there to take care of me. If he gets an C7 Corvette someday Ill be back to purchase that from him for sure!
Weston at Cascadia Motors made the process of buying a new car as easy as could be! I was a total amateur, had very little idea what to ask and how to avoid a scam. Weston walked me through honestly and comprehensively, and made everything from car inspection to financing efficient and smooth.The car itself (2013 Prius Plug-In Hybrid) is in solid condition for its age, minor blemishes to interior but the thing runs like a dream and satisfied a third-party inspection under the hood. Im thoroughly impressed with the atmosphere and service and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone on the hunt for a new car!
Purchased an awesome G35 here last month. Buying process was super chill. They allow for solo inspection and test drive, no pressure tactics. And Weston has great taste in cars. I plan to keep this car forever, but if I ever need another car, Id come back here.

There was no pressure at all to buy (other than the very reasonable prices), we were able to test drive the vehicles ourselves, the location and cars were clean and obviously very well taken care of, and I left with a car feeling like I received a great deal. I have no complaints, I dont think the experience could have been better, would highly recommend.
I had a great experience buying a used car here. Weston is professional, patient and very helpful. There is no pressure to buy and you can test drive the vehicles on your own (which is so rare!) after you sign a waiver. The service department did a lot of work on my car before they put it on the market and I was provided with the documentation and of course a Carfax. Trusting Cascadia to take care of you could save you a lot of time and money. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back.
Best car buying experience I can remember.They left me alone to look at the car for as long as I wanted, when I was ready to talk they were ready to answer all my questions. They were more knowledgeable about the particular car I was interested in than 3 other dealers I went to. They know their stuff, and I felt comfortable there. The price was fair, I left feeling like I got a great deal on an awesome car. Ill recommend Cascadia Motors and go back.

We just purchased a car from Weston at Cascadia Motors. I really really hate car shopping due to the sleazy slick sales people, who are generally not honest. Cascadia was different - Weston made the experience easy, straightforward, honest. No hard selling, no pressure. He just had a good car and was waiting for someone to come along that recognized its value. He let us test drive twice, and then take it to our mechanic to check it out. It was a winner. We really appreciate that we were able to make the deal quickly and with no games about the sale price. It was a quick negotiation, and we walked away happy. I would definitely do business with them again.
Was looking for a car and happened to check out two at Cascadia. Both were reasonably priced. Weston was pretty easy-going and did not pressure at all. We didnt really do a whole lot of back and forth with the price since starting price was reasonable. I had a minor problem after the purchase, and he made it right. Would recommend to buyers looking for used cars.
I was super excited to come to this place and get a car. I drove all the way from bend and informed the guy I was heading over the mountain. Had my pre app done two days before. Once I got there the guy told me the had just sold the car I was coming for. Lost my service. That was really frustrating. 3 hour drive for nothing. Thanks!

I just wanted to say that the service is genuine and I would definitely recommend this place. Not only did they agree to drive the car I was looking at over to a place to have the PPI done for me, but they even sent me images per my request about the interior and overall car condition before I was able to make it in. Even though I ended up not purchasing a car, they were extremely relaxed about it, and I felt no pressure of obligations. Great service, and ABOVE AND BEYOND!!
My 2002 Subaru Outback (non-turbo EJ25 motor) was due for a timing belt service, and I decided to have the head gaskets also replaced. I saw Cascadia Motors ad for this specific service, and I decided to get a quote. I live in Albany, and there are plenty of shops who offer this service much closer to where I live. After getting quotes from multiple shops and discussing the specifics of the service, it was clear that Cascadia Motors offered the most value for the money. Weston and his associate in the service department (I cant remember his name for the life of me!) were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and even let me use the loaner car since it was available. I got my Subaru back in just a few days, and luckily nothing else needed immediate attention. There were no hidden fees or shoddy work - the car is running great. This company is top notch, and you better believe if any of my cars need another service beyond my abilities, I will be returning to Cascadia Motors.
Made appointment to look at a truck skipping work to do so, loved the truck they agreed to take my little truck as trade. I agreed to clean out my truck and come back in the morning at 11:30 with a title shook hands and left. Skipping work I show up on time right at 11:30 to find out they sold the truck. You shook my hand agreed the truck was sold and we had a deal. Regardless of the quality of what they sell they dont give a crap about people its all about the money. My 26000 fb friends in the area have been informed. They might have great cars but they are far from great people.This review was not a fair review of how their business runs. They probably should be a four or even five star dealer. The cars where all really clean high end vehicles I was there for the old shop truck they were selling. Me and Weston both made a mistake not communicating better with one another. It was an honest mistake and Weston has gone out of his way to help me in anyway he could after it happened even with the attitude I had. They do indeed care about people and I would indeed send my friends and family down to this dealer. My emotions had the better of me the morning this happened and again my original review really was unfair. Again Weston has gone out his way to make to help me out after this ordeal even with my rude attitude and unfair reviews this guy really does care about his customers.
So here is the story... I have worked in used car sales before in the Portland area, was a mechanic for years and would like to think Im a smart individual. Even so.. the process of looking for a vehicle and buying one is still stressful! But when I met Weston all of that stress and anxiety seemed minimal. The Mercedes I bought from him is amazing. He even allowed me to have a different shop evaluate the vehicle. The shop gave the vehicle a great rating, the financing part went well and I love the Mercedes.Two thumbs up for awesomeness and knowledge!
I purchased a used Subaru Outback from Weston recently. Weston was very nice and easy to deal with and he stands behind his product. I had a little hiccup with the sunroof on this car and just asked what I needed to to to get it repaired... Well they ended up swapping part of the sunroof assembly and spent many hours getting it to work perfectly. This was at no additional cost, plus they let me use a loaner car while they had my new car. I have owned way too many cars in my life and normally buy private party because my dealership experiences have not been good in the past... Weston did a great job and this is the first time I have ever been happy with a car dealer experience. I highly recommend giving Cascadia Motors a chance when you need a good used car.
As a Washington business owner I understand what a pain it can be to deal with our sales tax. Its an even bigger problem for Oregon companies. Weston went to great lengths to clarify what he has to do when a Washington resident buys a vehicle from him and its kind of complicated. Its Washingtons fault not Cascadia motors. Anyway Weston totally took care of it and I have to say the Mercedes CLS550 we bought from him has been a phenomenal car. He was honest and straightforward from day one and we love this car. I will buy future vehicles from him and encourage others to do the same.

Its pretty damn rare that you meet an honest used car salesman, but Cascadia Motors nails it. From the owner to the service dept, I had an excellent, honest, no pressure, no BS experience. I was looking for a car for my daughter. I ended up with 2001 Suby Outback. They said they did the head gasket, the water pump, the timing belt and thorough sorting of all the little stuff and lo and behold...they did!! I took it the to Subaru service dept in OC just to be sure (its for my daughter so it has to be right and safe) and the service guys said whoever prepped the car for sale did a great job. She loves the car. I got it a totally fair price and I feel good about bringing it for service there. If youre looking for a solid, trustworthy used car from people who shoot straight, this is the place!

I bought a 2007 Subaru Outback from Cascadia Motors almost a year ago. This is how car buying should be. Westin said go look for somthing you like and let me know. NO PRESSURE! Test drove the Subaru and it overheats on my way back to the dealer. Westin says if you want the car we will fix it for you. Even you dont well get it fixed. His auto repair shop is first class. They put a new head gasket on it. Changed the thermostat It seemed to work for a few days, then it overheats again.Now Im starting to get worried that I bought a lemon. Ryan and his team go thru the whole motor and find that the radiator that had been rebuilt did not have all the sand removed from it and it was clogging the fins. They put a new radiator in and the car is a gem. I forgot to tell you while my car was in thier shop they let me use a loaner free of charge. I would buy from Westin again and believe I would get the same to notch service I had before.
Enjoying my new Prius C I purchased here, small show room with a better selection of nicer used vehicles, Weston is a good salesman!

Total disaster!! New resident from California living in Camas, WA. Decided to take my Acura to them because they answered YES when I asked whether they were capable of performing both services (Transmission Flush & Spark Plug replacement) my car was due for and they had inventory of all the parts (OEM by Acura).Very next day after they serviced my vehicle, my car wouldnt start so I thought maybe my battery needed a jump, but turned out that wasnt the case as I was stalling at every parking lot I turned my car off in and had to turn my key in over and over for several minutes at a time just to make it start. I called these guys several times to report the issue and there was no answer because it was after business hours. I called the next day and they said theyd take a look at it to see what was wrong because there was no such problem prior to the service.They checked into it and stated the starter needed to be replaced which they made no contact with during the service. I questioned how the timing of this issue being so ironic as the very day after I brought back the vehicle and there only answer to that was bad timing. They even insisted that if its not the starter please have the dealer call us to tell them they are wrong.Now, I wasnt questioning whether it was or wasnt the starter but simply the timing of the issue to so coincidentally rise the VERY day after.Has to make you wonder, right? Especially if the two components (Spark Plug & Starter) are completely independent of one another.As a new customer, I immediately became suspicious and told them it was difficult to believe anything and they cant blame me for it if they were in my shoes.Now, I also cant prove whether they were honest or not or what they did right or wrong because its not like I can inspect/audit the mechanics work as hes executing on his job.However, it did leave me with a lot of doubt and trust will be impossible to establish here going forward.By driving 25 miles from my, I had originally expressed a lot of confidence in them because my goal was to ultimately move away from dealerships and save on future maintenance costs as my car had over 130K miles. Unfortunately, IT DIDNT QUITE END THERE. A few days later, I had the Acura dealership inspect the vehicle in which they noticed that the started indeed was defective, but ALSO, that the transmission oil was dirty.I immediately called these guys to understand why and they carefully claimed that they performed what they call a drain and plug because thats what I wanted them to do.I wanted to shout so hard as I vehemently rejected those comments because they were flat out false! Instead, I politely ended the call with them and will just leave you future readers with one thought: If you are searching for a brand new mechanic DO NOT RISK YOUR vehicle here. They will trick you. In response to Mr. Weston:I offer your associate Ryan a chance to make peace and you accuse me of extortion.You never even spoke to me, but Ill fill the gaps you left out.So, I received a a voicemail (which I still possess) from Ryan asking for a call back because he thought everything was handeled.He claimed in the voicemail that I even apologized for the starter being the other issue when I had called from Acura where my car was reinspected.Now 2 things 1)I called Ryan per his voicemail request and he just argued me that my post is false.I refused to take it down and also reminded him that I never asked for a drain and plug and asked why he said I apologized about the starter.He apologized for misinterpreting my confirmation of the starter issue as an apology and not being clear about the transmission fluid job.Then, he also said they are a small business and the review will deter a lot of people.2.)Later that day, I felt sympathetic @Ryans small business comments so I called to offer a way to redeem themselves.Offer was I provide the new starter and they perform the labor free of charge and I will gladly follow up that you guys made right. He wasnt allowed to, but would let owner decide.
We bought a Passat from Weston about a year ago. He was great to work with. We are very picky, and dont like working with dealerships. Cascadias business model and business ethic were just what we needed to find. Weston has also worked as our mechanic to maintain and repair our car as needed. We didnt purchase a warranty with the vehicle, and Cascadias prices are reasonable and fair. Plus we trust Weston and his mechanics. I am hoping to buy my next car from them.
