Just moved to the area. Ive used Walgreens for years so I hoped it would be a seamless transfer of prescriptions. They called an old Dr for refill authorization, didnt hear back, didnt inform me. When I gave him the current info (which they already have), he was very condescending, rushed me off the phone and had me wondering if my script would be filled. UPDATE: Derrick, the manager is on top of things. When I reached out to him, he took very good care of me, giving me confidence in their ability to promptly and accurately fill future scripts. :-)

So the pharmacy here did not fill my prescription, did not bother to call, text or email, and then decided they would no longer fill my prescription. Meanwhile it’s been two days that I could have gone elsewhere. Thankfully it wasn’t a life-saving prescription.

Took over an hour to get through to the pharmacy on the phone. Once I arrived in person, service was slow though friendly. Overall, would prefer not to go back.

Suzan was amazing helped me with the photos was really kind. She even found me in the isle an et me know they were ready. I recommend this location great customer service

Used the refill link they sent me for my insulin and two days later it still had not been refilled. When I asked why, they said, I dont know. After a few minutes they tell me my prescription was up. Why didnt you call my doctor? Answer, I dont know. I say I need my insulin what am I supposed to do. Go to urgent care. Terrible service and putting my health at risk.

The store is tidy and neat.We came here for flu shots and pharmacy also the photo services.the clerks are often impolite. We live near by so we come to this store often.Highly recommend their photo services cause it’s very quick and price is good.There’s an older lady works there gave us attitude constantly whenever we come here.

After a visit to the ER, I went to this very busy, understaffed Walgreens. After a long wait, they filled my prescriptions (I thought!) and I get home. I take the first med, when I realized, that’s not my name one the bottle! Nor the CORRECT MEDICATION! Instead of anti nausea meds, it was a blood pressure medication! This is so wrong, on so many levels!How did I make it home with the wrong meds, when not one, but 2 “professionals” supposedly “double checked” the meds, then manually write the prescription # in a log, prior to handing it to me?!In this day in age, with the prescription pill problem at an epidemic level, you have to wonder what percentage is attributed to this level of human error and overlooked by poor corporate policy! As a woman in recovery, I cannot help but wonder, what if that would’ve been a controlled substance? What if it have been a med I was allergic to or interacted negatively to?! What if? What if? The list goes on and on.This experience is unfortunately NOT the first poor experience I’ve had with Walgreens. And being optimistic, I hope that bringing my experience to corporate, writing reviews, and pointing out the what if’s will would deter this from happening again, but I’m one person vs. corporate indifference.

I travel full time and have had mixed experiences with pharmacies as a transgender patient. This pharmacy is as good as it gets! The pharmacy staff went above and beyond to help me sort out a bit of confusion AND didn’t make me feel like I was a burden. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I went here a few days ago to get my passport photos taken because I am traveling internationally in a few months. Upon turning in my passport paperwork and photos, I was told that my photos taken from Walgreens were unacceptable and would 100% be denied. This is because Walgreens photo editing system focuses on your face and makes the background of your photo white, thus editing the photos. There is a strict unedited photo rule for passport photos.So not only did I spend $13.99 for photos from Walgreens that were not acceptable for what they are promoting, I also had to pay $15.50 to get new photos taken for my passport at the facility I was turning in paperwork to.The employees at the passport facility said they have called, emailed, and contacted HR numerous times about the passport photos Walgreens offers and how they are 100% unacceptable, and nothing has changed.I discourage anyone from coming to Walgreens for passport photos, or any photos used for any form of identification from here on out.

The service of all the staff is wonderful. It is too bad that the y are no Longer open24 hrs, but that is how business goes. There one young blonde guy in paticular, who works in the pharmacy, he has always such a wonderful attitude. He is like a ray of sunshine.

The clerks are usually polite, the store clean and well stocked, but I cant understand why a Walgreens pharmacy is closed at 6:00 pm on a Saturday. So disappointing.

Its a Walgreens. Place was better when it was 24/7. But the rite aid is nearby.

I called the pharmacy for a product and very professional and helpful!

Every time I go to Walgreens, they are so ridiculously expensive! The help is pretty congienial, but the prices are crazy high.
