Employees are great. Wash windows . Very helpful. Can use Safeway points here towards gasoline. Get good mileage with their gas.
Had a great experience the other night. Attendant was super kind and even washed my windows. Gas is a little overpriced but it’s the only 24 hour gas station in the area
At least pretend youre not miserable.
Bigger guy, glasses, long hair. He clearly hates his job.
The rudest gas attendant ever at march 16th at 2:10pm bigger guy with glasses. Wont being go there ever again
I, too, have been less than impressed with a couple older employees INSIDE the store, behind the counter. The gas guys outside are great.
I frequent the Chevron gas station and the extra mile store several times a week in the late hours. The graveyard person who runs the cash register who I believe is a female is it really rude. Shes always short with me and extremely to the point as if Im interrupting your evening. I dont think its Chevron policy and through human resources to employ such a person who has no customer service skills. Tonight Im inspired to write this negative review because Ive had enough. I brought in my phone that had the app that I downloaded on the extra mile Rewards Club thing and presented it to her for a fountain drink and I was informed by her machine was not working. She made no effort to be kind nice or even professional. If I acted like that to the public when youre in a job that serves the public Im certainly going to be fired from my employer. It behooves me that with the minimum wage being almost 12 dollars per hour the people who perform like this. When I started work in my day I only received a dollar 55 per hour. Just wanted to put that out there for all the others are being treated the same way as I have witnessed her doing multiple times. I can only hope that the management reads this and takes action because Im going to go out of my way to go to a different station station and store for my business.
The current manager running this store, is one of the most rude and worst person Ive ever met. Ive seen her yell at employees, berate them, and just all around has absolutely NO moral compass. I dont agree supporting a company who allows managers to berate their employees like this. I have also witnessed the district manager tell an employee, that said employee cannot discuss his wage with other employees (it is absolutely against the law, to tell your employees they arent allowed to discuss their wages with eachother). Spend your money somewhere else, do not support this farce of a business.
If I could rate this place with less stars, I would! Whomever hires the employees, needs an award for hiring the WORST people EVER! No customer service skills, no personality, no kindness, no common sense, no brains, NO NOTHING!!! Ive been to this store at least a dozen times and tonight was the last time. They now put a $100 hold on your card for gas. $100!!!!!! That is absolutely absurd!! The person inside, whomever you are lucky to get at the time, is so unhappy with themselves and their job, that it is pouring out of their skin. If you are reading this and you are the owner, FIRE ALL OF THEM, and get yourself a whole new crew! Its a gas station... you are supposed to be able to get gas, snacks, etc... not a continious attitude from EVERY employee. Especially SARAH. She is a terrible manager!!!! She needs to go take a class on how to be a respectful human, not to mention customer service skills, people skills, and find some brains. I dont know, Maybe if she rolled her eyes one more time, she might find a brain back there.I recommend driving out of your way to a different station. This place is an absolute joke.
Well we all need gas.. and I frequently go here, was always offered great service here and even offered over the top service. Now like other reviewers, wow, this short hair gal is rude, and litteraly worst horrible service I’ve ever seen. Give two stars cause it is clean.
I know 5 stars for a gas station but Im so impressed when I come here! Great team that truly does their job well!
Christmas Day I had to get gas and air for my tires. I try to not shop anywhere on Christmas but the weather on Christmas Eve prevented me from going the day before. I was worried about getting a grumpy employee but got the exact opposite. Marco was working the pump. He approached with a huge smile, waived off my apology for being there on Christmas, and then told me how he had already had a nice Christmas with his Mom and Dad and that he was just happy to have spent time with them. The other employees were also nice. Marco offered to wash my windshield and turned on the air for free. I left feeling relieved and de-stressed. Great service!
Cashier wont wear a mask
Terrible service. I pulled up and waited a full five minutes, then had an employee make eye contact with me, then wait another few minutes to come out. when the guy finally came out I politely asked for $10 cash regular. He gave me an attitude and said I have to pay cash inside and should known that and already done so. Had he did what I normally expect and come out to my car to tell me that I would have done so. Every station is different. He literally stared at me with out serving me then gave me a horrible attitude. I still have no idea why they expect us to go inside to start a transaction when this is a non self serve state. Every other station will have an attendant that will come to your car to assist with your transaction. He just came out to be rude and tell me I should have already gone inside. I didnt look closely enough but was this posted anywhere? Ind oregon most stations have an attendant that will come up to your car. My main problem was his attitude, its one thing for me as a customer to make a mistake (I guess?), its another thing for him to give me a unprofessional attitude while on the clock. I will obviously not return to this station, not because they dont offer the customary service all stations in Oregon are required to do, but because of the attitude of the employee. I honestly dont think I made a mistake, but if I did he still had no reason to disrespect me like that. Plus he looked dirty and wasent clean shaven, I dont know company policy but employees should be required to shave and shower before shift, he obviously hadnt done either. I truly think I smelt him at one point, no joke, Im being real right now
Why do they expect you to come inside to ask for gas. Most places have a guy that comes to you. When he finally did he was rude and told me to go in to ask for service. I didnt know, and why wasnt i told politely? I know some stations ask you to pay inside, but they nornally come to your car to serve you and say something. I would have gone in if he came to my car as every other station does and told me. I would like you to tell me your customer service policies, so I can understand why you allow customers to be treated like that. If you are reading this please dont go to this station, there are so many other options in the area
This place absolutely sucks they have high prices and I had to get out of my car simply for paying for cash while three employees were inside standing around talking.
$150 a minute to put air in your own tires
The attendants do not help people in the order in which they arrive, they are rude and last week one was SMOKING near the pumps!?!? Ill pay a little bit more to avoid all of that.
They had half of the pumps closed when there was a huge line
Great Service
No attendants at 830 pm on a Saturday
One of the workers were smoking by the gas pumps which was concerning
I really hate to give a bad review but here it is!
