Great place, great employees. Not bad prices, great in and out store.
On 8/22/21, I purchased 1/2 pint of Haagen Dazs ice cream. Although it hadnt expired it wasnt fresh; it was icy as if it had been thawed and then refrozen. So, on 8/23/21, I took it back for a refund. At first my request for refund was ignored as I was told to exchange it. Then I firmly stated, I want a refund please. There were three Latino/Hispanic employees, all speaking Spanish, ignoring me, which was very RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. One of the store clerks snapped at me, Im giving you back your refund, when I inquired what was going on, because no one had explained anything to me.My point: EVERY customer that walks through the doors of your 7-11 should feel valued and be TREATED w/RESPECT and COMMON COURTESY. Dont assume every patron speaks Spanish! You lost a customer and Ill also inform every other INTELLIGENT Native Black American to never, ever shop at this 7-11.
The store was clean and nice and cool And the cashier was so nice and helpful and generous to me and my grandson
Always a good selection for a convince store. Always busy.
This chain of retailers is a bunch of bull shit oregon made it to where you can buy hot food from October 9th to November 20th. But they rufuse to abide this chain is not about helping the community other 711 s in the area do abide this has to be a franchise store and the owners are crap the 711 on tacoma and12th dose and is alot friendlier as well
Its 711 . It runs out of hot foods alot. Coffee is hard to get all day. Clerks are nice.
I went in to buy a du-rag and I noticed that there was as funny looking clear plastic thing attached to the debit card reader I asked the clerk what it was for and he said that all the 7-Elevens have those now I did not put my card in it I went to another 7-Eleven and I noticed that their machines did not have that plastic thing on it I believe its the thing that the news is telling us about being a scam that it reads your card and then they can take him formation and money off your card without you knowing it the clerk was kind of jerkish about it and insisted that I put my card in there when I refused and asked questions about the device attached to the card reader I was asked to leave the store no problem my friend I reported it to the 7-Eleven corporation and the police department because I believe its a scam
My son and I always have to stop here for Takis and a fountain drink. 🥤😎
Got Taquitos. Good food and not busy. Not somewhere you want to try during snow or ice unless cleared. Very steep driveway. Store is easy to see from the street but you cannot turn into the parking lot left off of Mcloughlin Blvd.
Why post a bad review. They just remove itBEWARE GIFT CARD SCAMS SOLD AT 7-11
They have the most awesome and friendly people here I come here at least twice a day
Its a 7-Eleven, and you will find every thing youd expect in a 7-Eleven. Its quick. Its clean. Its dangerous if youre on a diet.
I went there yesterday and bought a breakfast sandwich from the fridge section that they heat up for you, when I took it out of its packaging on the max to eat it it was completely Frozen in the middle and completely hard on the outside. I went back into the store today to tell them what happened I did not ask for a refund or a replacement I just wanted them to know so in the future they could find other ways to heat the item where it would not end up being like that. Well when I went into the store today to tell them about it a worker named Parham that was there yesterday was completely rude and said to me it doesnt matter because you didnt use your own money anyways you use food stamps, so who cares > told him it doesnt matter if I use food stamps or not I was not asking for a refund I was asking them to just make sure next time its fully heated before serving and item to a customer. The bacon was somehow still raw and the cheese was not cooked and the Egg was frozen in the middle on the outside everything is completely hard there was no way I could eat it. He was completely rude and disrespectful for no reason I was not being rude or in any way sounding like I was complaining or nagging all I was doing was asking if they could please do that next time because I dont want someone else to waste money on something if theyre not even able to eat it. The other worker whose name is Luis was kind enough to try to offer me a new sandwich I told him I did not want a refund or a new sandwich he provided me with a refund anyways because he felt bad. On my way out of the store I tried to look at the other guys name tag to get his name when I saw his name was Parham I told him that I would make sure to report that he said those things to me. Parham told me who gives a f*** what I say because I own this store and I can do whatever I want! I informed him that I would be contacting corporate offices. I cannot believe the way he acted towards me just because I get food stamps. And now it makes sense that the day before when I purchased the sandwich he was following me around the store as well as my boyfriend and attempting to look into my purse for no reason. And while he was heating up my sandwich he told me to stand in the corner and not touch anything I thought he just didnt want me to be in the way of customers but now that I think about it I think he just wanted to see me so that I wouldnt steal anything because Im on food stamps so I must be a thief. I used to be an everyday customer spending 10-30$ CASH but now after that I wont be coming back. It was a horrible thing for him to say and I am considering a lawsuit for discrimination.
Good spot to get a coffee early in the morning
Always over charged at night
The manager and store worker with glasses hate america
Not always the best slurpee selection
Its a 7-Eleven. Not much to say
Love it!!
Just another 711
